Culver's has become one of my favorites over the last couple of years. My mom and I were running errands in Strongsville and didn't even know there was a Culver's out there until we drove past it! We were getting a bit hungry for lunch so we decided to stop. They weren't busy at all in the dining room. Seating is limited due to Covid. The staff was very friendly and they were all wearing masks. The staff that was bagging did were wearing gloves. I ordered to go. It seemed to take a bit longer than I thought it would but they were cooking fresh fries and the drive thru seemed pretty busy. read more

Fast service considering it was about 6pm on a Saturday, I started to enter the store, then saw the line was 4-5 deep across, turned around and said to the guy in back of me "I think I will try the drive thru", there were 3 cars in front of me , line moved pretty fast, I ordered the wisconsin melt (2), This was my first time at culvers, I asked what was on the sandwich, she said swiss, unions, on bread, I asked if I could get it on a bun, she said yes, I ordered one order of fries, and one order onion rings, then I moved forward and paid, and she gave me a number and asked me to pull to the side and they would bring my order out, I waited about...7-9 minutes. Transaction #62846, Reg:4, 6:13 pm...The fries were average. onion rings were average, but expensive at $3.09. I did not know the Wisconsin melt was a double patty, my wife had a hard time finishing it. One of the 2 patties on both sandwiches was UNDER cooked, do you have to say how you want it cooked? We both thought the taste of the sandwich was very good. I took a picture of my burger, but do not see a place here to upload it. Looks nice inside and out, but new, hope it stays that way. The burgers are unbelievable and the frozen custard is really delicious. I love Culver's! So happy they opened one in Strongsville.

If you are in the mood for chicken tenders and fries, this is the place to go. A little expensive, which knocked off a star but one of the better choices for a quick meal. I cant attest to the rest of the menu as the tenders are just too good. read more

Watch out for mold and missing food!!! I have eaten at Culver's several times in the past and have enjoyed it for a fast food chain. My whole family was excited when the new location opened in Strongsville as it would only be 15 minutes away. We tried this past week. I went in to order food to take home. Multiple items were missing from my order! Then to top it off my wife opened her GF bun and it was moldy. We won't go back. I hope they get their service and quality issues figured out as this location doesn't deserve the Culver's name. read more

Our first experience was great. We did a call ahead order and dining room wasn't open yet. Staff was courteous and friendly, order was all correct and brought promptly out to our car at the agreed on pickup time. Food was very good. Special separate bagging for a gluten allergy order was requested and done with no problems. We thought, here's a keeper!! Our second experience within two weeks was pretty bad. We called in our order at 5:40 for 6 pm pickup. We arrived promptly at 6 and I went in to pay and pick up. I paid and waited. And waited. Finally the counter person asked where our car was and said he'd bring it out. I waited in our car. At about 6:25 an employee came out with two small bags which I knew wasn't right because we ordered for 4 people. I said as much and went back into the store with him in case I needed to repeat the order. We were missing one entire dinner, a chili, and the gluten free order wasn't bagged as requested. After more waiting the order was finally fully assembled. We took it home and much of the food was lukewarm because part of the order sat out while the missing pieces were added. The first experience brought us back a second time. Sad to say the second experience is probably our last. read more

I ordered a chocolate malt on a whim one day, as a first time customer and it was delicious. So, I bought four more for my family one day and as we were driving we realized they were chocolate shakes, not malts. There was no time to turn around as we were headed for the turnpike. I left a message with management to convey our dissatisfaction with the employee error, in hopes to get either a refund or replacement, but received no response. Will not return. read more

I went on opening day and the staff was well prepared and trained. There were a ton of people making sure we were enjoying our meal and cleaning our tables as if there was a wait staff. I only give four stars because while my order was correct, the sandwiches and which had fries on the side were a little mixed but no big deal! I'm sure that'll iron itself out as time goes. Not the greatest burger in the world. Had a couple of sourdough melts that were much too soggy (would be better to have an option to just have toasted bread rather than soaked in butter.) Other than the butter, not much seasoning. Beef is likely a bit better than most. One and done. 5 Guys still rules in my book. read more

We would drive out to the Culvers in Avon to get our Butter Burgers, and one visit in November 2018 we were informed we would be getting a Culvers in Strongsville. We could hardly wait. It was insinuated that I lied about not receiving because "they checked the bag before they handed it to me" and then they asked me to wait in my car and proceeded to talk to other customers about how I had been stealing sandwiches. Super un-pedestrian friendly! Decided to walk to Culver's on a 84 degree day after checking google to see if they were open. When we get there the dine in area is closed with no explanation. That's the way it goes sometimes. So we get in the drive through line and wait for 10 minutes to place our order. That is when they tell us that we need a car to be in the drive through line. I politely explained that we didn't have a car and walked there, and was told we can't do that and would need to go get a car. In the meantime, they are walking orders out to customers. Then a young man comes out, who has a four letter name beginning with E. He told us that we could call the order in and they would bring it out to us. I ask him for the number, and he says 911. I ask him if he could take our order and he said no but he could call the police. As we walk away in disbelief he yells sarcastically "Have a nice day!" read more

We receive an email each month advertising flavors of the day. Unfortunately it wasn't available even though the drive through speaker had its name and picture for today. I will start this with acknowledging we enjoy the food at Culvers. I am very disappointed, at the Strongsville, Ohio location. per employees this past Saturday, they were going to charge me $2.49 for a pup cup. They then stated they no longer offer pup cups. Managers have told me anytime they see your pup with you, they will give you a pup cup. I actually had a manager bring a pup cup out to my car while we waited. Let's just say they are not inexpensive, but to start charging $2.49 for a pup cup is poor business. Culver's show on their website they offer free pup cups and if you goggle free pup cups they show in the google search, which only demonstrates the philosophy of this locations franchise. What's next, start reducing the size of their Burgers, quantities condiments that come on them, sizes of french fries and ice cream products, to save a few cents per order? read more

What a difference from grand opening. I thought i ordered from McDonalds for the way my cheeseburger was cooked and presented. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with the works and received a overcooked plain cheeseburger with no bacon,lettuce ketchup or anything on it. Good food, I eat there at least 2-4 times a week and spend $25-30 each time I visit. my only negative opinion is the Manager Vickie there, she is not very pleasant at all, it seems when she speaks to you she displays an act of trying to be nice but yet you get the vibe of she doesn't like people. I've never seen her smile, not friendly her looks matches her unfriendly personality, she makes you feel uncomfortable when asking for a ranch dressing, lighten up lady other than that it's a great place! read more

We were not familiar with Culver's, but friends had been there and said the food was very good, and staff efficient and friendly. On our first visit they were busy but efficient. Our orders were taken quickly. Our food was delivered hot to our table. I had a burger and chocolate malt, and it was very good. My husband ordered a 2 piece fish dinner. As we shared a bit, his dinner made my mouth water. The fish was absolutely delicious. Served hot with fries and cole slaw. You can have other sides, but our choices were fine. Each time we've been there since, fish is our choice. Vicki, one of the managers has always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. While the Strongsville Culver's is close to home, we have visited other locations across the county with very similar results. Top notch quality food and good staff. Our Saturday night dinner group likes Culver's for informal dining. Culver's has our recommendation. read more

We went there tonight for the first time. The scary part was when we got to the window you could hear someone ask another employee why they didn't have their mask on. Additionally while the other employees had masks on none of them had them covering their nose and most didn't have their mouths covered either, they were wearing them under their chins!!!! read more

They forgot 3of the 5 condiments I asked for, the burger was barely warm, it wouldn't even melt the cheese and quite dry. When they call it a butter burger you'd expect it to melt in your mouth.
