This place has gotten cheap and decided to charge 50 cents on top of their already-expensive prices. This means if you order onion rings, you'll have to pay for any dipping sauces. If you need sauces after an incredibly long amount of time waiting for them to bring out your food, they'll gladly take your credit card back to the register and charge you the 50 cents. We have tried this place multiple times now and every time it's really good, from their friendly staff to the delicious food. Their newest pretzel burger is a must have. We used to visit this location about once a week, and we just can't justify it anymore. We spend between $70 and $90 for 4 people. Simple meals with custards. I know the cost of employment is high right now, and food isn't cheap, so we paid it for the convenience of me not having to cook dinner. But every single time we go we are pulled forward where we have to wait between 15 and 30 minutes for our food, and 9 times out of 10 when we get home and serve the food, something is wrong or something is missing entirely. Our trip today was the last straw. We got two very simple meals, double burgers with custards (the exact same burgers, the exact same custards). We wanted fries with one meal and onion rings with the other. Clarified this 3 times before pulling forward AND at the window when we paid. 10 minutes later a food runner brought us our food, that's a record actually. He was almost all the way back to the store door before I could even open the bag and confirm all of our food was in there. It of course wasn't, we were missing the onion rings and had two fries instead. The young man said he would run inside and grab them. A few minutes later Ashley came outside and informed us that there had been a miscommunication and we were not charged for the onion rings. I told her that was unfortunate but we had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point and really just like to get our food and go. She insisted that it was store policy to charge for the upgrade, I agreed with her that upgrades should be charged, but since we had now been waiting for 15 minutes and it was their mistake that they didn't originally add the upgrade, I asked her if she could just go get the onion rings. She said fine and stormed off. A few minutes later, Chris the general manager came out with a receipt. I'm sure he wanted show us that we hadn't been charged the $1.10 upgrade, which we clearly already knew. At that point I was done and over it. Before he could say a word or explain what he came out to say, I put all my food in the bag and handed it back to them, and just asked for a refund. It seems silly to lose a customer over an employee not putting in the correct upgrade, especially when that upgrade is only $1.10. There was never an apology during this entire situation. Never an explanation as to why it took 20 minutes to get all of this resolved. Just excuses, slow service and mistakes. We won't be back. read more

My family and I went to dine in and right as we began to eat my grandson became sick to his stomach and the employees and the manager felt sympathetic for him. We ate here with the kids last night. I go to Culver's often and really like their: Butterburger Deluxe Sourdough Melts I'm personally all about the diet root-beer here. It's sooo good. And their chicken fingers are actually pretty good too. We have also ordered kids meals for our kids a few times but never noticed until last night, the kids meals also come with a free scoop of ice cream. You have to choose what you want when you order, but can go back up to get it after eating your meal, so it doesn't melt. We also just noticed they have these things on the kids meal bag called scoopie tokens. If you get 10 you can get a free toy. Like a real basket ball, and 4 square ball, football or some plush toy. These items, were not arcade size, or chintzy looking, they were full size and good quality. As for being a kid who read cereal boxes while I ate my cereal every morning, I'm kind of mad I did not notice this earlier, lol, but now I do, and so do you. read more

It's nice when you can taste all the ingredients rather than an amalgamation of them. Frieda seasoned perfectly and properly crispy. I decide to try a Concrete after my meal. I enjoyed it very much. My only complaint if any was that overall the concrete seemed a little under filled. When I got my order home (I'm about 10 minutes away) the burgers were cold, instead of 2 fries, I only had 1 order of fries , all of the food was cold. Manager Jacqui is poor at best. I was charged for a sandwich with a side which I never received nor requested. I was told it included a drink which I also never received. I had water which tasted like chlorine in it. She told me, that even though I never got the drink nor was advised I had one added to my order, I should be aware for the next time????? When eating at Culver's I usually get their fish which is always awesome. I decided to try their Pretzel burger this time. The cheese didn't melt at all, sauce was not spread out, and it was cold. Extremely rude assistant manager. Has zero regard for the customer. I wasn't happy with my order. The chicken sandwich I received had a patty that looked like a kids meal. Half the usual size I was a regular at this location so no biggie took a picture. I was starving so I ate the little guy. I headed back in and was surprised when he said nothing I can do. And just to be clear I didn't ask for anything. Zero concern for the customer. He at no point in the conversation tried to make it right. He just played word games and then asked me to leave. Jason V my cashier for tonight was very nice. I didn't know what to eat and he suggested some things.

We usually only get takeout when we come here but it is always one of my favorite drive thru restaurants that I feel is reasonably priced and good food! The ingredients are more fresh then most other fast food places. I always get the chicken cashew salad and it's delicious. They give you enough for 2 or 3 meals with the one salad. My 9 year old daughter and my 3 year old nephew love eating here and so do we! This location is a good one! read more

09/12/2020. Went here for lunch before my sons baseball game. As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away. The kind employee could tell we had questions and right away let us know to ask her with any questions we might have. We placed our order and found a seat in the dining room. The restaurant was super clean and had a warm open feeling to it. Our order arrived a short time later and it didn't disappoint. Our food was hot, exactly how we ordered it, and the server brought us more condiments right away when we asked for more. We finished with a frozen custard and it was just as good as the food. 09/13/2020 Went again today for lunch and it was a little busier than yesterday. Regardless, Culver's still was top notch. Fast service, delicious food, all with a smile. I commend the management when I observed one of the employees that couldn't find something, Warren (Manager) politely helped the employee and didn't embarrass her or make her feel bad for not knowing. I'll continue to eat at Culver's every time we come back to Goodyear. read more

**CULVERS RESTAURANT ON ESTRELLA - FEMALE MANAGER THROWS DEBIT CARD AT MY FACE** All I did was ask for a refund, not once but 3 times. Please SHARE ON OTHER COMMUNITY PAGES around Goodyear. I do not want this lady/manager getting away with this. It's minor but its the POINT of the matter. I did nothing to deserve this. So, I was just assaulted "in a kind of not harmful way" by the Manager at the Culvers on Estrella Parkway. I had my debit card thrown at me, which bounced off me and went in the backseat of my car and if they have Drive-Thru video they will see this on tape. If you happen to visit this Culvers, please note they are NOT owned by Culvers. I spoke to corporate and was told they will reach out to the owner/operator for them to contact me, other than that they cannot get involved because they do not own the restaurant. It blows me away that anyone, especially someone who claims to be the Manager can treat anyone in this manner. I do have a picture of her, but when I got home I called asking for an apology and she denied throwing my card in my car. If that didn't happen then there would of been no need for me to exit my vehicle to retrieve it from my backseat, while at the drive-thru window. She then said if I post her picture she will sue me. I have called the GYPD, ONLY because if this lady has done this to someone else in the past or if she decides this type of behavior is acceptable and does something to really harm someone, than this needs to go down on record. I do want to add, if your child works here and you've heard stories from them, on how they were treated that was unkind, than me posting this also helps. Believe them!
