I think you have to go look at the window to get the current scoop. When I passed through they had $2.50 pints on Tuesday and Friday. I tried the Turtle which everyone seems to recommend the most - OK but not mindblowing. It's like a better-end grocery store ice cream, like Haagen-Daaz. At least they hit the basics of using straight milk and cream without cutting it with additives and air. Next time I pass by I'll try that dulce de leche cheesecake, should have gone with my instincts on that one. read more

Culver's is my favorite place to get a burger. Their bacon cheddar butter burger is my absolute favorite. I love that they use fresh ground beef, and not pre-made patties. Their prices are comparable to other higher end burger joints. Their cheese curds and crinkle cut fries are amazing too. And their fry sauce! Seriously, I could go on and on. Well, that was disappointing. The fries with cheese sauce were yummy, and the custard is always good, but I'm not impressed with the sourdough melt. I got a double. The patties are about 1/4 inch thick, overcooked, and don't come anywhere near the edge of the bread. There's no sauce, but about a pound of oil. It manages to be super greasy and dry at the same time. It's supposed to have caramelized onions, but the two (yes, two) tiny onions I got were burnt and bitter. I was only able to choke down about two bites. I gave two stars because their sides and custard are great, but I'll skip the overpriced sandwich next time. read more

We really enjoy Culver's burgers, and dine here whenever we want a quick burger fix. In the summer, we also order the Italian ice smoothie for a refreshing treat. Service is always very good, and the staff is professional. read more

I seriously have great service every time I come here. The employees are so sweet, and the food is always good. The bugers are so juicey, and the employees honor my requests for lots of pickles and onion and no Tomatoes and lettuce. Holly molly that hit the spot! Not only does it look picture perfect it's beyond delicious. It filled me up too. Completely satisfied with Culver's double bacon cheese burger. That first bite was like eating apple from Adams and eves tree. Best part is as juicy and flavorful as it was I didn't have a pound grease or juice drenching my hand. Instead I had a burger that was unrealistic. Full flavor and not spilling all over me. I really enjoyed it so I'm head back later on think I need give there scoops a try. read more

I'mma be real, right up front: it's about the custard. It's not the burgers, it's not the fries, it's the custard. The sweets. The dessert. I hope that's not taken as an insult to the food. But maybe it is. Truthfully, I have a long list of other spots I'd visit for burgers and fries before I ever opt for them at Culver's. I've not ever been too impressed by the salty stuff, if for lack of just that: salt, and flavor. It's okay, it's passable, and I have a small list of places that would still be less preferable. When it comes to dessert time, however, it's a different story. Not that Culver's has the best custard in the universe, but frozen custard is such a divine gift, that it doesn't much matter. I keep it basic. It's chocolate frozen custard, and although you can get it in a mixer, a sundae, or a shake, I often prefer for the good old fashioned cup. If I'm in Lehi and in the mood for dessert, there are a few options, and this is probably not a bad one. If you need to have a meal first, it's doable, but if not, just grab your cold frozen custard and lap it up. read more

I have been to Culver's a few times and really like it every time I have been. When you are craving diner food but don't want to actually dine in this is the best. You get the diner through the drive thru. I have tried their burgers which are good but my favorite things are their sides. I have had their cheese curds multiple times almost every time I have been actually. I like that it is two different types of cheese and amazing with fry sauce and they aren't dripping in oil or grease. I also really like their onion rings again crispy but not too thick or greasy. By far the best thing here though is the custard. I have had it plain in a cup just the flavor of the day or its amazing in a concrete mixer. Last night I got the salted caramel pumpkin mixer and it was so good. I love that they always have a great flavor and a strong flavor not just vanilla ice cream with a few chunks of candy now and then like some places. You get the flavor you ask for. I will continue to go here when craving diner food or a shake. read more

i have come here a few times recently with my girlfriend and not once have they gotten everything right on our order. she's gluten free so we need to be extra cautious with a lot of stuff and there is always something missing or done wrong with our order. today i ordered a double and she ordered a single but they gave her 2 pattie's and me 1, she didn't get the fries she ordered, and she didn't get ketchup on her burger as requested. and this is just one of many times this place has gotten our order wrong. good food. horrendous service. read more

Asked a friend about this place before I came here and all I got was "Oh, it's a burger place". Burger place? Did you even look at the menu?! That thing is huge, many items and options to some of those items. Of course, that doesn't mean anything if the food sucks. Which I am happy to report does not. The staff is also friendly and helpful, busy little bees they are. Dining room is clean and well kept. All good signs of a well kept establishment. The best cod fish sandwich anywhere. The cod is a good portion that seemed freshly dipped and fried...no box fish either. I also had a pecan hot fudge sundae..so good! They specialize in fried cheese curds too that my husband and son likes. Take a relaxing lunch and go to Culvers, you'll be glad you did. read more

I like Culver's, a lot. I have no idea what makes a burger a "butter-burger", but they are good. I would even go as far as to say that of all the fast food chains I prefer Culver's burgers the most. The fries aren't so great, and I don't really care for the cheese curds either, but the burgers are good. The frozen custard is also excellent. For how much I like this place when I go, I'm surprised I don't go more often. A cheese burger from this place hits the spot better than any burger from the other places around. This Culvers was the first I've visited in Utah. They're super handy just a block off of I-15 on the northbound side. Easy in, easy out. You can see it from the off ramp, a pleasant sight for a road weary traveller. The featured burger at this particular outlet (I also ate at a Culvers in Cheyenne, WY the same day) was a "Pepper Grinder Bacon Burger" featuring a mayo that had like five different pepper flavors infused in it. It wasn't so spicy and actually had a nice, very strong black pepper flavor without any black pepper grit. It was served on an onion roll they referred to as a "pub bun" - whatever. It was tasty and drippy. The cheese was nicely melted into the patty and the bacon was crispy and smokey. It's been a while since I've been in Utah and I'd forgotten about the local culinary custom of "fry sauce" - a mix of ketchup and mayo. This Culvers was true to the local tastes and had a big 'ol tub of fry sauce with a pump! I didn't see the usual Culvers ketchup and mustard station. That fry sauce would be the bomb on their signature cheese curds. I wish I knew about it while ordering. The staff was like all Culvers I've visited, super friendly and helpful. Compared to the circus in the parking lot I saw when passing the in n out on I-15 a few exits back, this is a great alternative and the malts and shakes at Culvers are made with fresh frozen custard made that same day. read more

Being from the Midwest, I was happy to find out that the Culver's here doesn't lose the taste in Utah as some other chains do. They have the same good buttery burgers and pretty decent cheese curds. They often have good deals going on too, today I had a single scoop cone of Maple Pecan custard for just a dollar. One advantage this location offers over nearby Five Guys or In-N-Out is its abundance of seating and seating options. Booths, big tables, small tables, indoor and outdoor seating. It also seems to attract an older and therefore quieter crowd. Overall the atmosphere is pretty nice and the employees are very friendly and helpful. It's one of those places where they bring your food out to you and make sure you have everything you need. The one major drawback to coming here, especially during lunchtime is the location. While easy to get to off the interstate, it can be nearly impossible to exit back towards I-15. There is no light out of the parking lot, and it can be extremely frustrating unless you happen to get lucky. If you're heading in towards American fork, though, can be just fine. read more

So apparently Culver's is a Mid-West thing and I had no clue until my boss pretty much forced me to go since she is from Wisconsin. When we got there, I ordered the double deluxe with cheese curds. The burger looks plain but is packed with buttery goodness. The cheese curds were delicious when hot but sort of chewy when cold. This location had fry sauce which is native to Utah so I pretty much used it with everything lol. Their vanilla custard gets an A+ from me. I love ice cream and their soft-serve puts every other fast food ice cream to shame. read more

While we usually have a good experience here, we came today at 9:00 and the dining room was closed even though it said it was open until 10:00. We went to the drive thru and then saw some other people were being let in, so we asked the manager what was going on. He didn't seem to want to own up to it and was super cagey.Definitely not a good way to encourage costumer trust. I love this place. I just went for the first time. I got the grilled Ruben with fries. My bf got the Swiss burger with fries and cheese curds. The meals are portioned quite well. I loved the fries, they were thick and crispy. I love that. It was also well flavored. My only complaint was that my grilled Ruben was really soggy. I think it's because we got it to go and it got really hot so the bun was soaked with the warmth. I do have to admit overall I loved it. The cheese curds were also amazing! Great service! We told the girl at the register that it was our first time ever in a Culver's and she was patient with us while trying to figure out what we wanted to order as a family. The servers were kind and they keep everything neat and clean. The cod was good but the tartar sauce was a bit bland. The green beans were amazing but a bit heavy on the salt. Yuck! My dry and over cooked burger patty was more salty than the see-thru strips of bacon. There was no distinguishing flavor other than greasy and salty. The mint Oreo concrete mixer we got was soft and runny. Not very appetizing nor did we feel it would last long enough for us to wait till our burgers were done so we had to finish it before our burgers arrived. The fries were the best part of the meal but still not great. They were inconsistently sized and some were crunchy and over cooked while others lacked the crisp I wanted. The burgers were decently sized but I struggled to want to finish it. For just under $20 I got two burgers, a small fry, soft drink, and mini concrete mixer. Not worth the money. The staff was friendly but sorry, the food is no good and I have no desire to go back. read more

For a quick, quality, drive-thru available Burger Joint, this rocks!!! I think that these are some of the best burgers available for a chain. I love them much more that even In-n-Out. We don't have a Tommy's out here in Utah, so this is my "go to" place when I craving a good burger. read more

I would eat at Culver's every day if I could. The food never disappoints. They don't always have the pepper grinder pub burger on the menu, but if they do I highly recommend it! And their sweet potato fries too. I haven't found a menu item I don't like! The Lehi location has especially friendly and courteous employees! We are always greeted promptly when we enter. It always kills me when I sit at a place without intentions of leaving a review, because we stop by on a whim or something, and when I get home google or yelp is all like.... "Have you been to this place recently?!" Stop tracking my movements damn it! Okay, so I got the "Culver's burger" and one of their custards. The burger itself was alright. The food itself is a set above the normal fast food crap. The ingredients are a little more plump and vibrant. The bun was toasted (huge plus), and the meat didn't look like sausage. That's a win. You could taste most of the ingredients by themselves. You know when you go to Wendy's and all you taste is meat? Yeah it wasn't like that. The custard itself was pretty standard. EXCEPT, they definitely load it up with the goodies. By goodies, I mean the stuff you choose. I got brownie bits and cookie dough. I'm pretty sure that at least half of that custard was goodies. Every single bite had cookie dough or brownie. I kind of loved it. Definitely worth stopping by for some ice cream. The food I could probably pass on. It's a good alternative to regular fast food though. I felt better after eating the hamburger here than I do at McDonald's. read more

Yay! Finally a fast food chain that has figured it out! I heard a commercial on the radio and thought I would give them a whirl.... It was actually a schlep for me to get there, and after battling some nasty traffic, I got there tired and frustrated. Then the world tilted and all was right in the world again. I had clean, ample parking. it was bright, clean, cool inside. Big, easy-to-understand menu and friendly workers. I ordered the Snackpak meal... Perfect size with a Butter Burger, fries and a drink. With tax, $4.50! Fries were piping hot and crispy, burger was juicy with "real" extras such as lettuce, tomatoes etc. I tried the in-house root beer and it was very tasty. I like mixing my own soda, so I was happy to have a drink station. Since they bring the food to your table, I sat down, attached to their wifi (this is a huge plus to me) and settled in. I am sitting here contemplating a frozen custard or shake.... There is a menu on the table to tempt me, so I peruse. I settled on a concrete mixer of hot fudge and peanut butter cups. Thick, lots of chunks. Yep, they got this right too. All in all, a very decadent meal that I am certain I will be craving again very soon. First time eating at Culver's. I had read that it is a rapidly expanding chain so when we saw one from the highway this weekend we decided to stop. They have a large menu. I mean visibly large. Like you could see it from outerspace. Anyway, the have a typical selection of burgers and fries as well as some additional sandwiches such as chicken and a prime rib. I had the Colby pub burger which had 2 patties, A-1 sauce, fried onion strings and colby jack cheese. All their cheese is from Wisconsin by the way. They are also known for their frozen custard. I had a concrete with brownie bites and whipped cream. It was pretty darn good. The service was amazing and in fact the owner was the one who took our order. read more

I liked the food. It's a less greasy version of Freddy's. I got the double cheeseburger and it was delicious. You can really taste the butter in the bun. My husband and I shared a frozen custard and I wish we ordered our own. There are so many different topping you can put on it, it can get overwhelming. The fries were okay.
