Nice Culver's to stop and have lunch. Greeted when you enter and served with a smile Spicy Chicken sandwiches were made fresh and served hot. I tried the Culver's sauce which is a mix between ranch and cheddar. Although it may sound strange it was really good on our sandwiches and with our fries. It was plenty busy but they had everything well stocked and tables nicely cleaned. We couldn't leave without ordering caramel peanut butter custard. The service was amazing me and my family were on a road trip and decided to stop by. It was really fun food was good, and when we were heading on the way home we thought why not go again and they had a fundraiser for the pd and you got to dunk them. also you could buy a butterburger plush for 10 bucks. read more

Traveling through town and I wanted to try Culvers. The overhead on the grill was down so they only were making fried food. I wasn't able to try the butter burger that I've heard so much about. I would give it zero starts if I could! I am of brown ethnicity and i just feel very disrespected to see everyone else get their food but us.Makes me feel like this is just another racist establishment, especially if this happens EVERY time to me. I have never gotten my order right or let alone me have to go inside so they can find my order every single time I order here. You think after over 10 times of this happening I would stop going but it's the only Culver's in town. To get treated like we were never there, handing out everyone else's orders while we were sitting in front for a while (including if we were the only ones in drive). Heard many times as well that they don't even hire people not because of their work but their skin that's just disgusting. If that's true or not, that isn't what bothers me it's the lack of care of the customers and my order getting messed up every single time I go. Not once has my order been correct not including the times we were completely neglected which bothers me the most. Customer service and quality should be the #1 priority in food service and I haven't seen a drop of it whenever I go. Just horrible to have this happen every time I go. read more

Rating based on comparison to other fast food. Great burgers, tendies, fish, fries, and more. Custard scoops and mixers are good enough to fix a bad day. I recommend getting the kids meal as you get a choice of entree (burger), fries, and a scoop of ice cream for a cheap price. Service at Culver's is usually great too! read more

The three piece cod dinner is fantastic at but often ruined at this location over the years because management decides to use smaller refillable plastic tarter sauce cups instead of using the larger sealed tarter sauce cups Culviers provides and used at other locations. Its getting better but often just one or two half filled containers which is significantly less than the two full sealed ones other locations provide. Feels like my last time ever wanting to eat here last week when one of the lids was not pressed on enough, opened up in bag deposited tarter sauce over napkins, cole slaw container, utensils inside bag. Once again ruining dinning experience five star to one star meal experience. I would hope management to be very good, an oversight, hopefully manager takes notice and cares enough to significantly improve dinning experience the way Culver's intends it to be. Follow up - manager has contacted me and am satisfied with the response. Lid coming off probably an isolated incident and there is no charge for ordering extra tarter sauce. Perhaps I will order five next time, better to have too much than not enough. read more

Best customer service I have actually ever experienced in a fast food joint. I'm not even the biggest fan of the food (burgers are a bit greasy for my liking) but the rest is good. I'd go here for the good service alone! I've only gone through drive though and have o lay had the best experience ever. read more

Love that custard. As far as fast food goes, Culver's wipes the floor with the competition. Not much more to say about this chain restaurant, but I seriously think their stuff tastes much better than the others. Their burgers have fresh ground beef, and their custard (esp. the flavor of the day) is always yummy. They have a lot of variety as well, and their "Team Scoopie" kids meal is great, as it comes with a "free custard" coupon that we pocket and save for another time, rather than piling the dessert on top of the rest of the kids meal (entree, side, and drink). read more

Stopped en route back to Mpls and ordered the Sourdough Melt. It was warm, but anything beyond that was very disappointing. Def not worth the money. Maybe I should have ordered the "double" instead of the "single", but still. Pretty lame. read more

My son and I went to this Culver's location this evening, 11/01/15, and had a good meal. The dinning room was tidy and inviting. The only thing that was lacking was the Packer pre-game on the big screen. As for other areas, the restrooms were clean and nicely stocked with the normal necessities. It was a thoughtful touch to have a box of Kleenex on the sink vanity. (As we all know we are in cold/flu seaon.. Having an extra tissue is a good thing.) Anyway, the ordering area is a typical Culver's venue, nothing special.. Would be something if they updated it (Hint). The food: I had the cod sandwich value basket. For the price/value the only issue I had with it was the cod filet was small/thin. Not sure what the deal was there. But, it was tasty as usual even if there was more bun & cheese than fish. I have to say I was grateful to have golden CRISP fries! I think just done "whimpy" fries are a waste. My son had a bacon deluxe value basket and enjoyed his fare as well. The service was polite/friendly and helpful They had their "A" game team working tonight. Will definitely be back! read more

Two words: food poisoning. I expect much better from a Culvers. This is hands-down the dirtiest one I have ever been to-bathrooms, tables, everything. The only thing I ordered was cheese curds. I thought one of their biggest boasting points was fresh ingredients? Which leaves me wondering... were they using stale ingredients or did the cooks just not wash their hands after using the restroom? Either is inexcusable. I have usually received very good customer service from this Culver's. Every time they have messed up my order or taken longer than expected, they have given me a discount or a coupon of some sort. However, I did receive poor service from one drive-thru worker. She was rude and condescending in her tone. Also, she went through the trouble of asking me if I wanted anything on my burger. I asked for everything except tomato, but when I got it, there was nothing on it. Not even condiments. read more
