I loved the bookshelf and if you bring your kids there's a designated spot with toys just for them! I had the dirty vanilla chai and it has to be one of the tastiest I've had. It was blended so well. It consists of chai, vanilla syrup and expresso. All for the price of $5.25. My friend had the cafe latte and you can't go wrong. Price for the small is $3.50. We had a pistachio muffin from their freshly home goods and it was also delicious. I definitely appreciated the art and soft music in the backdrop. Also, it's hidden right behind the Matterhorn and there's ample parking. It's definitely worth the coffee. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona! read more

Great little spot! They have a chocolate protein smoothie, with frozen bananas! Whey, rice, and hemp protein powders available, along with milk alternatives such as almond milk. We love it here and so does our puppy! Super yummy coffee and pastries. The sweet girl working this weekend was so welcoming to us and our dog. Loved my caramel latte and the dark hot chocolate was a hit with our son. We will definitely be back soon. *I took away a star because every time we're up here they don't open when they say. There are 3 places on the building that say they open at 6:30am and it's 7:00 and they still aren't open. This is the third trip and the third time they've been at least 30 minutes late opening. Great local coffee sourced from Flagstaff- Cuptown is located just a block behind all the craziness 'downtown'. This is a real authentic local coffee shop and it will do the trick if that's what you're after. It's small and comfortable inside, the coffee was great, good service etc..I had the blueberry muffin and it was super bomb. read more

There were people seated working on a project and another group just visiting (lots of room for social distancing). I had read great reviews, so we drove to this coffee shop, but were disappointed. I thought that my latte was delicious, but my husband thought his was "okay." Shockingly, a 20-ounce latte and a 16-ounce latte with coconut syrup came to $13.00+ before the tip...the most expensive of anywhere we have traveled and where we live. The pastry rack was completely empty, and the inside wasn't very inviting. We sat out on the front porch, which was nice, but the overall experience was kind of a letdown. read more

I'm staying at the Matterhorn motel and this place is 100 yards away. what a great find. the owners are easy to talk to and they have local knowledge you can't get anywhere else. it's a full service shop with small bites you'd expect. they don't do decaf but I got the decaf espresso Americano which was top notch. there's local and vacationerrs hanging in there so hang out while you drink. read more

Nice, cozy coffee shop behind our hotel in Uptown Sedona. Good coffee, and choice of assorted pastry. Downside: the girl behind the counter. I walked in, happy to find this place, said "good morning!" Too bad the person working there had attitude! I felt like I was intruding, especially when she impatiently passed by me, while I walked down ramp to get a magazine. It seemed to me that she didn't want a tourist around, so I got up, took my coffee, pastry back to my hotel room. Some people have bad days, I get it, but as someone who has been in retail, you always should be polite, at least, to your customer! The cashier / barista wasn't wearing a mask when I entered. I asked him to, and he did put it on, but took it off when he was preparing my latte. The latte was decent but not anything spectacular. This coffee is some of the better that I have had in Sedona. The coffee house was clean and quiet with a local jeweler there.

Perhaps I didn't see this place on its best day, as I'm not raving about it in the same way many others do. However, I do like the idea of the place. I like that it's an independent coffee house with live music, interesting art, and a clear set of regulars who make up the 'family' here. I wasn't as big a fan of the seeming uncertain of the people taking my order and making my drink. I also really didn't like how much milk (actually half and half, as I ordered a breve) was in my coffee. I pretty much had a cup of half and half with a dash of coffee it seemed. It seemed I would've done better to order one of their speciality, flavored, sugar-laden drinks, which I don't really drink. Kudos, nonetheless, for keeping the indie coffee shop alive! read more

This coffee shop is a bit off of the beaten path of the Sedona downtown road, but please take the quick detour here if you are looking for delicious coffee, tea, fresh fruit smoothies, or a snack! The shop has its own dedicated parking lot for customers only which is a huge plus. There is ample seating (and comfortable, too!) inside and out with views. Customer service was great and we were asked all of the right questions to get us our perfect beverages (such as milk / nondairy milk preferences, number of espresso shots, etc.). Two thumbs up for the caramel latte (both hot and cold), the chai tea, and the blueberry banana smoothie. If we come back to Sedona on vacation, we will definitely come back to Theia's! read more

Three stars for being a cute, friendly local cafe. I feel badly giving a lower review, but feel that to keep Yelp useful for everyone it's better to get opinions from a wide variety of people. That said, I drink coffee (generally espresso drinks) only occasionally, and only for the taste, so I'm picky. I read the good reviews here and thought there might finally be a 'destination' coffee place in Sedona. I've been to Theia's twice now, and can definitively say that it is not a 'destination' coffee place. I'd say the coffee drinks are average at best. The pastries look like they are from Costco or something (which doesn't mean they can't be ok). So, if you're in the area and you need your coffee and a quick snack, should you stop in to Theia's and get it? Of course! But if you're more of a foodie looking for only excellent coffee, I have to say I still haven't found it in Sedona. read more

This is a cozy coffee shop that symbolizes the true west and the coffee shop culture. Thank goodness that we found this place and did not have to enter Starbucks or other coffee shops again. It is located off the Main Street in Sedona and there is ample parking. The menu is perfect. It has all the usual coffee shop. To go along with the beverages, they also have bagels, strudels, donuts, fruits and muffins. We ordered cappuccino and steamed milk along with bagel and strudel. It tasted great and the best part - it was served in chinaware! Felt special and homely and we thoroughly loved it. The wheat bagel was so tasty and the best that we have ever had. The interior was amazing. Very well decorated and made into a cozy living room. We literally felt at home in this coffee shop with comfy couches and bar stools. The owner who served us at the counter was super friendly and ensured our items were attended to well. Little pricey but this is Sedona and is worth every penny.
