Cunningham's is a pretty solid coffee spot! They have indoor and outdoor seating and a small parking lot across the street (it can get pretty tight though). We came in late on a Friday morning and were greeted by a few members of the staff who were super helpful, despite the place being kind of packed and busy! We grabbed a few menus and found a place to sit. We decided to share a breakfast burrito and each ordered the cinnamon toast lattes (iced). Our food came out quickly followed by our coffee. The breakfast burrito was CRAZY good! The bacon in there was perfect and there was just the right amount of everything so it wasn't messy at all. One of my favorite things about this experience was that when I ordered the burrito, the guy asked me if he wanted me to split it on to two separate plates, yes please! I just liked that I didn't have to ask bc I know that ish can be annoying to people. The lattes were good as well. Best latte ever!!! I had the cinnamon toast latte and it was to die for. It's the kind of latte you dream of! My fiance also had the honey lavender latte and he got it iced instead of hot and it was equally amazing. We also had brunch. I got the breakfast burrito and it was amazing. Although serving sizes are small, it allowed us to order multiple dishes to enjoy! Prices match the quality and size of each dish. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience this time at Cunningham's. My friend and I went here for coffee and they did not ask us if it was for here or to go and we wanted it to be for here. Our drinks were made to go and were not in nice mugs and not what we were hoping for. My latte was also ice cold and very upsetting. read more

Got here around 10:30 and it wasn't very busy. The lavender latte with almond milk was perfect, not too sweet and plenty of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxing and there's free wifi if you want to get some work done. I also got an avocado toast which was fine, but not that impressive. We were regulars at the former restaurant with the same name. The cafe is solid. There is talk of reopening another version so we try and support the cafe. Got carry-out today from the Cafe, I got a BLT with fries and fruit. Cunninghams always has really friendly staff, and fresh food and ingredients. The cafe has the best coffee with a ton of non-dairy creamer options. The restaurant is in the most beautiful space and the perfect option for date night or happy hour after work. The crowd tends to be a very professional and a bit formal which isn't my scene and why I haven't given them a 5. Great food though! So here's one I've been dying to do. So let's break it down. The cafe is beautiful small and warm feeling. I love how there is at the front a small menu for you to look at as you pick your table. I like how they have, the guys come and bring out the plates to the tables. Not just call your number and you get up. Nice and different, the next nice thing is the menu is also writen on a chalk board. (Excellent writing skills) The mac-n-cheese was perfect could have been hotter. But I'd get it again. I had the roasted chicken sandwich of course with bacon. Bread was toasted which did add to the flavor. The overall vibe was calming and something you, would go to hang out. (Next is the upper half.) I was startled with how busy this place was late on a Saturday morning. I have never been here and struggled finding their parking as the lot connected to their building was closed. Cunningham's lot is across the street adjacent to the Fidelity parking. Anyhow, it's still COVID times but the tables in the dining room are packed tight, less than 6' of distance apart. (My daughter and I sat across the room at the long, empty communal table.) We ordered at the register and I asked for the cupcake to be delivered to the table soonest, while we waited for our brunch stuff, and I was disappointed that I had to ask again after we were hungrily waiting a while. Cupcake devoured, our meal finally arrived: soup, French toast, and panini. The soup (a minestrone type) and panini were good but the French toast was rather plain. Price was ok.
