Great location on 120th by Blondo St. busy during lunch hour but service was great & went quick! I ordered grilled Chicken with fries that came out shortly after our table of 7 sat down. Everything was served as ordered & the place is clean & neat. We had a nice server come by to check on us & he picked up all trays for the garbage. Nice service with a smile named Rolo. First off, I really love Culver's food and have been stopping there for quite some time. However, something has happened with their quality assurance over the past almost year. Really since the new management or something occurred there. I normally don't open all of my food boxes before arriving at home but maybe should start. I had a normally great Butter Burger with a bun burned to a crisp. And several times my Concrete Frozen Custard which I crave has not even been half full for a large. I even took pics one time just to ask if it's how it's supposed to look now. If I pay for a large, I don't expect to get a medium or small in the cup. And it's happened several times. I haven't been back sadly because when I stop it's usually because I want the treat and am too tired to cook. I may try again but its been a while and I'm Leary of quality now sadly. The restaurant was an absolute mess. Nearly all the tables were dirty and trash everywhere. There were not many customers there so not sure what the deal was. The manager was trying very hard to clean, get orders out on time and manage his staff who seemed to be not on task. Food was terrible. Cheese was cold. Bun was hard and the burgers were burnt on one side and almost raw on the other. IF you could call them burgers because seriously, White Castle burgers are thicker than the "double" I received here. Loved my experience here. Was coming through Omaha on my way to New York on a road trip from CA and decided to stop at Culvers since it had been years. Clean establishment & customer service was great. Loved the girl at the register with the long braids she was so sweet! I had an issue with mashed potatoes not tasting the best but the shift manager Jeremy had no issues whatsoever accommodating us even when the restaurant was closing. Very much a gentleman. This place is stunningly, shockingly, nearly-hilariously bad! I mean, I kept wondering if a hidden camera crew was going to come out and tell us we were the objects of a prank. There was non-stop bellering coming from the kitchen area. 4-6 kids standing around the drive-thru area doing nothing. ANGRY people, who had waited half-hour for their drive-thru order to come to them, were coming in to see what was going on. Half-dozen angry dine-in customers standing up front holding up their "number tent." I waited over 20 minutes after placing a VERY simple order: 2 single butter burger baskets. When I went to the counter, and FINALLY got the attention of one of the 10+ employees standing around, nobody had ANY clue where my order was. Half-hour after ordering, we got our order - lukewarm burgers that had were obviously made 25 minutes earlier, and a couple sleeves of something that kind of resembled 1/2" french fries. It was SO bad. During the hour we were there, I am positive that they got more orders wrong than right. Angry customers were everywhere. It was simply unbelievable. SO bad. I reviewed this location before and gave them a rating of 3. Today when I went through their drive-thru for lunch, they have lowered it down to a rating of 1. I went through just after 1 p.m. It was way faster than usual as they are the slowest fast food restaurant to which I have ever been. They gave me my drink with no ice - which I didn't order. When they gave me my food in line, there was no itemized receipt. It had a list of what I ordered and a total, but no list price of each item, no tax, nothing about my credit card, etc. When I asked the young lady about a receipt, she just said, "They didn't give me one," and that was about it. I called the location and spoke with Clayton. He accused me of yelling and talking over him, which he was talking over me and I was absolutely not even raising my voice. He offered no apology, and no receipt. He promptly let me know he was not into helping me, nor being a reasonable manager. I have left a message with their corporate headquarters to call me back. Their food is good but less than what it used to be; their service, especially their leadership, is to be desired. I'll just go visit other locations where the service is way better than what Clayton provided today. read more

Came here for the first time and oh my gosh it was a huge disappointment. We got 1 cheeseburger meal, 1 spicy chicken meal and a sundae. The cheeseburger meal was nothing special and comparable to something you can get at Burger King. The spicy chicken sandwich didn't come with any sauces and no cheese which was super disappointing. The fries were ok and didn't have a lot of salt which was great. The sundae was the most disappointing thing of the entire meal. It looked promising but the ice cream left an awful after taste in your mouth and tasted strongly like cow, needless to say only one bite was taken (McDonald's Sundaes are better which is very sad to be compared to). Oh yea and apparently asking for ketchup and mustard on the side is a novelty here because the people at the window looked very confused. Very disappointing and won't be coming back here again. My boyfriend and I used to be regulars for their ice cream concretes. Lately at night, specifically when a black lady with long decorated fingernails works the drive-thru window, the ice cream cups come back 3/4 full and take quite a while for it to get made. Also while waiting and looking through the window, I could see her & 2 other people laughing and carrying a conversation while I wait for JUST my ice cream. When she finally hands me the ice cream, not one word was said from her. Rude. This has happened more than once. read more

As far as heath and safety goes for this place, this place is horrible. I was a worker here for about 6 months and I can honestly say that this is nasty place I have worked. Roaches EVERYWHERE. For example, roaches in the vanilla custard on November 10, 2023 at 9:31 P.M. They had the nerve to scoops it out and keep severing that same bucket. They then went on to use this as the flavor of the day for the next day. The owner doesn't care, the general manager has no power to do anything, and it's always a roach within 2 feet of you. read more

Service was ok, but someone who must have been the shift lead on July 2nd at 255pm was yelling at her employees, very loud yelling, which ruined the meal experience. If I want to listen to someone yelling while I eat, I could eat at home. Maybe someone needs more training on how to talk to the workers and in the proper tone. If an employee needs to go to the bathroom, they have to go. The shift lead doesn't follow them in there and yell at them loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Where do I start. We were family friends with the previous owner and we dined here frequently because of that. Recently we saw the store was under new management. That was all fine until we realized the food started to decline in every way possible. But we had stopped dining but that's not the reason for this review. As of a couple weeks ago we returned and we saw some different hours on the lobby window but it was right around Christmas so that's understandable. But today we went to get some dinner through the drive thru and was shocked to find out they were closed even though the website says they are open. Now I mentioned above today we went through the drive thru, if they were closed I expected a sign or something in the speaker explaining but NO there was nothing. We sat there for at least three minutes waiting until a not so friendly employee came out and yelled WERE CLOSED. So we pulled out and took our bossiness elsewhere. read more

I have never had any other menu item than custard at Culver's. Today I was famished and passing by so I hit the drive thru for a burger. I ordered the double with large fries and a large root beer. There was a short line and myself and the 3 cars in front of me were asked to pull up and wait for them to bring the food out. Sat for while and then suddenly 2 workers came out and gave all 4 cars our food at the same time. That seemed really odd - like were they holding all of our orders? But whatever. I got home and found my large Root Beer had not a single ice cube - did not order it that way - is that a Culver's thing? The burger - oh my God! The two patties were burnt to a crisp - like the texture of super super super crispy bacon. The very centers were kind of soft. I have never eaten a burger that crunched, and not from the lettuce or crispy pickles. Like I said, I've never eaten anything here other than custard - but is this what their "famous butter burgers" are? Crispy charcoal? Not a fan if that is the usual, no thank you! read more

Not so much! 75% of the time the employees operate like robots showing little interest in a customer other than getting the money and moving them along. I think the kitchen got confused... they forgot half our order. We had to drive all the way back for the rest of it, only to get pushback from the kitchen. I'd prefer not to have to argue to get the food that I paid for. My husband was irritated by it all, and I can't say I recommend this Culvers, even though we eventually got the remaining part of our dinner. Few weeks ago, drive thru: Ordered a chicken sandwich, left with a burger. Today, drive thru: Ordered cheese curds instead of fries, left with fries... Which is so much more disappointing than the burger scenario because who wants fries when you can have cheese curds? I'm from Wisconsin originally, c'mon guys. :( The woman at the window over the lunch hour does a great job. Sometimes the older man they have on the intercom over the lunch hour is having a bad day and he definitely shows that. Just wish they could get the drive thru bit together. On both occasions, the drive thru was NOT busy... Seems like they almost do better when the drive thru is bumper to bumper. I don't know if they hired a bunch of newer people, but it's upsetting paying MORE for something and not getting what you ordered. read more

Worst visit ever! Unspeakably angry! Ordered at drive thru. Onion rings and malts. Simple, yeah? First, they gave us only one malt and acted inconvenienced when we said we ordered TWO. Then, the onion rings ended up being too salty. And when I say "too salty" I mean deadly levels of salty...like legitimate sodium poisoning...like salt rings instead of onion rings. Completely unacceptable! We went back around to get this rectified or at least returned and refunded and they had closed. Honked at the drive thru window and the guy inside looked directly at us and ignored us! Worst customer service, worst food, worst attitudes. I will be speaking to a manager first thing tomorrow and then contacting corporate. Avoid this location like the plague unless you want your order wrong *every single time*. Threw it all in the trash when we got home. Never again. Note: also, everytime we've gone there, we've had 1 or more items missing from our order. Items that had been paid for and not received. Most notably, 2 entire sandwiches on an order that consisted of 3 sandwiches and some sides. How do you forget half of the order?? My French fries were perfectly crispy outside, and tender on the inside, with that nice potato taste, instead of being overpowered by oil flavor. Another side was a coleslaw, creamy and crunchy, and very enjoyable. My shrimp dinner was to crunchy and tasted like Shrimp. read more

Employees are rude 95% of the time. Food is usually on point. Its rare that I've been disappointed. Butterburgers are delicious! I get them with bacon. Pretty greasy but very fresh! Good cheddar cheese, no nasty American cheese here. You have to ask for your topping such as ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. If you want all of the toppings mentioned ask for your sandwich to have "the works". My hubby gets the mushroom and Swiss burger he really likes it. I've had the chicken strips which are really good! The original and buffalo. They are so moist and tender they practically melt in your mouth. I love their fries! Crinkle cut, lightly salted. Their frozen custard is amazing! Try it! Malts or concrete mixers are my go to treats. (: I love you culvers. You will always be way better than Freddy's in my opinion. I don't even see the comparison, I can NOT stand freddy's food...
