Good burgers, hot french fries, decent onion rings, pleasant staff - what's not to like?

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. 6 cars ordered and got their food. Finally, as I was getting out of my car, a worker asked me what food order I was waiting for. I told her that I just wanted my money back, now. Followed her inside and took a refund. The worst Culver's experience that I've ever had. read more

when the original owners ran this it was outstanding "but" when the new owner came it was destroyed, we gave it many chances "but" now we are so done 14 nightmares in a row but this last one last night 2/16/26 was hell on earth, 2 piece fish dinner 2 pieces of fish stuck together the moron ignorant high school AGED ILLEGAL WORKERS so called cooks did not seperate before deep frying it so they were raw, mashed potatoes cold not even cooked up and those are simply mashed you just warm to a certain temp but they did not even do that and the broccoli way under steamed hard and green awful taste for if you know the blanching process for frozen veggies and not properly cooked than you know they become horrible and that was my dinner i got my money back but my husband did not get for his fish sandwhich that was gross for they cant speak english or understand a damn thing so they were running around not knowing what to do even the manager had to ask you want a refund or more fish "omg" are you kidding me, my husband was so angry and we were stuck in the line for there was no order it was pure chaos... people best think twice spending their hard earned money on businesses that do not care about you for if they did this disrespect negative treatment would never happen...so many times we lost food and money for its worse than a third world country AT CULVERS and county, state and fed health dept should go into these nasty resturants but NEVER WILL THEY FOR THEY ARE JUST AS BAD, everything in my beautiful state has gone straight to you know where...so eat out at your own risk but i will no longer play russian roulette with food...not worth it...but even though there is no vindication just know "jesus" is watching and he is no way santa...PS- CHECK THEIR INGREDIENTS ON THE FOODS BIOENGINEERED I JUST FOUND OUT SO YOUR DELICIOUSNESS IS NO WAY HEALTHY... read more

Bad bad service and cold food. The last couple of times that we went to this culvers service and food get worse and worser. We are done going to this culvers. We will go to other culvers or go to other places to eat. DO NOT GO TO THIS CULVERS IN STILLWATER !!!!! read more

Probably the worst Culver's i have been to. Lots of messed up orders and you can definitely tell that they don't change the oil they cook with enough as it tastes awful. Spend the time and go to the one in hudson Wisconsin. read more

Messed up my order and tried to charge .50 for dipping sauce for the cheese curds. How do you not get a free sauce with your cheese curds? Ridiculous and already over priced. Will not be going back. read more

This is a very dumb set up for a drive-through, had to wait behind six orders in front of me to get out even though I had my ice cream. Not sure how this is efficient nor good for customer service, only two lanes, and both are taken by parked vehicles. With no way to get out. read more

In late September, early October I visited my local Culvers Stillwater. I previously was in and out in 8 to 10 minutes. This time in late September early October it was a complete disaster. I didn't recognize anyone. Everyone was new. The order taker didn't speak English very well, as I had to repeat my order several times. When it came time to pay them, the cashier had the wrong car and order was not what I told the order taker. Again, the cashier spoke English poorly. I had to repeat to the cashier several times that they had given me the wrong order to pay for. She got very vocal with me and said " Dis is yo order and I knows you a lye-in to me." I retold her my previous order and asked her to reinput my order. The order taker flipped me off and went to get someone else. There was a long line behind me and no reneging lane, so everyone had to wait. Eventually someone else showed up ( 2 minutes or so later) and, with poor English tried to reinput my order. Raspberry Vanilla shake and a single burger with Ketchup for my Wife and a single cheese burger with ketchup, mustard, pickle and raw onion's. basket with water. AND another burger like the first, but just a 2nd burger like the first, no basket. After some rough conversation with someone who speaks English poorly. I ended up with 3 identical burgers, no Raspberry vanilla shake and 2 butter burger baskets with 2 wax cups of water ( not bottled water, like you would expect in a drive through.) I have been back to the Stillwater Culvers twice and the the service is just as poor both times. The Interior and exterior staff are incompetent I think the Stillwater Culvers has changed hands and the new owners or SR management and local management are incompetent, and the staff shows it. The 694 and White Bear, and the Woodbury Culvers are up to what I expect from Culvers, but the Stillwater Culvers isn't worth um junk Don't visit Stillwater Culvers. Go somewhere else. I would give no stars but you have to give them one star. read more

If it weren't for the fact that the food they serve can be just a little bit more greasy than most burger joints it's great. If you want to be down and dirty with food that are definitely not healthy for you, but are immensely delicious and of high quality. This is it. Their cheese curds are unique to others you would see at the state fair. The chicken is FRESH. Unbelievably good all around and with a daily icecream flavor and pints premade to take home is awesome. Check your bag at the drive thru. Although I have never had an issue with food quality, for the second time in a month I have not received my whole order. This time I got a cheeseburger basket, except they forgot the fries. Last time they forgot my chicken strips. So frustrating to get home and not have your entire meal. read more

July 7, 2017 Today was a bad day in the kitchen. Ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich and it came out crispy and too well done. Traded that for a cheeseburger with fried onions and that came out with the onions and the cheese welded together covering not only the burger, but it looked like a flying saucer hanging over the sides. It was pitch black and solid. I gave that back too. Guess I'll rustle up something at home. No one offered me a refund, just said they were sorry. I usually love Culver's but tonight was horrible. Turtle sundae make with the flavor of the (double dark chocolate decadence is fantastic,today the salad was just ho hum

My mother came in a few days ago to pick up dinner for my little sister. My sister is extremely picky, so the only thing she eats at Culvers is their cheese curds and plain hamburger buns (yes, just hamburger buns because she loves bread). My mom ordered and was waiting for her food when her order came up. The girl behind the counter picked up the bag, looked at the order, and began making fun of it in front of my mom and all of the other customers saying things such as, "This has to be a joke, right?" and "Who would even order this?"The girl gave the order to someone else who then had to give it to my mom. My mom was frustrated and somewhat embarrassed when she got home. In short, don't make fun of your customers orders to their faces, especially when there are other customers around. I'm giving this two stars as there has not been a problem before this, but this situation has left a bad taste in our mouths. Will probably not be back for a while. read more

Cheese curds yummmm but not very good for me, and an hour later I was regretting them. Good diner food though if you want comfort food.

We this Culver's location. The friendly, helpful staff is always this way. The food is of wonderful quality; the best in the fast food market. We go there again and again and always enjoy it. When ordering a basket and upgrading the side, like fries to onion ring, why does it cost more than the difference between the two? The side difference, on the menu is $1.00, but when you change a basket and upgrade it's side to a primium side it is $1.50. I know that is not much but there really should not be a 50% markup just because someone had to push a button and change it. read more
