It is not great. Not better than McDonalds and the portion is small hardly feeds me. Simply not gonna order again

Culver's is a one of a kind establishment it doesn't really even matter which one you go to, if you have a Culver's in your city GO. If I could give it 6 stars I would. First of all the staff is just the nicest people you will meet, they all seem like they're happy to work there. The food is on a whole different level I mean the butter burger is probably the best burger I've ever had, the fish and chicken are also really good, the fish is flakey and buttery and the chicken is super crispy. The cheese curds are super cheesy, the fries are a little soggy but I always ask for extra crispy and that seems to work. Their custard is the best ice cream I've had at a fast food restaurant. The restaurant itself is very clean and a well thought out layout with every thing you need for your food in the same area. Culver's is amazing and any day would recommend to anyone I meet! read more

I ordered the 2 piece Atlantic sea cod dinner, it came with two sides, I got fries and coleslaw,it came with a dinner roll with butter lemon wedges and sauce of your choice, I got tarter sauce and boom boom sauce, I also wanted to try the Wisconsin cheese curds. The fish was delicious and coleslaw was good and the cheese curds were great, I think It was a little too much food, i probably should have passed on the fries and ordered an extra coleslaw and pass on the fries for a little lighter meal. I would recommend Culver's they lots of food to choose from for quick bite or a dinner and at a reasonable price. read more

For me, going to Culvers is like watching a hallmark movie okay it's just the perfect nostalgia and happiest place. No one makes better concrete mixers!!!!! The chocolate cake mix in is unmatched. I went here with my best pals and this is literally within walking distance of their house!! how dreamy! imagine living right by Culvers. Anyways, this place made me my concrete with peanut butter cups instead of peanut butter sauce and they were after all correct. That was way better anyways! Culvers, I love you! read more

For a drive through Culver's is one of the best. Typically. I have tried this Culver's (Waconia, MN) a couple of times. Burgers were very good (as usual) but fries tasted like the oil needed changed.... The ice cream is phenomenal, especially the pumpkin spice shake!!! This is one of the worst Culver's I have ever been too. I'm extremely disappointed in how my mixer was made. It wasn't even mixed and the custard wasn't frozen all the way and melted extremely quickly. My mixer only had salted caramel on the top and two pieces of Reese's which were also near the top I pretty much could drink the whole thing which was just really thick milk all the way to the bottom. read more

Ate here for lunch last week and it was better than the average Culver's because the bun was nicely steamed (don't remember that at other Culver's). Otherwise, restaurant is clean, front counter service was friendly and food was delivered in a timely manner. read more

It depends on whose working but most of the time the burgers are burnt and dry. The fries taste like the oil needs to be changed and The outrageous price for one piece of fish with nothing else is ridiculous. $5.05 for a stinking little piece of fish with no flavor seriously no wonder your loosing business. read more

My husband and I stopped here during the noon lunch hour on a weekday. Upon entrance in to the restaurant we received immediate service at the counter to place our order. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was as expected at any Culver's location. Served warm and delivered to our table with a smile. Restrooms were clean. Hello- I am reaching out with a serious issue I had just come across. I have worked in fast food for 5 years and was a General Manager of a McDonald's store and wanted to provide my honest and professional feedback. Please take this seriously as this is something I have never experienced and or wouldnt want any customer to ever go through. I placed my order at 11:45 in the Waconia drive thru. We ordered a bacon deluxe meal and a kids meal. Everything in the kids meal was correct. The bacon deluxe sandwich didn't have bacon. We knew this because we took a bite and we couldn't taste it. Mistakes happen and we were okay with going back. We went back and we watched them take the same sandwich he had and out bacon on it and gave it back to us. I was not aware until I was home. I had called and asked to speak to a manager, I couldn't imagine giving the same sandwich back to a customer that had already bitten out of it. This is cross contamination. When a gentlemen's answered I let him know my concerns. I was polite and let him know that we didn't think that was acceptable and since it was wrong and we spent money on it we were hoping to get a new one. The gentleman stated that he apologized. I had asked if there is anything he could do. By the time we got the sandwich, it was cold. (Due to receiving the same original one back) he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if there was someone superior and he genuinely laughed (which is so rude) and stated he was the Owner. I have never in my right mind EVER met an owner who would treat a customer so poorly. I asked him if we had to go back a second time and he stated "yes" I'll take down your name and you'll get a free Sandwich. I'm hoping you guys acknowledge the lack of customer service along with the way he can make people feel when you get laughed at over something that was not your fault. It's even worse knowing it's from the Owner. I would never want anyone to go through this and hope as a corporate you are able to reach out to him. No restaurant should ever allow this. read more

They are new in town and obviously, the staff is still in training. I ordered sweet potato fries. They came out burnt, look and taste. I took them back to the order counter. I told them..."Look at these fries, then look at the picture you have plastered overhead. They are three shades darker and they taste very burnt." I had just received them and only tasted one, so offered them up for a taste to the two employees and manager defending them. None of them would take me up on it. Instead, the manager tossed them and said they would re-do them. They then called to the cook who looked about 16 and told him not to put them in so long. He said, "I put them in for 2 minutes and 15 seconds, like I'm supposed to do." Well, that may very well be, but maybe your grease is too old or too hot, maybe the fries were already somewhat thawed, maybe, maybe, maybe. Likewise, the Swiss and mushroom burger I received was small, overly cooked, overly greasy, and the bun was much too large for the little patty. Not my typical Culver's experience. I think they are still just too new to have it down. On the upside, the location is very convenient, the staff is pretty friendly, and the building is new, so very clean. I will try them again in a month or two to see if their cooking has improved. read more
