This happened 5/27/2020 I walked in yesterday late afternoon we looked back in there kitchen to see the cooks not wearing gloves or masks and they where handling the food,At this point with the covid-19 still very active this is unacceptable and against state and cdc code..We did not eat here nor will we for a very long time if ever seeing this place is not taking this virus seriously.It was extremely disrespectful and i would not eat here. This was my 2nd visit to Culver's and again the food was delicious and the service solid. The buffalo chicken strips are spicy and are quality beast meat, so bonus points for that. I love custard, so their concrete mixer desserts are perfect in this warm Florida weather. read more

I went to Culver's when it first opened in Tampa, Fl. I was impressed, I could get decent pot roast, mashed potatoes & gravey for dinner, to go at a fast food restaurant. At the drive thru, I saw no mention of pot roast. The employee on the intercom said they had a sandwich & dinner that did NOT have mashed potatoes. Color me dissapointed! I got the double cheeseburger with bacon. It was not hot, the cheese was melted & I feel if it had been hot it probably would be edible. I'll be the first to admit, I don't frequent fast food restaurants, especially for burgers. When I heard about Culver's, years ago the pot roast dinner caught my attention. I didn't even see it on the menu, but was told they still have it. The burger I got was super room temperature, as well as the fries, definately inedible. The restaurant is very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Its kind of an upscale McDonalds. You place your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. This is probably one of my favorite fast food places, they have delicious fries, and cheese curds. They have very good meat, and great customer service, PLUS they bring your food very fast. They have a nice view and it has nice decor, the only thing I would want is ranch dressing for my food, but overall it's really good. read more

The customer service was very good. 4/5 stars. However, the actual product brought down the entire grade. We ordered ice cream and my grandmother's small ice cream wasn't even half full. Both my grandparents ordered a caramel and cashew and in the entire order there was only one cashew. My grandmother went back to get more which they were very polite about but they should do it well the first time. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream cone and I assumed it would be mixed in it. But when they brought it to the table, it was cookie dough on the side. What kind of madness is that? If I had known that when I ordered I never would have gotten it. They offered to grab us extra condiments or whatever we needed. We barely had to lift a finger and the food was tasty. General Manager Heather came out to let me know my spicy chicken patty came out of the fryer but did not look of the best quality and because of that, she'd be remaking it and let me know the wait should be about 3 minutes. I have never heard of Culvers...so I stopped by for something to eat when I saw it was a hamburger joint I opted for the Wisconsin cheese Curds..EXCELLENT...and a Concrete Mixer (like a DQ Blizzard ) THE ICE CREAM WAS DELICIOUS..it was the BEST from a machine I've encountered! When Culver's in Port Richey,Fl. first opened they were very good. Over the past several months we have had several experiences with this location that were very disappointing. In general the quality of their food and the ability to accurately get the orders correct is the main issues. I called tonight to speak with a manager[Dante] about our concerns . When he answered the phone [unprofessionally] I felt I had to remind him that he should announce who he is and what his title is. I expressed my concerns about the overall quality of the food and service. I informed him that we were NOT looking for a refund or a coupon for our next visit. This place is between a 4-5, so I will just give it a 5. This is the 1st time I have ever been to one of these, I knew about them from a friend plus I had a $20 gift card. Great thing about them is they open at 10:30am so there is no waiting till 11. I got the burger, cheese curds & chocolate shake.
