    beef & Krunch cupbop
    Lam H.

I got a Cupbop with beef and Krunch and it totally hit the spot. The beef tasted average, but the portion was generous, which I appreciated. The Krunch, though--SO good. There were only three pieces, but they were crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. I just wish there were more! I'll definitely be getting Krunch again next time. I went with spice level 3 after trying level 7 last time (which was way too spicy for me). Level 3 wasn't spicy at all, so I'll probably try level 4 next time to find that sweet spot. I ordered take-out on a Friday night and ate it at home -- surprisingly, the Krunch stayed super crispy even after a while. Service was quick since there was no line this time, but I've been to this location before when it was busy and had to wait a bit longer. Overall, solid experience and worth coming back for.

We love cupbop, they have an awesome deal going right now for 4 bowls! Highly recommend for something quick that is tasty and easy to grab for a couple of people! We like Bbop the best. Spice levels vary person to person so you can get the sauce on the side if you aren't sure.

Best CupBop experience I've had yet, and I've been having the occasional CupBop for years! Abby was so kind and helpful, and made an active effort to ensure my order requests were fulfilled. Food was delicious, portions were great, and the restaurant was nice and clean! I would recommend this location for all CupBop enthusiasts

    Korean chicken with level 2

We came here on a Saturday night, for our first time. It's a smaller store but there's plenty of seating for the size and it seems like most people take it to-go. There was a line of about six people before us. The employees were super kind and answered all of our questions as we were leaning more about the menu. They said that the most popular was the Korean fried chicken. My husband and I both got that on top of the rice, cabbage, and noodles. I went with a level 5 spice. The chicken was really tasty, hot, and cooked very well. The flavor combination of everything with the sauce was so good. The leve 5 sauce was yummy and had the perfect amount of heat for me. The rice was cooked perfectly and the noddles were so good! I think that next time I will do a couple of things differently. 1) I'll do a two menu option bowl with veggies and meat or ask for a side of fresh veggies to get some greens and 2) I'll ask for all the sauce on the side. For my bowl, there seemed to be too much sauce so it did overpower the other flavors. I would rather have my sauces on the side to dip/pour myself. I will say that the restaurant was lacking on the cleanliness side, hence why I'm giving four stars. The tables were dirty with food from previous customers and where you order your food and see it all in front of you, was dirty as well. It looked like a lot of the meats and the potstickers weren't hot and had been sitting out for awhile too. That was one of the reasons we didn't order the potstickers. Overall, great flavor and super tasty. We will definitely be back!

One piece of chicken on my Cupbop

Ordered for the very first time at this location for a special occasion. I ordered the Cupbop with ugly chicken and doochi. The service was extremely fast and I should have known something was off. When I got my order and got to my destination to have lunch with my dad I was very very unhappy with what I had received. My order consisted of ONE, yes one piece of chicken that looked like the Koko chicken and my extra side of lime mayo was also missing. Next time I'll make sure to double check my order before leaving the store.

Finally found our way to this place and it was the perfect spot for a quick lunch date! We were warmly greeted by happy, smiling, friendly employees behind the food counter and made us instantly feel welcome! I met Mike, the marketing director, who happened to be there, helping serve food, when we walked in. Being our first time, the menu was explained to us and they also suggested recommendations to our liking and preferences. I love that they have different sauce options for HEAT on your food. They even understood what "Utah" spicy was, VS. the rest of the world spicy, which was entertaining but they "got" me on that, such a breath of fresh air! We tried their chicken bowl and the beef bowl. They place the rice on the bottom of the bowl, then the noodles (I opted out of the coleslaw), and then your choice of meat on top, then glazed w/the sauce/heat of your choice. The ambiance was great. Cozy, welcoming, and clean. Next time you want a great lunch that's quick and filling, and yet tasty, come stop by, you'll thank me for it!

This is such a change in our normal eating out places. We are excited to have found this gem. What is it about those noodles that are SO good? I love that you can choose your level of hotness. I have had a couple of different dishes and love them all.

    Clean, happy team.

Wow, I love CupBop. I have a regular need fit a Korean food fix and CupBop hits the spot. I love the unique way that they combine familiar flavors. The b-bop is my go to and I usually go for a level four. I like my pork spicy so I go for a seven and I like me chicken sweet, usually a level two. Don't shy away from the ugly bop or any other newer offering and always get some mandoo, because they are delicious!

As soon as I walked in and start to read the menu my expectations started to lower. The good: the guys behind the counter, they were kind, no wait and decent service. The bad: ...everything else. The food was very greasy and lacked flavor. The menu options were very minimal. Honestly it tasted like gas station food and I'm nervous about how it's going to treat us in a few hours... TLDR: don't come here unless you want gas station food and one step up in ambiance.

Steak and fried chicken spice level 10

Good food and friendly employees. I had never had Cupbop so I'm glad I got to try it. The employee who helped me was friendly and walked me through the ordering process. I ordered a bowl with half steak/fried chicken, no rice and extra cabbage with the glass noodles. The steak was tender and the chicken was even crispy when I took it home to eat. There was a lot more chicken in my bowl than steak. I really liked both meats and would order them again. The noodles were soft and the cabbage was crispy. I ordered a 10 spice level. It was not spicy since there was very little sauce on the bowl. I had a hard time eating my bowl until I added extra sauce (from home - I added sriracha and teriyaki sauce since that's what I had) since everything was dry with the small amount of sauce I received. Next time, I will ask for more sauce and see if I can get some of sauces they put in the level 8 spice. My husband got the pork with a level 8 spice. His bowl had a more lot sauce on it. I liked the taste of his sauces that were in the bowl. Side note: Where my husband has had Cupbop before he said the amount of sauce on our food was hardly any compared to what he normally gets when he had it in the past. The sauce on the bowl definitely would make it taste better and not be dry.

I went around 4 pm and was able to get front row parking which was nice since I had to unpack all 3 of my kids. There was a nice outdoor eating area with two tables and some cool lighting for nighttime. The inside was mostly blocked off for seating except maybe two or three dining tables for 2. It was a little difficult to hear the employee telling me the options over my kids and her mask but I was finally able to understand her and get my order in. I got the Rock Bop which is their tangy fried chicken and it was delicious! I had them too it with their #1 sweet sauce and siracha Mayo sauce. If I went there again I'd probably get all noodles instead of the noodles, rice, and cabbage mix. I loved how the ceiling was done, very unique for such a small space.

B-Bop BBQ Beef no spice with sweet sauce B Bop
    Suzie M.

Their food is unique and delicious! I can't handle spice; so I just get their B-Bop which is their Korean Style BBQ Beef with their sweet sauce and I really enjoy it. I also ask for no cabbage; cuz there's no need for the cabbage in my opinion. My husband got the Hot Bop which is their Spicy BBQ Pork with a #6 Spice level. He said that it's spicy, but not overly spicy and has a good flavor to it. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because where we sat; hadn't been cleaned and I was sticking to the table. It wasn't very pleasant. Other than that; quick and fast service with great food!

Come hungry, come for the meat, skip the spring rolls I am…read morenot a big meat eater by nature, which makes it saying something that Umami Japanese Barbeque has earned a regular spot on my list. There is something about cooking your own food at the table, at exactly the temperature you want, in exactly the amount you want, that turns a meal into an experience worth repeating. The concept is all you can eat Korean style tabletop grilling with two menu options. The Umami Buffet Experience covers a generous selection of quality meats, and the Full Premium Experience adds New York strip steak, Japanese short ribs, lamb, tri tip, shrimp, calamari, and cow tongue. We ordered one of each to compare. Honest verdict: the regular buffet holds its own and the premium upgrade did not justify the price difference enough to order it again next time. The table sauces are worth exploring. The roasted sesame is my personal favorite, but the miso apple and garlic shoyu are both worth trying alongside your meat. A selection of vegetables comes with the grill as well. One welcome improvement since my last visit: the ventilation setup has been redesigned so the smoke no longer follows you home in your clothes for the rest of the evening. A small thing that makes a real difference. The time limit is around three hours, which is more than enough. Forty minutes at the grill was plenty for us. Now for the honest part. The cold buffet side needs work. The spring rolls were a miss, the Hawaiian mac salad was forgettable, and the only sushi option was a California roll that did not taste fresh. For a restaurant that executes the grilling experience this well, the appetizer and salad bar deserve more attention. Four stars for the meat, the experience, and the improved ventilation. Come hungry, focus on the grill, and set your expectations accordingly for everything else on the buffet.
