This was our third visit, and it's always good. Today we got the 6 piece fried shrimp value meal. The shrimp were great, and they have a good cocktail sauce. First time I've had the fries (I usually get the fried cheese curds) and I noticed they now have a Wisconsin cheese sauce. I was expecting Velveeta, but it was much better, with a bit of a bite. I was extremely excited when I heard a Culver's was going in right down the street from me. Unfortunately, this one did not have the cheese curd promotion as other ones did. I was extremely disappointed. All in all, food was fresh, but service was slow. Lots of hiccups with the ordering process, which is normal when you first open a store. Looks like I'll be going to the Irlo Bronson location in the meantime while they get everything worked out. At least they have promotions. read more

I like the food at this location and believe it's prepared quickly, efficiently, and overall awesome quality. However, this isn't the reason why I come here. Quincy, I assume a manager at this location, is truly a one of a kind phenomenal person and employee. He's extremely helpful and checked up on us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. He was kind and patient when I didn't know what to order and whole heartily just amazing. We were visiting from out of town, and this was our first time ever eating here. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & my husband ordered a double deluxe butter burger. I love how when you eat in, they bring the food to your table! It was piping hot too! So delicious. The spicy chicken had so much flavor, and the butter burger was absolutely not greasy! 5 stars for excellent customer service. I am new to Culver's and was on vacation in Florida. I always heard of Culver's and decided to try it out. At first it didn't seem all that interesting, a blue Freddy's I though however I was mistaken. Despite a long line outside, the food came out in three minutes. The staff was constantly checking up on us despite not having to as they aren't waiters. They picked up our trays, refilled our drinks and overall just kept asking us how was the quality and if we are alright. They couldn't get our order right. We went through it MULTIPLE times. Either items were added or omitted, but it took at least 5 or 6 times before it was correct. Being from PA, we have no Culver's anywhere near us. I've heard incredible things about it though, from friends and family members around the country. So second time here. Brought my Granddaughter. Always polite service. But... Behind us in ear shit sat a "manager" Never once did he acknowledge the fact that the order was wrong. The burgers and tenders were awesome. The burger tasted chargrilled and not rubbery, super happy! But then when we ordered dessert the custard I got was like soup! (8/30/2018) Came by for a weekday lunch. Felt a jonesing for some cheese curds. The service was present but ineffectual on all accounts. I ordered a Wisconsin Swiss Melt, cashier asked if I wanted mushrooms, I said I want what comes with the Swiss Melt, and it's not mushrooms. I repeat my order again. Ended up with a Sourdough Melt when they brought my order to me. The cheese curds were good when hot, of course, not great when cold. The white ones were better than yellow ones, and they were breaded pretty thickly. My friend ordered a Garden Fresco Salad with Grilled Chicken and Caesar dressing, what came was Sesame Ginger. I think the cashier might not be fully literate, and may not know that Caesar is spelled with a "C" and not an "S." It was remarked that the salad greens were surprisingly quite crisp. For most of the time we were there, we saw at least 3 employees fight with a ketchup pump to try to get it to work. The system of getting a number and staff bringing your order to you only works if there is a solid, efficient system, and someone to oversee it. They mixed up our numbers with someone else's. I was very impressed as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and noticed how clean everything was. I ordered the butterburger and fries and it did not disappoint,frankly it was awesome!(soft lightly buttered bun) the hamburger was juicy with outstanding fresh flavor, the fries were hot and tasty!!! My drink was Culver's root beer which was very cold and was the best tasting root beer I ever had. I ordered the custard "flavor of the day" and it was a sweet and creamy dream come true!!!! I'm not sure the name of the young guy that was working the window on Wednesday, March 14th, but he made our night! He was incredibly engaging, thorough, and friendly. He made sure we had our food exactly as we liked and when he found out the ice cream we had ordered was for our dog in the back seat, he informed us they offer a "pup cup" that is complimentary and took the ice cream off the bill. Definitely didn't have to do that. It was such a breath of fresh air to run out for a quick bite in Orlando and have someone not treat you like you were annoying them. Dear Culver's, Coming from California, I never heard of this place till my spouse told me he'd wish there was a Culver's here. Never paid any mind since I had no idea. I had my first Culver's experiences out a year ago and let me say it was life altering. The shrimp is perfectly battered and tasty. The fries are crispy and coleslaw is a short stair way to heaven! The burger oh my tatertots! Holy my jamin jam jam! The best burger hands down! I mean so simple but the fresh bread and ingredients made me have a serious mouth gasm! I mean I want Culver's everyday! I'm on timeout now though since I had it 5 days in a row! This location is great! The kind staff and management team are extremely pleasant and polite and really ensure your enjoying your meal. I would only say cut back on the over doing of asking how do you like your food since I was having a religious experience eating I kept having to say great thank You since mama did not raise me to be rude! In short I highly recommend this location and restaurant... fresh to order meals that are brought to your table. They make you feel welcomed instead of just a number like some establishments. Second time I've come to this restaurant and most of the employees are on there phones, not paying attention to customers, both times I've came no greeting no thank you nothing, people using there phones and not washing there hands then touching people's orders is not ok. The restaurant was fairly clean but it could have used some tlc, they were not super busy so no excuse for not having proper cleaniness, finally when I got my food I could immediately tell the burger patties had been sitting for some time, they were hard and had char taste on them. I can honestly say I will not be returning to this restaurant , anybody that hasn't been thinking about coming just go to five guys next door. I had never heard of this place but the burger was recommended by my brother. I gave it a try and it turned out to be pretty good. The shake was delicious, sweet but not overwhelmingly so. I specifically went to this fast food place not because of their burgers as they mediocre at best like other fast food places but rather for the ice cream of the day. The picture inside the store looked delightful with pecans and Carmel sauce poured over vanilla ice cream. When it was brought to me you couldn't see any pecans and no Carmel sauce. The kid who made it said it's all mixed in. I explained it looked nothing like the picture and how do I know there is the nuts and sauce in it. So with all that being said my family and I will never come back which is no big deal since this is only the second time we have been here, once right after it opened and tonight. The food was cold the drinks were a bit overly carbonated. The burgers were burnt. It was some of the worst food and attitude I had ever experienced.
