This business is clean (and MUCH nicer than I was expecting for a burger place), the food is fresh and comes out hot, and this custard is delicious! So many toppings/variations! We ordered 2 grilled cheese kid's meals for my girls, and I had the snack-sized mushroom swiss burger w/a side of mashed potatoes and gravy (instead of fries) - plenty of food for us. Each kid's meal comes w/a cup of custard - yum! The best thing about this establishment is the exceptionally EXCELLENT customer service - thanks guys! We circled back and came in and met with Michael to see what could be done and he was extremely professional and solved our problem with no questions asked, even agreed that our order wasn't suppose to be as it was and made us a new one. We came to Culver's to support a school event. I honestly wasn't expecting much. I have never been to a Culver before, but it gave off a Friendly's type of feel so I was expecting as much. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! Taste: We had a burger, ice cream and fries. Burger: It was pretty freaking good. Not the best in life, but definitely better than I was expecting. Ice Cream: This was probably everyone's favorite item. If I go back (which I probably will one day) this will be what caused me to return. Well this and the service. Fries: They serve the old school crinkle fries and they came out fresh and piping hot. Service: OMG. They were on it! I don't know if it was due to an event being held that night or what. However, they handled the event while still being open to the public and not missing beat. When we checked out, the cashier apparently forgot to tell us we could have gotten a free ice cream rather than paying for one. The manger came over, greeted us and pointed out that we should not have paid for one and automatically stated she would talk to the staff about providing useful information. Remind you, we had no idea about this and happily paid for it. She just happened to catch it on our receipt, came over to tell us about the mistake and took responsibility. Freaking awesome. We will definitely be going back. Our service experience started at the ordering counter. We were treated with such respect and care. It was our first time patronizing Culver's so we were unfamiliar with the menu. The cashier was patient and very knowledgeable. The cashier made suggestions but wasn't pushy. I was looking for a gf burger and sides for my dinner. Im not allowed to eat gluten. Anyways, I went last night and got me a gf burger and I asked the guy on the drive thru what gf sides they have. He pauses for a minute and says all the sides. The fries, pretzel bites and cheese curds. I was like huh. So I asked are you sure and he gets an attitude and says yes. I know better so I say ok give me the fries. I went home and googled it and it says no all this has gluten. So I didn't eat my fries. I just ate my burger. The only thing I didn't like was the cheese wasn't melted; who wants cold cheese on a warm burger?? The fries are your normal frozen crinkle cut. We also tried their cheese curds which were great.. College age daughter liked the Cheese Curds. They're fried blobs of cheese and she said each had a different consistency like they were different kinds of cheeses inside. She liked the coating which was thin but extremely crispy. She said the Curds kind of pop in your mouth. I had the Cod Dinner. It had cole slaw, crinkle cut fries, 2 pieces of fried cod, a dinner roll, and butter on the side. Real butter. I didn't have the butter but tasted the roll. It was a bit on the dry side & I don't believe it is the kind that is supposed to be like that. I would have eaten the whole roll, but I didn't care for it enough & I am cutting back a little on what I shovel into my cavernous jaws. It was bad enough that I was already breaking doctor's orders for the 90th day in a row (probably) and eating fried food. "But dang it, Bobby!" As Hank Hill would say, this was worth the risk. And it WAS. The fried cod must have been breaded and fried by a Fry Cook Master as foretold to us in ancient Scenic Highway manuscripts....that the Fry Cook Master would one day come to this area and submit golden, perfectly fried cod masterpieces. And lo, he is worthy to be crowned with such a title, the only Fry Master to give Blinky's Restaurant on Highway 78 in Snellville some competition. I almost gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 because my son didn't like the outer coating of the chicken. But I personally tasted the chicken with my own tongue, and it was fine. So 5 stars it is. All my imagined drama aside, it was a good place. It is a mix between fast food and sit down diner. You can get burgers, chicken fingers, fish, soft drinks with free refills, shakes, etc. Salads, classic sandwiches like the Reuben. This is NOT a health food joint. So they opened 4 days ago and I showed up at 12:30! I must be crazy! You must go through IHOP to get to parking lot from 124. There is probably an access road that will allow you to get here from the back side, but I have yet to explore that option. The parking spaces are a bit tight. But I drive a midsize car so it's ok. Just a forewarning! Clean clean clean clean!! Was surprised that with the amount of cars in the parking lot how short the line to order actually was. I ordered an 'original' butter burger and made it a basket. Have to try their signature burger to get an idea of what they are about. I wouldn't call it fast food but quick food. It was delicious!!! The butter burger is soooo good! Crinkle cut French fries are not my favorite but we're really good. I waited no more than 3-4 minutes to order and another 10-13 for food to arrive. I chose to sit out on the cute patio because it was a beautiful 70° day. They will give you a number so they know which order is yours. So it's very organized. The owner, Chris, was around to greet and chat with people and it was super refreshing. For those watching caloric intake the calories are right on the menu board and they have salads that look amazing! Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and look forward to coming back!!!! Staff is super friendly and tell genuinely care about customers, jobs, and success of this franchise. Food is great and they have daily weekday specials that make average meal very reasonably priced. The dining room has been closed during COVID, which is responsible to their employees, customers, and overall community. Food was freshly prepared at order; we ate the cod fish dinner with a side of shrimp; with fresh shake custards. Chicken Tenders were outstanding! Food portions were sizable and delicious! Observation of employees indicate a professional working environment; they boasted and posted a health department graded score 100! I also noted This Culver's location has multiple community partnerships with schools and other organizations - another positive about Culver's. This was my first visit at Culver's. I saw an advisement on social media and signed up Culver's club. I forgot I did so so when I arrived and ordered for my family two baskets and a kids meal with three milk shakes. Once seated I decided to check my email and see if I had any coupons for the custard. I actually had a buy one get basket coupon. I told one of their staff member about my over-site and was given my money back for one of the meals with out any disputes. To keep this short and sweet, the other Culver's locations that I've been to are hit or miss but I've made a point to come to this location on my lunch break at least a couple of times per month since 2017.
