I have been coming here for years and am not longer sure i want to come back . The price i paid, which I realized after I left, was 11.75 for each bop I bought (which has no extras, nor did the receipt show extras) and thats not what was posted. I don't know if this has happened multiple times over my visits but it did leave me reeling. I understand food costs have gone up, and frankly if the prices were shown I may not have gone in the first place (quality hs kind of dipped over the years) but at least i would be able to make an informed decision.

A great place to get a satisfying meal. The concept is very simple, a bowl with fresh cooked rice, sweet noddles, cabbage, meat and sauce. I tried the Combo Bop, that has two meats. I chose tangy fried chicken and beef with the #2 sauce. The fried chicken was very crispy to perfection and the beef was very well cooked and seasoning. The #2 sauce was mild and tasty. All together make an amazing bowl. The employees were helpful and nice. Nathan prepared my bowl and explained the steps to me with more patience. The place was very clean.

To start points off for the outdoor garbage cans overflowing with trash but it wasn't stinky yet lol The staff are great. Really helpful and explained the menu. Be warned though that the sauces are mayonnaise based. Didn't find that out until one of the sauces got spread on my order of Rock Bop. My wonderful husband took my order and I got his since no sauces were on his yet. The house sauce is a bulgogi sauce. It's sweet and not mayonnaise based. We'll come back to try other stuff. Know the noodles are a sweet starch noodle and are soooooo good!!!! They were the best part lol. The tangy chicken was very good too, definitely want that again.

I want to love Cupbop!! I really do!! But every time I go I'm a little disappointed and underwhelmed. This past visit I got the kko kko bop and it didn't come with rice. (I'm pretty sure it's supposed to come with rice...) So all of the sauce became a soupy mess at the bottom. The noodles and chicken were still good, but unfortunately that's about it. I'll most likely end up trying Cupbop again at some point, but I'm not sure it'll become a favorite anytime soon.

I loved the meats here! Crispy, moist, and very flavorful. I asked for a little less sauce than is usually prescribed, I got spicy sauce without the mayo. The noddles and rice were ok, the meat and sauce are the star of the show here. Service was friendly except for the employee dishing up our food, she might have been having a bad day. The interior is awesome, lots of small group seating options and artwork to take in.

This place is really good and we've had no issues at this location. The portions are generous, I was pretty full after mine. I had the spicy pork and beef, and they were both excellent. If you like Korean food, come check this out.

A really cool Chipotle-style Korean BBQ stop. My bowl exceeded expectations, and definitely made me want to return. The only negative was the service. The gentlemen who helped me did not seem incredibly enthusiastic about his job, and spoke quietly. But again, when speaking strictly in food terms, a great place to eat.

I usually love CupBop's food, but the customer service was abysmal. The gal in the red was rude, rolled her eyes and was so incredibly annoyed we dared to bother her at work. She was on the phone the whole time her coworkers were working. It was not a great experience.

You definitely need to come early if you want to get the oxtails because they sell out real quick. I got the fried catfish with Mac n cheese and dirty rice. They seem to have run out of things as time goes on so it's more of what they have left if you come later. The staff was very nice and the food can take some time to wait.

I ordered the fried catfish plate with collard greens and cornbread. The catfish was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while staying juicy and flaky inside -- seasoned beautifully without being greasy. The collard greens were tender and flavorful without being overly salty, really seasoned perfectly and the cornbread had a great texture -- moist and warm but not overly sweet. And then some bonus surprise hush puppies that were so so good! Crunchy on the outside, soft and savory inside -- it really rounded out the meal and left me smiling. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size (my plate was $21), and the service vibe was friendly and welcoming. Their menu's stacked with everything from Big South Wings to ribs and jambalaya, and I'm already thinking about what to try next. Follow them on Instagram @bigsouthslc to see where they're going to be next. If you're craving serious Southern comfort food, Big South is a must. One of the best food trucks I've hit in a while -- no question.

I ain't ever seen one of these let alone had or tasted one but the homie said it was bomb so I said what the heck. I got one and it was bomb! I ain't gonna go into the specifics of what I was feeling cuz I copped two more, one for me and one for me later. But yeah that's what this place did to me. Transported me back in time. I love it! They got Nutella, strawberry, guava and some other flavors also with some ice cream if you're feeling dangerous. And I feel safe being dangerous here. The homemade longganisa (Philippine breakfast sausage) itself is incredible with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and perfect garlicky-ness. If they ever consider selling their longganisa in local Asian stores I will absolutely be first in line. And then they built everything around the longganisa, forming the most beautiful longsilog (longanisa breakfast) sandwich ever imagined with the soft brioche, atchara (pickled papaya), runny egg, cucumber, cheddar cheese with that really mild bite, and spicy mayo (which is very mild, I don't do spicy and it was great). I'm drooling just typing this out. If I lived closer I would be here weekly. It's worth the price (it's also huge/filling, on top of insanely delicious). It's worth the line. Yes, the line can be kind of long so either come early or just make sure you have the time available to you. It will be worth the wait. You can take the buzzer with you into Roots coffee and grab a drink, or pop next door into Ruby Snaps and try some cookies while you wait. The owners/family/employees are all very friendly and helpful with any questions. If I have more opportunities I'll eventually try every sandwich. My friend tried the Bulgogi and loved it. The bite I had was great; the Bulgogi was seasoned really well and it also went fantastic with the brioche. The ribeye meat was really tender. I'd asked for a side of extra atchara with my sandwich not realizing how much was already on it. I suggested to my friend to add it to her Bulgogi because the sweet tanginess from the rice vinegar would complement it well, and she loved the combination -- that is also my suggestion to all of you.
