Debbie is the BEST ever! I came in with one of my girlfriends, pretty late and the food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Not to mention they have the worlds best root beer. Then I got a case of the sneezes and Debbie blessed me every time I sneezed which was a lot! She also told us how to get a free cup of custard by filling out the survey on the receipt so we did. Don't waste your time here! Though it's new to the area, it's not worth the trip! The food is way over priced!!! And not even worth it! Felt the need to review this after seeing a bunch of unnecessarily low reviews. The staff is fine, nothing outstanding, the resturaunt is themed like a hotel breakfast lounge area; It's basically a Steak and Shake but actually clean and the floors aren't sticky. The burgers are also like Steak and Shake, so if you do not like Steak and Shake burgers, don't go. The fries are great, their not amazing like Chick-fil-a, but they are certainly better than Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonalds. Been a few times, nothing was outstandingly bad, but the resturaunt didn't blow my socks off either. Will certainly go again. read more

Perfect!!! Everything about my families experience here is phenomenal... excellent staff.. very attentive and personable.. food was on point!!! To top it off they started getting busy when one of the workers were wiping tables, a lady dressed a little nicer approached him an asked if he could go up an take orders, I assumed she was the manager... i assumed she was coming to tell him to go up there then go back to what's she was doing, I was wrong!!! Have stopped in Culver's like 3x last 2 weeks because of heavy schedule. Has been wonderful. Wonderful staff. I only can use places who mask up. I ran in last night @7-8 pm and ordered when some kid, Mike, in the kitchen was swearing at another employee and I looked up and realized he was the person at the window preparing the food. When I asked @ his mask he took it out of his pocket and put it on. Yeah, had them refund my money and left. I asked for another manager and the cashier said no one was there. If you don't have anyone to oversea kids, you're putting people like me in danger and I wont return. Huge disappointment. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!...something changed from the Grand Opening..last 2 times the food wasn't very good or the service,we had a free coupon from the location because of our bad experience last time,so after a few weeks we tried it again,..as we pulled up at 5:45 yesterday noticed not many cars in the lot other than employees..went inside ordered and waited and waited and waited..notice other customers going up and complaining about their food,finally ours came and the meat was over cooked,don't know what happened to the butter buns tasted more like Public's generic buns..food not very good WON'T BE BACK!!!..an observation..seems like big turnover in young staff..and the dreaded phones..should be rule leave phones in your cars while working... If you want to find a restaurant that has a great fish sandwich, either a cod or a walleye, You need to head to Culver's located on Lake Andrews Boulevard in the avenues. The service is superb, the management is on top of their game and all in all a very pleasant experience that your family will enjoy. I also forgot that they have great fried cheese curds from Wisconsin and coupled with a walleye dinner, one piece up to three pieces, you will find yourself quite satisfied. I LOVE Culver's custard, and this location is fantastic! The restaurant was very busy when we visited, but there wasn't a wait to order, and every available booth was super clean. The person at the cash register was helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the team of teenagers bringing out orders and cleaning tables. The hard-working young man cleaning tables by us and taking out the trash was energetic and kept the restaurant looking great. Nice job! read more

I don't usually write reviews but this was ridiculous! I waited outside for 20 minutes to get a half cup of root beer & soggy fries.

This was my 5th visit and each time it gets worse. I will only return to use my free ice cream coupon. The first visit we had was when it first opened and everything was great - food was good, service was good - made me very excited about this place. 2nd visit the wait time for our order was a little long but it was busy, so it happens. 3rd visit is where it went downhill...we ordered dinner and ice cream. They told us to bring the receipt up when we were ready for ice cream. It took them 45 minutes to bring us our ice cream. I went up after 15 minutes and was told they were working on them. Then they came out to ask us what we had ordered. Went up again and found that they thought they had made it and went over the order again. Finally after 45 minutes got our ice cream and some free vouchers. 4th visit they got the ice cream order wrong - forgot the toppings and tonight just really pissed me off...order a short concrete mixer with cookie dough bites (total is $3.75). Get to the window, pay for the mixer and they hand me a chocolate mixer with chocolate chunks thrown on top (not mixed in). I said this was not what I ordered. They said they were out of cookie dough bites. Seriously? You couldn't tell me before I paid and try to hand me something random? So I asked for a cup of ice cream - 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla. They came back with 1 scoop of chocolate. I was just so annoyed I took it. The kid at the window was awful and the lady he talked to wasn't helpful Either. I way over paid for a scoop of ice cream. The location in Palm Bay is way better! I have noticed the drive through line and parking lot getting lighter and I am sure it has a lot to do with the service. My wife and I ate here on Saturday evening around 6pm. While the restaurant was very busy our wait to order was less than two minutes. Our order was taken by a young lady named JOY. And she was. Very friendly, patient as we tried to decide what we wanted on this first visit, and very helpful. The self serve drink station was clean and organized. We were able to find a table easily enough. While we were waiting, we noticed a lady cleaning all the tables and chairs as they were vacated. She introduced herself as the owner. Wow. What a great leader. She was leading by example and was not too self important to clean. Made us really appreciate her and this business. When the food arrived the server was also very friendly and helpful. I ordered a double with bacon and cheese. The burgers were nicely done with thin patties that were crispy on the edges. The condiments were well proportioned for the sandwich. It was very tasty. The bun was fresh. My wife ordered same sandwich in a single and was equally pleased. My onion rings were perfect. Not too much batter. Onions were not tough. Easy to chew and good flavor. My wife had the fries. They were cooked well, served crispy and hot but not over cooked. We then ordered desert. We ordered a Concrete Mixer thick custard shake. These were also very good. The custard (ice cream) was excellent. The toppings were also very good. Overall I cannot imagine how this visit or this meal could have been much better. Great staff, clean, good food, excellent!! Yesterday I went through the Culver's drive through to get dinner for my family. When I arrived at the window I was shocked to see that, even though the Culver's website says that masks and gloves are required for all employees, not even a single employee inside was wearing them. To make matters worse, when I pulled up... the girl at the window actually leaned out and into my car to take my order. I asked her to get back, and she started speaking to me and my family in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. I wanted nothing more than to drive away and go to the hundreds of other restaurants and stores in this town that actually care about their customers. However, my son begged us to stay and get the food. I put in a complaint, but have not even heard back from the store. This Culver's restaurant does not care about its customers safety. The worst experience for the last time!! I have given them many chances as the first week they opened was great. The last trip we went they the drive through, it took over 20 minutes of waiting for our order and no one was in the take out line!! Our food was greasy and cold so we threw it out! I called the manager to complain and she angrily told me she is not responsible for take out orders as yes they will be greasy and cold after 5 minutes!!! So I asked "are you telling me that no one should order take out since it will get greasy and cold after 5 minutes???? She yelled at me I couldn't get a word in and she was so mean and rude!!! I agree with the reviewer who mentioned that this is nothing special. It's actually less than that, bordering on sub standard. There's no taste at all to the burger and condiments can only help so much. I don't understand how they achieve food that is both greasy and dry at the same time. While the price isn't too expensive, everything is small. Basically this place has nothing going for it. read more

Culvers is the treat that I always look forward to when I visit Wisconsin. I was happy to find this restaurant here. I initially went in to get some ice cream but decided that I wanted to have a burger also. Bad idea. This place is badly in need of supervision or leadership or retraining. I count six people working behind the counter. Two customers in line. Took 20 minutes for me to get my single hamburger. It took so long for the hamburger to come that the concrete I ordered was melting so I had to go ahead and eat it. I finish it threw it out and washed my hand before the hamburger could even come out. Maybe what happened is they accidentally put cheese on the burger and then scraped it off. Super frustrated because I could taste the cheese on my burger which meant I could not eat it. I was not going back after I waited 20 minutes to get this hamburger.
