Such a disappointing experience. I went through the drive-through. Just wanted to get a small custard with fresh banana and peanut butter. The order was given me was wrong. They put Reese's cups on it not peanut butter. So I stopped and went inside to get it fixed what I was then handed was peanut butter and banana on custard, but with a third less content than the one they had done wrongly. When I asked them to do it yet again, the manager came out and waited and said, according to Wade, it was perfect. So what I ended up with was a little bit of custard with two measly pieces of banana and barely a smattering a peanut butter This is so disappointing and embarrassing. I've always had good experiences at Culver's. But this one was really disappointing. I felt like I was being looked down upon by the staff as though it was somehow my fault. I absolutely love Culver's, and this location certainly got the job done. My one beef (no pun intended) was that the cheese on my burger wasn't melted. Everything else was fantastic. They also threw in an extra ice cream that we didn't order for no extra charge, so that's always nice. Their concrete mixers are unrivaled. read more

The expirence was terrible. My friend ordered "plain chicken nuggets" on accident and the cashier said "YoU mEAn CHiCkeN TeNDeRs" and he gave her the spicy chicken tenders bc he was annoyed. A nice fast food joint located right in the attraction area of the Dells. Came here after the restaurant we had wanted to go to closed early. Neither of us have ever even heard of Culver's (they don't have these at home!) My husband got a burger and I had a chicken sandwich. He got fries with his I had the cheese curds. Both were very good and freshly made. It took a little longer then usual for our order to come out but that's fine with me when the food comes out piping hot. We both also got a custard after our meals and OMG this is a must do. I had the chocolate custard with hot caramel on it and I am still drooling over it a week later. The custard has a fabulous consistency and is absolutely delicious. If you come only for that you will not be disappointed. read more

They always get something wrong on the order. It never fails! Otherwise it's fast food what more can I say.

Service was good and the food was decent as usual at Culver's (i.e. a lot greasier than it needs to be but still tasty and relatively high quality for fast food). I want to complain about two specific relatively minor things that bummed me out. First, the fountain machine: they have two slots each for Pepsi and Diet Pesi, but no room for Diet Dr Pepper? That sucks, man. Second, we chose this spot for lunch due to the flavor of the day, German Chocolate Fudge (yeah, I looked it up on my phone in the car, so what). And it wasn't that good. It was pretty melty straightaway, and I found two giant chunks of coconut. You guys gotta disperse that stuff when you mix it up! One other thing--I went into the men's room and found a lady cleaning the sink. One dude was just coming out of the stall and another was standing at the urinal, and nobody batted an eye except for me. So people in rural Wisconsin are apparently way more progressive than I am. read more

went to this restaurant leaving a water park heading back home for my 3 hour drive. I was hungry and tired so wasn't completely on my Ps&Qs. I checked my burger to add something to it and saw that edge of it was pink like raw looking. I picked it off and checked the rest of my burger and it looked cooked so I decided to eat it and hop on the road. A hour into the road trip I start getting belly cramps that I assumed was just gas. I make it to my destination and end up having the double dragon for two days straight. To my fellow Wisconsin Dells foodies...after months of medical adventures...I am now back on the beat. After viewing several Culver's Tv commercials, we decided to give them a shot. I don't normally review "chain restaurants". I am glad we tried this one. Everything was topnotch. Very clean, especially the wash rooms. My bride ordered the fish sandwich. Crunchy-crusted Icelandic cod. When it arrived, It appeared to be, on the smallish side. So much for my opinion. Mama could hardly finish it. She couldn't find the wherewithal to order desert. I ordered the pedestrian "Butter burger". Wow...it was much better, than I expected. Had milkshakes to wash down our sandwiches. I have never had my expectations so totally over-achieved. Our food here has almost always been top notch. However, quality of service lately has taken a nose dive.
