I live 14 miles from this store (Pensacola, FL) and have been ordering something any time I am in the area, i.e., doctor visit, shopping, etc. It is out of my way otherwise and have wished that one was closer (Pace, FL). I had a doctor visit today and stopped by the store for a to go order before coming home in a severe thunderstorm and was in a hurry to get back. I trusted the order was correct (dumb move). When I got home, I realized I did not receive a bottled water that I had ordered. I called the store and was told I needed to come back to the store within 24 hours to get the missing water or forfeit the $2.09 I spent for this item per the owner's policy. As I mentioned above, this is out of my way and a 14 mile drive, 28 if you count the return trip. I find this to be a serious customer satisfaction issue and unreasonable. It is not my responsibility that this owner has an incompetent staff and puts it back on the customer if they want to get what they paid for. Frankly, it is criminal. I will not only be back to any Culver's, but I plan to tell anybody and everybody about my experience with the treatment of their loyal customers. read more

Came to this Culver's while I was visiting the military base. We have been a fan of Culver's for many years. Not sure if it's a Fast food Florida thing, but the girl in the drive thru window was absolutely nasty. She gave me stellar service through the speaker, but when I pulled to the window, her demeanor completely changed. The way she glared at myself and my husband who was sleeping in the passenger seat. She did not smile and was so incredibly cold. When I asked if they smiled at this location (light heartedly) she gave me a half raised lip scowl. One of the most disturbing run ins I have ever had while receiving quick service food. She then told me to pull forward and wait by the garbage can for my order to be brought out to me. (How pleasant. (Mind you, the garbage can was absolutely filthy, and I had to stare at it while I waited for my food)) Yum. When another woman brought the bag out to us, it was missing my husband's fries from his meal. I had to go inside. I saw a white shirt general manager speaking to the drive thru staff, as a cashier in a blue apron greeted me. When I explained my unpleasant experience in the drive thru, and the missing fries, I also asked to speak to a manager. She replied " I am the manager" I then asked if I can speak to the gentleman in the white shirt who had just walked back to the office. She stepped away for a moment and then came back and said "we have no one in a white shirt who works here" Another blue apron came up to me and said, "we don't know what you are talking about, we have no white shirt man working here." They lied multiple times, and denied my request of speaking to the supervisor. The other employees looked ashamed and embarrassed as these two grown women (shift leads) lied to a customer. I am a very pleasant, well spoken, highly regarded woman. I almost always have nothing but friendly and joyous interactions wherever I go. Well educated, Molecular biologist with a minor in Anthropology. I served in the United States Military, and I now serve as Vice President of our local Veterans of America chapter. I did not appreciate the staff lying to me regarding what my eyes saw. The reality was, the manager did not want to speak with me, so his leadership skills thought it to be best to instruct them to lie to the customer by saying we don't have a white shirt member of staff. Could've said he was in a meeting or he just stepped out or anything of that sort. Yet to insult my intelligence by acting as if I was blind was incredibly unprofessional. I received nothing but what seemed to be "we don't like your kind here" First time visiting Florida from Chicago. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. PS. My husband's sweet tea tasted like water and club soda. I'm certain it was intentional. read more

My visit was several weeks ago and I went inside to dine in. It was terrible the young man that waited on me gave poor customer service and he wasn't friendly at all. The food was even worse. Great burgers!! Had the Butter Burger with mushrooms, and it was buttery heaven! Fries were okay, served how (which is always a plus!), fried cheese left a bit to be desired. But that burger!! YUM!! I love the idea of the QR codes to scan while waiting in line before heading to the intercom to order. This is extremely helpful since there is a plethora of food options. I recommend scanning the code and parking if you have multiple orders. Organize and gather your orders. I have older parents and this helps me sort out everything for them and makes it easier for me. You will receive a number on your car and asked to pull up. Don't be upset, it's worth the wait. My food has come out hot and tasted fresh. It is more pricey than other "fast food" places but it's more of "shake shack" kind of place if you've been to one. They have a little bit of everything. The visit to this business left a lot to be desired. The service is dismal and no concern about the quality or customer satisfaction. It was a struggle from the beginning to place the order, the order was butchered, only to be addressed by the staff with a very insincere response that never addressed the problem. This may be the worst experience of a burger I've ever had!! The patty was so smashed and degraded that it was held together with gristle NO MEAT on mine or families! Okay, I'm fully aware of how silly it is to review a fast food chain. But I was so stoked to see that Pensacola had one of these! (From the Midwest and then lived in San Francisco for the past couple of decades, so visiting the Midwest was where I expected to see this place again.) I'm a fan of their fried cheese curds and CUSTARD. Hands down the best custard there is. They have vanilla (my favorite), chocolate (tried it once but I'm super picky about chocolate) and they have a flavor of the day/week or something - the last time we were there it was chocolate eclair. But I almost always get a dish with a single/double scoop of the vanilla custard. No regrets! (Maybe my hips...ha.) I've had their butter burgers which are good. Their fish sandwich was a bit boring for me. (I love a good tartar sauce so...). Prices = reasonable to moderate. Service = friendly. Overall, I come here for the custard. Absolutely poor customer service. Was told they accept Apple Pay, they apparently do not. Waited in the line for nothing, then the young lady at the window as giving my husband and I terrible looks as we tried to use Apple Pay (which I guess only works sometimes). Instead of apologizing she was rude. So we went back through the line after we got our card, and the lady who brought the food out to our car was so rude. My wife and I rolled into the drive-thru for what we thought would be a quick stop to get some dessert. Almost 30 minutes later, we pulled out of line and headed inside to ask for our money back. Our order was simply a scoop of custard and a regular size milk-shake. This was still not ready when I spoke with the manager. I will say, the only thing saving this review from 1-star would be the professional response, and a few gift cards which came some days later in the mail. While the food here is of great quality, the service is absolutely horrid. They need to work out the kinks, and get rid of the vast amount of employees just standing around doing nothing in there. read more

Well, My daughter and her friends went here and did a YouTube review on the place but I figured I'd try it for myself. The young lady at the counter was VERY nice and attentive to our order. Unfortunately, the cook (Blake) doesn't feel like making food to the order the customers pay for. I realized when I got to my car that the double burger I ordered only had one. It Wouldn't have mattered if I would not have pay for the second patty. Once I returned and was let in by the nice young lady at the front I explained what had happened and she immediately apologized. Then , she went to the opening in the wall where they slid the prepared food and Informed the kitchen that they made my food incorrectly and it needed to be remade. The OWNERS SON BLAKE then looked through the whole to see who the customer was. He then took his hands and opened my box to touch the burger for confirmation of the error with the same gloves he had been cleaning with. Both the gloves hand and the one without were very wet. I then requested that my sandwich be made from scratch. At that time, he got upset and through his gloves with aggression into the trash. He then walked back and forth a few times getting the supplies to remake the sandwich but was clearly expressing a high level of anger as if me wanting what I paid for was an inconvenience. I voiced my concern but he never apologized. I would think the son of a business owner would be more professional but the privilege seemed to be is motivation to give horrible service. I left my business card for the general manager and will see if there is a follow up. I will not return to this location due to his attitude and the fact that I didn't feel comfortable eating my sandwich and still through it in the trash after my concern of what he may do based on the level of anger. I used to work there and the ice cream machine was absolutely filthy, there was ice cream spills all over. They also do not keep their bathrooms clean and do the bare minimum. The cashiers may seem nice but they don't actually do their job properly and push their work upon others. They also do not clean their establishment correctly as I've seen insects. I do not recommend whatsoever as a food establishment. They treat customers like it's fine dining yet the employees like fast food workers. 1/10 the best option is just to never go there ever again it would save you from being food poisoned. read more

Second time back and still got the order wrong, as well as taking a long time to order and receive order. Finally, last time coming here using the drive thru. One it's 9PM and it took 15 minutes just to order. Two, you can't even understand the person taking the order. Lastly, the food was cold and wrong! Such a disappointment, looks like I'll just have to make the trip to the other Culver's. Managers: please re-train your employees. I rarely eat fast food and my experience here last week Reminded me why. Food: bland, greasy, cold, HORRIBLE. Fantastic place! Never been to one before but heard great things so I brought my family to try it out. Super clean and actually packed for a late Sunday afternoon which is a good sign. Ordered the double butter burger with bacon and it was awesome. Of course we got an order of cheese curds they are a MUST! My daughter got the onion rings with her kids meal and they were good. A very nice older lady (older then the average worker there of teen early 20's) was working the room, cleaning up, and checking on people... she was a nice touch. I just completed a review for the location in Navarre Beach. My main gripe is that our order had to be corrected twice. Recognizing this place has only been open less than 6 months, I can respect that they are still working out the kinks. I do hope for its success though because of how convenient this location is to the airport. It didn't feel the staff was very well versed in the menu and products. However, every one we encountered were friendly and quickly righted any mistakes. For the time being, let the Culver's name and products speak for themselves. If you're a local and interested in service, wait a bit for them to develop a bit more, and go to Navarre. read more

All the food is delicious!! Butterburger excellent! They have dinners also. Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes and gravy, 2 sides and a roll is great. Of course their Ice Cream very good. Restaurant is exceptionally clean. Staff super helpful; go out of their way for customers. Lots of choices. Love the interior and has patio seating. Takeout uniquely organized and very fast! Been going here for a couple months for ice cream. (Specifically for what they call "concrete mixers") The service is almost always questionable. I went in with some family to order and eat in a couple weeks ago. The staff was goofing off behind the counter. We had to repeat our orders twice because the teenagers taking our orders were more focused on making jokes with each other than they were on customer service. They prepared our orders and placed them on the counter behind the register without saying anything to us. We sat there for 5 minutes before I had to ask the cashier if they were our ice creams. In response, she hastily handed us the ice creams without saying a word before going back to joking with her friends. Tonight, I went to the drive through to pick up some ice creams. All of them were supposed to be chocolate with Reese's cups inside. The only thing correct about the orders were the sizes. This is not the first time this has happened. Unprofessional. Whatever idiot manages this restaurant should do some more research when hiring employees. read more

Have eaten at this fast food restaurant 6 times. Pot roast dinner is my favorite. I had my first butter burger today. It was perfect. I like my burgers with no cheese, but everything else and mayo for the condiment. This is exactly what I received. Best Burger in town by far! The crinkle fries and onion rings are great as well. Everything was hot and taste was fantastic. Pot roast is my favorite entree. Love it with mashed potatoes and broccoli . Tried the Cod dinner and it is also very good. I received 3 huge pieces of thick cod fillets and the cole slaw was outstanding. Excellent complement to the fish! Did I mention that the restaurant layout is conducive to quiet dining? Everything is very clean and they have a private dining room for parties with large screen TV, as well as outside eating area. Highly recommend this for families with children. We love the food at Culver's but they consistently refuse to give us ketchup!!! I ordered 4 burgers and 4 fries, ask SPECIFICALLY for extra ketchup, and they gave me one!!!
