Managing a party our size can be challenging, but everything was handled smoothly from beginning to end. Our server, Izzie, was absolutely outstanding. She remained friendly, attentive, and organized throughout the meal, making sure drinks stayed filled, orders were accurate, and everyone at the table had what they needed. She handled our large group with professionalism and genuine hospitality, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another big table. The food was exceptional. Not a great showing. Went here on a date with my wife, but wish we had gone elsewhere. The place was crowded, so that's a good sign. Short wait for a table for two, not a big deal. But once we got to the table, the experience was wanting. The staff was friendly enough (nothing remarkable) but was busy with multiple tables seemingly all over the place. I ordered a burger and the wife ordered chicken fingers. The temperature of the burger was good but it was very salty. The fries needed seasoning all around. But, the biggest disappointment was the chicken fingers. The breading did not stick to them so they came out as slimy pieces of chicken which tasted about like they looked. Needless to say, the majority of the plate stayed on the table. Would've spoke to the manager about it but couldn't find our waitress when we were ready to leave. My family and I have always passed by this place and saying how cool it looks and that we should go there, today was that day. I can't praise this place enough! It was the lunch rush but they still found time to greet USA d make us feel welcomed. The inside is pretty awesome, everything is old school cars, logos and even the restrooms are awesomely themed and all about FORD, love it. It's a restaurant for everyone. I saw bikers, anglers, golfers, and families from all diversities. Now let's talk about the food... WOW... now my family and I just wanted to try something simple on there menu, it's a way we test out the quality of new restaurants. So we all went with burgers, I went with a Bison burger, my son being so young went with a plain cheeseburger and my wife ( well I forgot what she ordered) but I have to say, we all LOVED our burgers. My son is a picky eater and sometimes it's hard to keep him in one place to finish eating but not here. He took one bite and that's all it too, he loved it. My wife as well kept saying how delicious it was while eating it, and my bison burger was fire. We all looking forward to coming back and trying out new dishes. It's definitely a must try if you're in the area. Oh and it's priced fairly. I've been to other restaurants whose prices destroyed my experience. This places didn't make me feel that way. If your military make sure to get your discount, for some reason not all restaurants give that option which baffles my mind and I usually never go back to restaurants whose prices destroyed don't give that option. We love to bring friends and family here and seeing their reaction to the inside of the restaurant! Just went the other night and our server was Kelsey. She was super friendly and attentive throughout the whole time we were there. We ordered wings and onion rings as our appetizer which were great. They both came out quick and hot. Then for our main entree, we ordered a burger and a tuna bowl. This was my first time getting the tuna bowl and it was incredible! I will definitely be getting that again. It has so much flavor! From small details such as gas pump handles for door handles to a model T above the bar this place is one of a kind (even if it is a franchise lol) Now for the main event: the food The pretzels were fluffy and crisp and the beer cheese was delish. It was their delicious 1/2lb burger over a chopped style salad. It was very good. The buffalo wings were really good too! Would definitely choose Buffalo over the Nashville Hot. Amazing experience, service, and ambiance. They fully committed to the automobile aesthetic - down to the small details of the 'napkins' and the bigger details of the bathrooms having tires as sinks! Service was slow but pleasant when you saw them. The food was greasy. The patty melt was soggy with greasey Rye bread and no thousand island sauce or cheese. I sent it back and they just put a cold piece of cheese on and gave it back. read more

This was on July 1st we went with my son and daughter-in-law with two grandkids. First I would like to get to the person who served us, her name is Nadine she was so friendly and helped us with the menu even letting us know where the bathrooms were and what was good to eat. We got the piston onion rings look like it was on a large funnel, tasted great. The inside of the place was so much to look at , nicely decorated with a big Ford model car sitting over the bar. I would say even if the food wasn't any good I would still come back just to be served by Natalie. But the food was absolutely delicious I got the meatloaf which which was delicious.
