This location is hit or miss though I will say I have had the best burgers at this location than any culvers. Sometimes it's meh. There are some staff here who are really proud of their work and it shows. The ambiance inside is more cozy and less modernized like newer Culver's and I personally like it that way. Horrible service. 17 minutes to get just 4 scoops of ice cream and a kids meal. When I got the ice creams, they were melted. I rarely go to Culver's but when I do, I only come here for their butterfly jumbo shrimp. They come in either 6 or 10. I like the cocktail sauce that comes with it and that they add lemon slices. The salted Carmel is really good too. But the fries were terrible. They were so salty as if someone accidentally dumped a spoonful of salt on it. I ordered a raspberry ice tea and it tasted like water. But the girl was really nice about letting me trade my drink for something else. She didn't give any attitude. But this wouldn't be my to go place. It's usually my last resort if I can't think of anywhere else to go or I'm craving the shrimp and salted caramel. The location is slightly hidden behind a Walgreens and across from a Kohl's, making near impossible to see the "flavor of the day" while driving. It can at times also make it difficult to enter or exit the restaurant. Parking in ample, easy to access and well maintained. There is both in door and outdoor dining options along with a drive thru for those looking to eat on the go. The eating areas are usually well kept and clean. The design is reminiscent of a greasy spoon but in clean and bright blues and whites. Service - 7.5/10: The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating when placing your order. Additionally, since the food takes a little time to prepare you are given a number and allowed to rest and the food will be brought to you table side. The "delivery" associates are also very friendly and always ask if you need anything to complete your meal. Food - 6.5/10: Orders are prepared on demand which results in a very hot and fresh (for quick service food) dining experience. I tried my best to be positive towards culver's because i do honestly do love the food there and the custard. But i have had enough of the crappy service. The past couple of times i have gone they continuously mess up my sons order, three times in just one time going. They gave us an expired coupon for a value basket to make up for it. The customer service sucks. My daughter was in line for the drive threw and was told they were closed after she waited more then two minutes behind another person, who was taking much longer to order. Who ever taylor is that told us that the last person in front of us was the last order went about it disrespectfully when we called to ask why she told they were closed after we waited behind another person. I was a regular customer of this Culver's location for sever al years. My elderly father liked their food, so I returned repeatedly for his benefit, despite the experiences we had there. The menu item descriptions and photos look delicious, but beware especially if you are ordering frozen custard. The actual product you receive will often be unrecognizable in comparison. Entire ingredients will be left out and the ones that are included are scant in comparison to the advertising. I kept track, and if you visit this location via the drive thru, there is a consistent 50% chance your order will be wrong. Do not leave the location without checking your order. You will also have to ask for napkins or they will not be included. Through social media I was able to verify with multiple Culver's employees that they are told to skimp on toppings. If you review Twitter mentions, you will also see that a solid half of them are complaints for messed up orders, so it's certainly not limited to this one location. I emailed them pictures and a thorough review on our experience there. I received a very friendly email response from one of the managers who assured me they were taking steps to correct the issues. I returned five more times following, and even when that very same manager was present, we didn't get napkins but one of five times, and only after we asked for them. If you're looking for value for your money, this is also not the place for you. For the same price as a value basket, you can have a sit down steak dinner at Outback with a potato and salad. I wish I could give this place a decent review because my Dad really liked the burgers, but you can only throw away your money for so long. This is well beyond the occasional human mistake. It's their business practices. My first job as a teenager was in a like establishment, and it doesn't take that much training to make sure your orders are checked for accuracy and include napkins. This location also closed early without indication on our last visit. They didn't bother to tell the cars in the drive thru lane, so as a courtesy I told the manager there was a line of cars waiting. She said if I saw cars, they were employees. So I said I couldn't understand why Culver's employees would be sitting in their cars in the drive thru lane with their lights on when the store was closed. They obviously weren't employees, they were customers, and this was the last in a long line of ridiculous failures. I fully recommend taking your business elsewhere. Portillos and Steak and Shake are nearby. There's an Outback across the intersection if you prefer a nicer meal for the same cost. read more

This is one one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love the butter burger and the French fries are always amazing. They have a crunchy and yet, melt-in-your-mouth kind of consistency which is an amazing aspect. The frozen custard is outstanding, and I recommend the chocolate with Heath toppings.
