I went here for the newly redecorated rooftop bar "The Layover". I loved the decor and the branding! It was all very cute. The view was so nice and I loved how many rail-side tables they squeezed in there. I tried two drinks, the tipsy flamingo and the harbor fog. Unfortunately they just didn't taste great. The harbor fog was so acidic and actually made me feel a bit unwell later. This place is so cute and has so much potential if they tweak the drink recipes!

We were looking for a happy hour spot in Boston after realizing Tall Ship was going to be too crowded. A friend recommended Cunards nearby and the rooftop bar definitely appealed to us. When we arrived, we were able to find some barstools on the rooftop and oh my goodness, the view was incredible!! We were able to see the harbor and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. We ordered a couple draft beers (they were honestly kind of small and pricey and didn't have a ton of choice so wouldn't recommend). We also ordered some snacks as well including the mixed fries and hummus trio. The fries were so good (I loved having both the sweet potato and regular fries) and the hummus was the star of the show!! We loved the pita and the different flavors of hummus were so delicious. Overall, Cunards was a solid happy hour spot!

We were wandering around and were going to try Tall Ship but the line was massive so we ended up at Cunard's! We were able to get some seating on the rooftop which was great and it was not super crowded. The staff was all really nice and helpful. We were going just for light apps so we got some beers and oysters. The beers in my opinion were overpriced. It was $9 for a simple draft and that just didn't sit right considering how well priced everything else was. Either way, the oysters were also delicious! We also decided to try the hummus trio and the mixed fries and oh my god they were great. Each of the hummus choices were delicious and savory and the fries were great also. Overall, a really good experience on the rooftop and I bet for a regular meal it also super fun!

    Scallion pancake pizza

Went in this week - they have a new chef and a new menu. I feel like they cut a lot of items. My favorite thing was the tacos and now they only have one option. I tried the Scallion pancake pizza - vodka sauce, burrata, and basil. It was like they just dumped vodka sauce onto the bread and that was it. Really disappointed.

A great gastropub in East Boston. It's a nice interior and they do have a rooftop. I started with a Big day (or something like that, it was vodka pomegranate and lemon and was legit sooo good. I also got the tuna tartare which was the star of the show because the rice was sweet which made it stand out from others I have had. The Hoisin ribs were good just maybe a touch salty. We followed it with a salmon, shrimp and birria taco and the shrimp was my personal fav. Finished with the chocolate churros and they were awesome. The chef was kind and so was our server. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I am backdating my review to Valentine's Day (posting May because I forgot) - I previously left a not so positive review and I went back to Cunard after they redid their menu, new chef, all that jazz and I must say - for a busy holiday night, the service was great! The food was delicious, the ambiance is always good except the tables are right on top of one another and when it's a holiday and that busy... you are practically on the lap of the party next to you... Overall, a redeeming experience! The rice was amazing, the scallion pancake was delicious! Hopefully they can keep it up! The downside - the chicken parm was quite literally just a medium sized piece of chicken and when we realized this - with how busy the restaurant was, it was too late to order more (between how busy the kitchen was and how busy our server was to flag her down - not her fault!!) and unfortunately... some of us went home hungry, but what they did eat did taste good at least!

Love this neighborhood restaurant / bar & late night lounge... after 9pm bartender always puts some great music on! At brunch this week - we had Speciality cocktails & made to order mocktails - ginger beer pomegranate martinis & a hot toddy The short rib quesadilla was so flavorful, mixed fries are always awesome (potato & sweet potato) & garlic spinach

Stopped in with my wife Saturday morning for brunch. We started with the bacon wrapped dates which were amazing. My wife got a salad which she really liked. I got a breakfast sandwich. Sausage and cheese on a croissant with the cheesy hashbrowns. When someone offers cheesy hashbrowns... you have to get them. Very disappointed, no flavor, totally lacked any seasoning. Any salt and pepper would have made it amazing. I ordered my sandwich with American and it came with Swiss. I will say the croissant was buttery and delicious lots of sausage just not the right cheese. We sat outside and it was hot. The server never came back to check on the food. ( I would have asked for salt & pepper). Being hot and sunny I never got a refill of my water. We left... might be back, has potential but execution was poor on our visit.

Fabulous burger & fries! Highly recommended

Mediocre food for what you're paying for. Burger was undercooked, tater tots were good. Biggest perk was there was no line for a table!

Boston Bottle: A Gem in the North End…read more This little gem in the North End has become my go-to spot for all things wine, beer, and spirits! Whether you're a casual drinker or a seasoned connoisseur, Boston Bottle has something for everyone. Amazing Selection: They boast a fantastic selection of wines, from budget-friendly bottles to top-shelf labels. Their craft beer selection is impressive, showcasing local favorites (think Cloud Candy and Lord Hobo) and unique finds from around the world. But for me, the highlight is the hand picked spirits selection. They have a unique variety of bourbons and Ryes (My favorites have been Elijah Craig, Woodford Reserve, Michter's, Fortuna, Found North, Fiddler, Representative) but also vodkas, gins, and more, all neatly organized and displayed. Top-Notch Service: What truly sets Boston Bottle apart is the exceptional service. Greg, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. He's always happy to chat about different options and offer recommendations based on your preferences. If you're looking for a specific bottle, he'll go the extra mile to track it down within a few days if it's available. Fair Prices & Friendly Faces: I'm happy to report that Boston Bottle is not a place for price gouging. Their prices are fair and competitive, making it a great option for anyone looking for quality beverages without breaking the bank. And let's not forget Ken, who also works there! He helps keep things running smoothly when Greg can't be there and is just as friendly. Need mixers or non-alcoholic options? Look no further than Sidecar, which conveniently opened right next door in November! They offer a wide variety of mixers, sodas, and even a great selection of non-alcoholic beers, perfect for completing your drink or finding a refreshing alternative. Overall: If you're in the North End, I highly recommend checking out Boston Bottle. Their hand picked selection, outstanding service, and reasonable prices make it a top choice for anyone seeking a great selection of beverages and an enjoyable shopping experience. They often have wine tastings on Friday from 5-8pm. Instagram is a great way to keep up to date with them. @BostonBottle and @sidecaralcoholfree 5 out of 5 stars!

One of the servers bluntly said no and the other server told us to either chug our beer or leave it. We left immediately. I found the servers to be very rude and they had no class.
