Decent food with an average wait. Just a bit expensive. Cheese curds are great though.

Burgers okay, cheese curds are good if not burned. Tasted custard and almost got sick off of it. Don't recommend the custard.

This seems to be a cool place but I don't see a big difference from Dairy Queen and it's a little bit on the expensive side.

The food was ok. Theo custard was great though. I would definitely not eat there again, but I would get their custard for sure.

I always love going to Culver's! Everyone is friendly and they bring your food right to your table. I will admit that it gets a little confusing when the staff can't find your table. Poor things walk around the fairly large dining area looking so lost. Very friendly service. The restaurant was really nice for a fast food place. The onion rings and fries were good and hot. I could tell they were cooked to order. I had to ask for a re-do on my single deluxe, it came out cold the first time, but the nice cashier behind the counter apologized and the second one came out better. My husband got the deluxe with bacon and really liked it. The toppings were very fresh. Just for me, the burger was average, i didnt like that the cheese was more of a cold condiment and not melted either time.. we were there at 8 pm so maybe that was the issue. I liked the root beer. I think if I went back I would try something different. The soups sound very good like the tomato florentine and chili, so I would probably go for that or the chicken sandwich or fingers. I do agree with some reviews about being a bit overpriced. read more

I love their turtle sundae and the cheeseburgers there are scrumptious! Definitely a great atmosphere in our Grovetown location.

I love Culvers. This one pulled a McDonald's move saying the shake machine was down... lady was slick rude. Food was still good. :)

I used to live in Wisconsin so I am familiar with Culver's and was excited to see one semi closer than the one I used to live by 1200 miles away from where I live now. In reading the other reviews I see this just opened a few days ago. My order was simple, but completely messed up. My food was cold, and i ordered a scoop of the flavor of the day, which had none of the flavors of the day in it and I had asked for it to go and I was handed a cup that was dripping and had custard all over it. The only reason I gave two stars because I was overcharged by a significant amount and the manager completely refunded the entire charge which I did not expect, I just wanted the difference so that was very nice of her. I know being new there is still kinks to be worked out as well as the volume they were dealing with, but still, not rocket science either. Guess my experience just reminded me why I never eat fast food, but today was just kinda looking forward to a treat of something familiar from back home. I've rarely gotten my order as I ordered it. The burgers will be wrong, but more often, entire meals or sides are missing. I've been forgotten about sitting in the waiting line for over 30 minutes to the point I had to go in and ask for my food. Good luck trying to get anyone to call you or email you back. Or even finding a manager. They're food is delicious, I'll give them that. But the service is subpar. Super done with this place. read more

I was very happy to see a new restaurant opening up at this location. Parking is not all that great very small parking lot. Keeping in mind that this is a very busy area with new businesses opening every day. The outside of the restaurant was very clean the inside was very clean as well. This location has only been open about a month. The menu board is a little overwhelming with so many choices probably a lot more than they need. My friend ordered a hamburger and fries and cheese curds. He said the hamburger was okay nothing special. He did say that it doesn't compare to Red Robin's. Red Robin's is another burger place by the way. He said the cheese curds were good, but it would have been better with marinara sauce for dipping. I tried the cheese curds and agree they are pretty good. He never did get his fries so after almost completing his meal he just cancelled the order. I had the grilled chicken salad. Ended up with a fried chicken salad instead for some reason. The salad was piled onto a small bowl. Now don't get me wrong I'm a man that loves a LARGE salad, but not when it's falling off the bowl. They gave me one small container of salad dressing which disappeared in my salad. So I had to ask for more. There was very little chicken in my salad. In fact I had to hunt for it in the mountain of lettuce that was falling out of my bowl. I gave this place one star because it definitely was not all that great and the food was about average at best. I know this is a new restaurant for this area, and very few new restaurants live up to the hype. So I always try to keep that in mind. Keeping that in mind in my humble opinion this is a little below average. Let's just hope that they are suffering from growing pains and things will improve. I'm going to give this location a few months or maybe a year and then revisit them and give another review. I hope things will have improved by that time. read more

I don't know if they were training new people today or what but the service sucked! I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull over to the side (with 2 other cars already waiting) and they'll bring my order out. The lady that brought my order had an attitude and said she was yelling my number!... but I was never given a number. She told me next time to ask the lady for a number and to park closer... wth?!! and I explained there were already 2 cars there when I arrived and I parked exactly where the first lady told me. They also didn't give me the sauce I ordered so when I told her it was missing she said it costs 25cents.. and asked if I was charged for it, which I wasn't. She said gimme $1 and I'll bring u whatever is left, and said to move my car next to the bldg (it's not like I was parked far, like 10ft from where she wanted me)! She brought me out the sauce and my $1, so I guess the sauce didn't cost anythg. I was nice the whole time even tho I prob shouldn't have been. If Culver's wants to compete with chick fila they're gonna have to hire better workers without a bad attitude. Because of that lady I will never go back there! read more

Love the butter burgers. Amazingly juicy. The French fries are perfect and the cheese curds are very tasty. The menu is pretty extensive for lunch and dinner. No visit is complete without the frozen custard. We will definitely be going back. read more

I've had the Bacon Deluxe combo each time I've been there. Very good, as were the Cheese Curds (Don't let them get cold). I met the owner and spoke with several of the associates. Lots of pride displayed in operating the restaurant. I'll go back. read more

First time ever at a Culver's. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was friendly when taking my order and delivered it quickly to the table. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with fries and the food was better than most other fast food restaurants. They also offer a military discount. If you are looking for a quick meal, I recommend giving them a try. read more

I decided to take my family out for dinner on sunday after church to a place my family loves to go. I spent nearly $40 just to turn around and bring the food home to my dog. My burger had a blond hair in it ( I have black) and instead of asking for a refund I politely asked for another burger (minus the hair). What I got back was a burger that was so salty, I had to spit out the first bite. By than I was so angry, I got a bag, threw all the food into it (including my kid's food) and went home giving it to my dog who was the only one who enjoyed it. Usually, after a meal we buy several of their ice creams and enjoy ourselves, not this time. I no longer will go there, but instead go to their competition across the street. read more

The service and food has gone down hill rapidly. I did not know about the 10% military discount until a Soldier in uniform received one (fourth visit), so I began to request it. They don't ask if you are military and I showed them my ID but the cashier did not annotate the discount at check out and we ordered $50 in food. Last night, I also ordered the caramel cashew and it hardly had any caramel or cashews for that matter. Very disappointed. We also had to eat outside because there was no seating inside as well. Not that great. First time we came we waited an hour for our food. Really? It's fast food. And we couldn't even find a table to eat at. Second time we went they messed up my order, which I'd told her three times no cheese. And that took at least 20 minutes. Then we ordered ice cream and that took another 20 minutes. So. My parents and I went there a bout two weeks after opening. It was SO packed. We ordered three burgers three fries and cokes. They messed it up once. My dad returned it. Messed it up again. Returned it again. We were getting mad at this point. Messed up AGAIN and we were SO mad. They still messed it up but we gave up. The fries were terrible. The coke was practically carbonated water. I just wanted to say Juliette left a very good impression on me and my wife when we came 01/23/2017 and the previous week when we visited she was kind and helpful. She took our trays and brought them to us all while managing to tidy the restrooms and wipe the tables down. VERY efficient worker. I am totally tired of this place... the food is ok but service sucks. On four different occasions I took my family to get something to eat her and all four times I got home and was pissed. The first time the left the number on my car which scratch my door, on top of that I crewed long piece of hair while eating my sandwich. I call to rectify, was told by one of the managers to come back at my convenience to replace my meal; the second time I visited this place I went to order food and get my replacement meal. When I got there all three male managers once site denied any awareness of my situation. I felt interrogated as if I was a dishonest person coming to get a free meal. The third time, I foolishly went back to ordered $40 worth of food, got home to find a meal missing again. Now, I called and spoke with Kimberly, which was the manager that day. I explained my previous encounters and current situation. Again she told me to come back at my convenience to collect my meal which I paid for but didn't get. She was very polite, I must give her credit where it is due, "I was pissed", I took her name and number. Fourth and last time, we went back, to order food and again collect my meal which was paid for but not received. Got there ordered my food and told the cashier, I'm here to collect my meal and she can use Kimberly to confirm my story, she told me ok, it's taken care of; paid for my food, check the bag to make sure I have all my meals but foolishly never checked the receipt to see if they charged me correctly. Low and behold.... I got home and they charged me for the meal I was owed!!!! I understand that there is a bunch of teens working there but come on!!!! I just won't go back cause I don't have time to keep chasing down what I'm owed. I guess I will just call that money a loss and drop the headache. My kids like the food but it's too much hassle to get a correct order. read more
