I used the drive thru at this location. I had a coupon for the frozen custard so I decided to give it a try. I got one for each of my kids. They enjoyed their ice cream treats. I had the mushroom swiss burger, which was hot, flavorful (herbs in the patty?!), and big -- too big to finish, in fact. For my son's 16th birthday he wanted to go to Culver's, so I looked online and found one that had dine-in even in though it was as :30 away. We arranged for his older siblings who were :18 away to meet us there. We planned way ahead. When we get there, it was only carry-out. The manager had no flexibility and offered nothing even though she should really honor what is advertised. So we spent my son's 16th birthday eating in our suv. Not what I would have chosen. Fix your website or else honor it or at the least offer something to compensate. I am very disappointed this birthday dinner was ruined. Pot Roast sandwich was tasty and fresh with mashed potatoes and gravy as a side, killer combo. But the real killer here if the frozen custard, I had never had it and now I crave it. Clean and good food! We eat here every now and again and the food is always very good. Staff is friendly and they even bring your food to your table. Kind of a nice touch you don't see much anymore. Really good quality burgers. Their fried curds are amazing, and so are their onion rings. Their veggie burger was great, too. The concrete mixer flavors of the day are always tempting. The drive-thru menu could use improvement (lots of options, weird organization, took me a while to get used to, and it doesn't have everything listed on there), and it's "fast" as in usually a 5-10 minute wait (about half the time I get asked to pull into a waiting spot). Cheaper than other options out there for this quality of fast food, though (for example: JCW's). read more

I love Culver's! It's got really good burgers and Frys! And also there custard is so good with a really good texture. They also have their own Culver's root beer that is so so good! In order to make a really good root beer float you got to have the right ice cream and root beer, and Culver's has both! Totally recommend this place I go here and there with my family and we love it! read more

I have also loved the food here at Culver's. But this post tonight is not about the food. It's about the customer service. On a night where I was having my patience was being tried and I was "hangry", I ordered something that I have never ordered before but sounded good. It came out different than I expected, no fault of Culver's they served me exactly what I ordered. The owner heard me complain to my family. Needless to say, he insisted that I get something different. Which I was not expecting an am embarrassed that he insisted that I get something to make my experience more pleasant. In the end, it was how he handled my situation that really made the experience great. Like I said before, the food here is great, the customer service is fantastic. I've been here on several occasions and always sceptical on a negative review as most businesses really aspire to do their best. However, this restaurant simply put has no adult supervision over these high school kids on most of my visits. Any business that is operationly ran by teens simply becomes flawed though lack of understanding of appeasing the customer. I walked in an order a two scoop of vanilla custer and the very young man behind the counter tells me they don't offer a two scoop in a bowl? I told him I get this all the time so I know you offer it. After a two minute verbal questionnaire with two young men at the counter, they suggest I order a two scoop dish instead! I said ok. So 5 minutes and 2.90's later my order goes in. I guess I should read the signage as it does say "dish" instead of bowl. So I receive my #52 blue plaque and step off 10' to the side. No one in line and I'm waiting on my two scoop custer now. Four, count 4 young kids standing around doing nothing while I wait! After a few minutes I decide to go sit down. The vacant tables were all filthy and haven't been cleaned in some time. After 7 minutes I received my two scoop bowl, sorry, dish of custer. The restaurant business is a tough business I know, but with zero adult supervision these events occur and your customers notice it. No business should ever have young adults standing around with nothing going on. I do love your food, but lots to be desired on service. I'm giving this a 4 star knowing these things can be improved upon. read more

Why would I give a restaurant five stars when they messed up my order? Because they know how to make it right! So after I paid the drive-in clerk, I was directed around the corner to wait for my food. This was fine by me because I knew they were making my meal fresh *after* I ordered it. So I parked the car and waited patiently. After several minutes with no food, they brought out the frozen custard I'd ordered and explained there had been a mixup with my order. Not too long afterward, as I was finishing up my chocolate caramel frozen custard ecstasy, the manager came out and apologized for making me wait and that they would have my order as soon as possible. He then RAN back into the restaurant and a couple of minutes later came RUNNING out to my car with my food and not one but two coupons (one for a free combo meal and the other for a free custard). When I said it wasn't that big of a deal, the manager replied, "It is to us." Now that's impressive. So how was the food? Wow. Big, hot and juicy double burger with fresh tomatoes & lettuce and *real* bacon -- not those bacon look-a-like strips you too often get from most other burger joints. I was enticed by their sign when cruising along I-15 and since I was short on time, decided that I might as well go there, despite it being a chain. The inside reminded me sort of like one of Greek burger places around town, Apollo, Astro, etc., just with a different color scheme. I was actually happy to see that as I was afraid it would be dine-in and those places can be notoriously slow when I'm in a hurry. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, very pleasant and helpful and she did a superlative job with the order. It is more expensive than any of those places I've mentioned as well as 5 Guys, but I've been to plenty of one-and-out places, so one more isn't going to really hurt is what I figured, while also thinking that that pricing puts them at the bottom of a somewhat steep hill. I wound up getting the Pepper Grinder burger, which is a double burger with cheese and some sort of pepepr mayo, minus the onion roll and just on a regular bun. I'm originally from the Midwest, so seeing that they spent a lot of space prominently displaying the Midwestern beef, I can verify that yes, this tastes authentic to burgers in that particular region. The meat is very clearly fresh and actual meat and made to order. That's the good part. The bad parts...maybe not bad, but not-so-good. With the double patties, it has some heft and we probably would have called this a "gut bomb", especially as the burger literally dripped the entire time I was eating it, a phenomena I have never experienced before and honestly. hope to never again. By the time I got near the end, the bun was saturated, the sandwich still dripping, my tray was nearly covered in droplets of congealing grease and I began to fear for my poor ol' arteries...not exactly the feeling you want to ever have while you're eating. The bacon, in particular, was thin to the point where it contributed very little to the overall sandwich, which is a shame. They evidently use the same bacon as Burger King as well. The pickles I got tasted institutional and I'm sure you all can guess what that means. The fried curds were a lot less successful, mostly just breading and very little cheese. These could have stood some dipping sauce of some kind. The taste was somewhat mediocre. The tea was very clearly from a cheap mix and was not worth finishing. I wouldn't necessarily be averse to going here again, but neither will I seek it out again, considering what a pain that section of Lehi can be to navigate. read more

I am obsessed with this place! I got the 3 cheese bacon burger with a mint Oreo cement mixer and AHH! Amazing! I don't know how they do it but their burgers are the tastiest I've had in a while (I want to say "ever" but don't want to sound dramatic- they're that good though). In comparison, we went to JCW a week after and their burgers tasted dry and flavorless- I was dreaming of Culver's with every bite. The cement mixer is the so smooth and delicious, I was blown away. We have gone back several times and each time I think, "this will be the time that it is awful." Nope- hasn't happened. read more

I give them two stars only because I really enjoy the custard. I usually get good service from the counter gals, but whenever a manager gets involved it goes downhill. The management is really poor. I was treated poorly and my coupon was not honored. I thus left because there was no service for the customer. If he were an employee army business I would have fired him. There are several reasons I give Culver's 5 stars: The fries: crispy and tasty The burgers: greasy and good The staff: Everyone is smiling and happy to help, the manager/owner is awesome and does what he needs to to make things right, we've had a botched order and he fixed it and comped us for the mistake, he knows old fashioned customer service! The Custard: Perhaps I'm a simpleton, but I've never had better ice cream anywhere. Love the custard at Culver's and have always had fast and friendly service. The burgers are great. Location is easy to access off to the east of the Lehi Main street exit. Hi my husband and I went there for the first time yesterday. We found it very over rated and wondered why there were so many good reviews. The burger patties are way thin and greasy, the meat is very flat and hangs over the bun. A double patty was way over priced. The meat was absolutely tasteless, no seasonings or flavor at all.. They only put a few shreds of lettuce on it and a very small in diameter 2 inches, and thin tomato, usually a tomato is at least almost covers the patty, and they hide it under the meat so you think they never gave it to you aso you ask for it again, You It was 5.60 for double patty, might as well had no lettuce and tomato on it at all. They charge extra for Tomato, Artistically very low appeal, no good features of even a standard burger at Burger King. And I don't really like Burger King but Burger King still has more flavor and is about $2.30 for a double patty. Husband ordered the 2 piece Cod dinner. It was a whopping $10,00. Cod does not cost that much to buy in the store to charge that much money. The breading was way too thick and over cooked and over brown and dry. The fries are also tasteless, their green bean cup was very small. Very big disappointment as well.. Custard sample, had a real fresh Raw milk gagular taste, I never get that gag even with soft serve ice cream. My first reaction was a curl in my stomach. You really have to put all those toppings on it to get any real flavor. The roll was cold and pre manufactured. It was a whopping $3.49 for a single scoop sundae. OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS A BUST. The dining room is ultra teeny like a taco bell. You would think it would be more inviting and larger. Their internet advertising is way over rated. It really had no charm or decor to set themselves apart from a Taco Bell. We will never go there again, It cost us a whopping $17.00 to just order a double burger and the cod dinner. Again Cod is cheap, they charged for the Cod as if it was some special fish. Cod is not. Just way over rated place to eat, no flavor and too pricey. The custard is not as great as they say and much less flavor than even cheap soft serve vanilla ice cream. I am sad I even have to take time to write up all the details, but I would not really even give it a one star or even go there for a first time. read more

Always really fresh food. The customer service is always top of the line when it comes to fast food. They are clean and efficient. I tried the Pub burger which is a special right now. It was pretty reasonably priced for the quality of burger. I HIGHLY recommend the cheese curds with bbq sauce at no extra charge. read more
