I really wanted to LOVE this place after all the hype. It's definitely good but as good as any other burger places in the area. The cheese curds are pretty awesome and ices and custards were good. It's like the burger version of Chick-Fil-A! Super friendly staff. Grilled buns. Creamy ice cream. They bring your food to your table, and will gladly get you whatever else you ask for. Price point is also very similar, definitely more than McDonalds but you get what you pay for. 1st 2 times we went, we got sundaes and really enjoyed them. Really good custard ice cream. Today, Husband brought home hamburgers. We made a comparison to other fast food joints and came up with steak and shake as to the taste and quality of burger. Crinkle french fries were good. Only issue husband had was that he asked for no onions but got them. Our order for 1 single and double both with fries was around $12.79. Definitely will order again. read more

Burgers are delicious. Crispy thin patty burgers just how I like them. Also a big fan of their (real) onion rings & root beer. Their staff is extremely friendly. My order has been accurate each time I have been here. (~5 times) I like that they have basic topping phrases to start you off like "The Works" and "The Deluxe" unlike 5 guys where you have to recite your full toppings for each burger -- which if you are ordering for a family can become cumbersome. I had the cod & fries and my honey had the rubin and cheese curds. My fish was good for a beer batter style (which I'm not fond of) but it was not oily so it was ok. I got the shake which was good. The cheese curds my husband had was the show stopper. They were cooked to perfection and delicious. My husband thought there should have been a dip. Maybe but it was good without it. Experienced drive-thru and restaurant booth over several weeks. Newly opened, the delicious food was prepared as requested. Burgers and Codfish sandwiches were very flavorful and not greasy. Fries were also delicious and not greasy. The next weeks, the food drastically changed. OILY and Greasy. YUK. Cold coffee. Servers on cell phones. Very young and untrained staff do not accurately process food requests. The cooks, possibly untrained, unconcerned, or overwhelmed. Given the investment in this newly established Culvers, would suggest hiring older, more mature staff who understand the importance of return customers. Would not recommend THIS Culvers at this time. Recommend management oversight. Present "Managers" are called "Coaches." The results speak for themselves. read more

Dude, I'm shocked at how good my burger was. This is my first experience at a Culver's. I figured I would try it because I live in Tradition and it's relatively new. My wife and I only ordered desserts, so this may not be a very useful review. I will say that compared to a Dairy Queen Blizzard, their Concrete Mixers have more filling, which I appreciate. I had chunks of peanut butter cup in there that were as but as the spoon! My wife had a milkshake which she described as "it's a milkshake", so I guess that's good. read more

Avoid this location at all costs! Horrible service and the food not that great. Went to Culver's for the first time and ordered a burger with fries and a large cheese curds and my brother ordered the same with no curds. When our order was brought to the table we had no cheese curds but instead had a large French fry. As I started to walk towards the counter one of the employees asked if there was anything i needed. I said I ordered large cheese curds and got large fries instead. They came and looked at my tray and were confused. So I stated you can see our burger already came with fries why would I need a larger order of more fries. So one of the employees told another to go to the counter and state they forgot the large cheese curds and to bring them. I then waited a few minutes and an employee came up and said the manager says there is a $2 difference and you need to pay. So I had to get up and go pay $2 plus tax. The employee then comes up a few minutes later and delivers the cheese curds to me with such an attitude as I'd caused her such an inconvenience. This was such an unpleasant experience and the fact that I was forced to get up from my meal to go pay a price difference for their mistake just really aggravated me. The right thing to do was to just give me the cheese curds and not go through all the hassle and attitude. Never again will we be returning to this establishment. read more

First timer at any Culver's. Wasn't impressed. The place was very clean yet everywhere I walked my sandals stuck to the floor. I am meticulous about keeping my footwear clean so I dont bring any contaminants in the house or vehicles. We ordered a burger with fries, a soda and a salad. They brought the food to the table. So far so good. The salad was fresh but was only spring blend lettuce with chicken. I ordered a bacon burger loaded but got a cheeseburger with 1" bacon strip and a 3/8" slice of red onion. The fries were krinkle cut like the frozen fries your mom used to buy in the 70's. Burger and fries were served room temperature and quickly got cold. My wife and I were excited to try frozen custard. Again, not impressed! Only 3 flavors. Chocolate, vanilla and flavor of the day. They did give you the option to add ingredients like candy or nuts, etc. But Im not a kid and prefer my flavor to come from the custard only. I've had frozen custard in New England that would bury this choice and i got 10 or more custard flavor choices not 3! Won't be back read more

Ordered through the drive thru and my sandwich was cold. Ordered a new burger and it was so greasy the bun was soaked by the time I received it. I ask to speak with the manager and actually spoke with the owner Susan who was extremely rude and unprofessional. This location is very inconsistent with their food preparation, however, I continued to patronize this business simply because we/I want local businesses to thrive in my community. The owner needs to be retrain and model Chick Fi la customer service model. It takes one customer complaint to loose 100 customers base on word of mouth. read more

This was my first time at Culver's. When walking in everything looked neat and clean. Customer service was great. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken tenders and replaced the fries with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was nice and spicy like I was hoping. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes and gravy had very little flavor and could barely be salvaged with salt and pepper. My husband had a burger with Swiss and mushrooms to which he added lettuce, onion and tomatoes. This too was also a little lacking in flavor, but the fries were decent. I do plan to go back and try other things in the menu, but probably nothing savory. I'll try the dessert items next time. read more

Me and my kids stopped there after we left a friends house and the food was pretty good, kinda cool place with a nice view of a walking path and a water fountain. Never heard of this chain before, but we decided to give it a try. Very disappointed in the burger, I would call it a wafer it was that thin. We got the bacon double cheeseburger basket. The fries were OK, nothing great. Their ice cream looked pretty good though so might give it a try for just that, I will definitely not get another burger, they were so thin they were overcooked. read more

Been to this place a few times since they opened. Just a few months ago, they opened the first location near us in Jensen Beach, FL. The food is really good, so my wife would be surprised by a bad review. It is their customer service that is a complete fumble. Multiple times I have been greeted (inside or drive-thru) by super happy people who try their very best to be super positive and friendly. The problem, they do not hear anything you say. Or maybe it is because they put untrained employees as their first impression to the customer. They are so focused on putting on a good smile and filling seats, they don't know their product menu, they don't know what's on special, and they don't know what you are saying. They just do not listen to their customer. So if you cannot hear the customer, what is the point??? I have made numerous complaints after each incident and the person who takes the complaint, again is very nice, and has even offered a free meal as an apology. This has now happened three times. Not once has the actually manager come out to speak to me. Not once! It is no wonder there is such a high turnover of employment here. The owner needs new management to run a smooth restaurant. read more
