Small concrete mixer with chocolate custard, Reese's peanut butter cups and Oreos

So the past few times I went to Culver's I noticed that the price had went up a bit which was VERY disappointing. I always get the same thing so I wanted to see if there was a way to make it cheaper. And I found it. I always get two chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and fries with a drink and that's now over $8. I looked at the menu and they have the EXACT same thing as a kids meal except the drink is smaller. So I ordered it that way and it was literally the same thing I always get. And price wise it was $7 and change. Not a huge difference but every penny counts. The custard is now just over $5 so I'll have to see if I can make that cheaper but kinda doubt it. I do love to get a small size and don't really wanna compromise since I don't have a location where I live. But oh well. I love the custard so I'll still get it. And if you get a kids meal there's a coupon for a free scoop on the bag but it's not enough for me. Something to note if you just want a taste.

I absolutely love Culver's! This is a standard Culver's with the diner like blue theme with tons of seats inside and outside. There were a ton of workers and the cashiers were nice. I ordered a double butter burger with cheese and fries and even though it was quite a wait it was delicious!

Wow! My first time at Culver's, I've been hearing the hype and while in town I had to try it. The burger was so juicy and delicious, I even added bacon. This is the best fast food burger chain out there. The fries are pretty basic, but the cheese sauce is a nice touch. Fast service and great workers. Nice location with lots of room.

Passed back thru here on a roadtrip, this time as a family of 4. We ordered only for the children as I refuse to keep playing a losing game with Culver's. We got two kids meals--one with cheeseburger and one with chicken tenders. They both enjoyed their food. The only complaint was that the young lady who brought our food out forgot to bring their drinks. We noted this as she handed us the food and she responded that she'd go get it directly after delivering the other food on her tray. She forgot. We sat waiting until we could flag her down to remind her.

We love Culver's and are excited about our Scoopies we earned after getting enough kid's meals to earn Scoopie tokens. Their favorite part of the kids meal at Culver's is that they get a scoop of custard. The custard is creamy and delicious. The cheese curds are yummy and cheesy as well. The fries are tasty and the butter burgers are good too. My girls love checking the flavor forecast and picking which days they hope we can go to Culver's.

Single burger with everything and a small order of fries.

While the burger didn't look as scrumptious as the restaurant's own version, it tasted quite good, and the fries, hot and crispy. Service was fast, especially on a busy Sunday. Only minus: the bun was cold.

My buddy opted for the Spicy Smash. The burgers were mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm great, Juicy and the bun held up. Fries were fresh and would like to see maybe a topping or poutine option for them. Cool spot to get some AC and great burger before a Smokies game or a night in the old City.

SmashCity wasn't far off of the interstate, it had good ratings and although we'd been eating burgers and fries quite a bit on this roadtrip, a good burger and fries really sounded good. All of the reviews were right on - this was absolutely NOT fast food - it was fast, really fast, but the speed was just bonus. As we usually do, we split. We chose the Carolina BBQ smash. The burgers were juicy - if you're not careful, I guarantee you'll be wearing it. Two critiques, it definitely needed more sauce - I just added some of the SmashCity sauce from our fries and it worked but I really would have liked to have had more BBQ sauce. Second, the fried onions were quite burned. I pulled off most of them. The hand cut fries were piping hot, just the right amount of greasy and seasoned perfectly. Splitting the burger was a good call - I'd never have eaten the whole thing myself. The burger and fries were just over $20. When you consider a Big Mac meal at that clown place is $14, SmashCity is almost a bargain. Paul, the owner was like the energizer bunny - he was everywhere at once. Personality oozed from his pores. Make sure you tell him Sue said hi! (He won't remember me but just say hi anyway!) Now I wouldn't say SmashCity has the best burgers - that award goes to our friend Jerry. He makes a pretty mean smash burger on the blackstone. If you have an extra half hour, skip the fast food burger joints, get off that highway, and go let Paul fill your belly for the rest of your trip! You'll appreciate it!

I was recommended to check this place out for their burgers, and it definitely didn't disappoint!…read more This place is popular, so be prepared for a wait. They get busy fast, and they won't seat your party until everyone has arrived, so make sure your whole group is there. We had a party of five and started with an order of the fried pickles to share. They were absolutely delicious--crispy, flavorful, and gone within minutes. For drinks, I ordered the Darryl Strawberry since it featured bourbon, and I figured I had to enjoy a bourbon cocktail while in Tennessee. It was surprisingly refreshing, balanced, and so good that I ordered a second one. For my meal, I went with the Classic Bacon Burger, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It was big, juicy, and loaded with the perfect amount of cheese, tomato, bacon, and pickles. Every bite was delicious. Considering how packed the restaurant was, the service was solid. Our waitress had a great sense of humor and joked around with our table, which made the experience even more fun. Since they were so busy, we didn't see her constantly, but she was friendly and took good care of us whenever she stopped by. If you're looking for a great burger and a fun atmosphere, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

I really try and not post bad reviews but this is one is needed after our experience last night…read more Please know that we have been to Stock and Barrel many times during our visits to Knoxville and always enjoyed our experience. After last night I'm not sure if we will ever return. We were seated outside at a table that was right in front of the in and out doors. We waited almost 15 minutes before someone came to wait on this. Honestly this would have been longer if my husband hadn't gone in to ask about a server for our table. Mind you, there were plenty of servers walking to help the other tables around us as we were waiting. Finally a server walked up, her name started with an A, and she was very flippant with helping us. I ordered a beer and my husband ordered water and son ordered a soda. We also went on and ordered since we had no idea when she would return for our order. She brought the water and soda but no beer and then we didn't see her (at our table) until our food came out. My beer came out with the food, a good 10 minutes after I ordered it. I know you may be thinking that the bar was backed up but her other table (that arrived after) got their drinks right away and also a 2nd order of drinks before I received my beer. She never came to check on us with our food and spent more time at the table that arrived with her friends. Her attitude and personality was vastly different with our table versus her friend's table. When it came time to get us our check. I saw her roll her eyes and walked towards us. I let it slide instead of calling her out on her actions as I just wanted to leave. We paid our check and left. I truly feel like this will be our last time here because of the service we received. We have many friends who travel to Knoxville for various sporting events (since I'm in that industry) and I always recommend Stock and Barrel. After last night, I'll be recommending some other place.

Our pup travels everywhere with us, so finding these spots is important to us. It was very spacious too - so we weren't on top of other guests. They have an extensive menu and the same with the beer list. There is something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to fruity sours. Not sure which beer you may like - get a sample. Or try a flight! For lunch, we got the deviled eggs to start - something that is a go-to for us. They were solid and enjoyable. For the main, we opted for the Abridged burger and the Chicken club. Both were solid as well. Fries were crispy, but a bit over-salted, and I enjoy some salt. So made a note for next time to "go light". Service was good too. Overall - really only a tiny detail to 'complain' about, but easily taken care of next time. We will be back for sure - I want to try their pizza!

I tried the Happy Holler hoping it would rival Litton's Thunder Road - not even close. The bun wasn't fresh and my burger fell apart after 2 bites. I'm a huge onion ring fan and ended up leaving half on my plate. Litton's burgers and rings are definitely superior. Worst of all may have been the $8 milkshake. I asked for a simple chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream. Instead, what I got was a No Malt super thin milkshake that tasted like chocolate syrup. My bill for burger, rings and shake - $32. Just think, I could have gone to Five Guys for that price! I'm being generous giving this place 2 Stars. The best I can describe my visit to Inskip Grill is subpar at best. I may give it another try down the road sometime as this place has good reviews and is a staple in the community.
