I love Theias! It's just off the main road with its own parking lot. It's so cozy, staff is amazing and they have a small kids area with toys, books, crayons and a table set. The even brew local coffee which is a huge deal for me. My family and I frequent Sedona for hiking and other recreation and this place is always a must-stop. I was reluctant to write a review to talk about how amazing this place is in fear that too many people will find it and crowd it, but it doesn't matter. The staff was even great when my 2 year old spilled his very full drink and they cleaned up and replaced it! There is even a very well-maintained restroom for customers. This place is great. I'm not huge in chain coffee places like Starbucks, this place is more my style. It's comfortable, down to earth, delicious, and it has possibilities the friendliest staff of any coffee place I've been to. read more

Theia's was a great find. We are full time RVers and we don't have the best data plan (keeping the budget down). We like finding local places and not just sitting at Starbucks (although the one in town is nice). We came here a couple times and we would sit for a couple hours only getting a chai latte and cappuccino. Both well made and tasted wonderful. The baristas were all nice and we never felt bad for sitting so long. We even brought a small packed lunch to eat with our coffee and they had no problem. I loved that we could have the dogs on the patio and there was a small outdoor area that people let them roam around. I also liked that they were off the main road so it was quiet and they had their own parking lot. When we are back in the area we will definitely be back. read more

Our family came here after a recommendation from our server, Michael, from Bella Vita Ristorante. He told us that if we're in the North part of Sedona to stop in and visit his wife, Joy. What a neat little spot! It's tucked away from the main drag so it's not easily seen. The first day we ordered from the summer menu and got the lavender mocha, a fruit smoothie, and a mocha frappacino. All were really good, so good that we went back the very next day. My daughter ordered the lavender mocha again, my youngest ordered a mango orange smoothie, my husband got the mocha frappacino, and I got the brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee. I would recommend the brown sugar cinnamon if you're looking for something sweet but not curl your toes sweet. A perfect little place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Cute place!! Very quiet as no guests there at 3:25pm on a Saturday. Local art on the walls and lots of comfortable seating. I appreciated the kids play area and bookshelf. We ordered the berry protein shake and a vanilla iced latte with an extra shot. The berry smoothie was about a 2 out of 5 but maybe light and perfect for kids who need something frothed up and watered down. I was chilled to the bone and needed something hot. I Yelp'ed this place and it gave me walking directions to this non tourist trap off the beaten path Central Perk of Sedona coffee shop. I was in a bad mood as I kept sticking my head into places and I knew that is not why I travel. I wanted local and this hit it. They have couches and over stuffed chairs scattered about. Looks like your first apartment out of college. I checked out the menu and saw the king size hot chocolate. I am thinking it was 20oz, but don't hold me to it. It was served in a coffee mug that I have only ever seen on Friends. Big! I was set for the rest of the day after that gobbler! Happy days and friendly faces! Yum! read more

The customer service received by the two women working Sunday was phenomenal. They were very friendly and patient as we looked over the menu. Unfortunately the three drinks we got were not. The blended chia was not flavorful nor did it have any chia taste. The blended mocha was not a drink we were able to finish as it was overly sweet and had no taste of chocolate (the brand of flavors displayed in the shop have a "taste like chocolate" imitation syrup). Perhaps it was a chocolate imitation syrup as the menu states chocolate or Carmel sauce is an additional cost? As wonderful as the ladies working Sunday morning were, we will not be returning. read more

This little gem is hidden off the main street and tourist do not see it. Great coffee shop with many offerings, Plenty of seating with tables or couches. Very relaxing. I ordered a small Vanilla protein shake. This was one of the best I have had. The small was huge but I enjoyed it all. Plus with the added protein I was quite full. Incredible views of the Sedona canyon, cute ambiance with a live guitarist and an in house artist. The major downside for me was very thing that is supposed to make a successful coffee shop a a successful coffee shop..... good coffee. Coffee was incredibly burnt and tasted like I was drinking it out of an ashtray. If you are looking for a solid cup of coffee in Sedona you won't find it. Maybe wait until the next town. If you want a nice blueberry scone though it might be worth a visit. read more

Cute little place with live music. However there was only one person working and after waiting 30 minutes for her to make one protein shake and the blender breaking. The crowd behind us left. One man even just gave her $10 and jumped behind the counter himself to pour his own coffee. My suggestion would be to staff more than one person on a busy memorial day weekend. Especially at a coffee shop in the morning...there were three people in our group and no one in front of us and we have been here for 30 minutes now and still do not have our orders. Prepare to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get 3 smoothies and a bagel. While cute, this off the beaten path coffee shop is painfully understaffed and unable to meet the quick demand of a true coffee shop. As my friend says, patience is a virtue. First off I never give 1 star reviews. I ordered an iced coffee with syrup. Simple enough but the barista put wayyy too much syrup and it was way too sweet. I asked them to remake it with less syrup but apparently they don't remake coffee drinks even if the customer is unhappy with the order. So just be forwarned, if you don't like your drink you're SOL. Also we got there first thing in the morning and it looked like they hadn't serviced their bathroom all weekend. It just felt dirty. read more

Great ambiance. Beautiful comfortable furnishings and great lighting. Wonderful and relaxing live music. I stayed for a couple of hours and the owner Kari made sure I was well taken care of. I'm in from out of town and looking to absorb some sun, so Kari set me up with a table outside and even ran me an extension cord to plug in my laptop because the outlet wasn't working properly. She also gave me advice on local hikes and things to see. The artwork on the walls (for sale) is incredibly tasteful. My cappuccino and bagel were delicious. Loved the ambiance. I am a tea lover visiting from California. It was so nice to get away from the touristy crowd and come here sit on the patio and write as the red rock scenery above my gaze. Daughter & I came to Sedona for an impromptu visit. We love to frequent coffee shops & stumbled upon this one. Service is friendly, music is jazz, local art on the walls, industrial look furniture, pastries & muffins offered. There are two lounge areas with comfy couches. Location is sort of tucked away behind uptown shops, but close to free public parking. Our dirty chai lattes tasted like Christmas in a cup. Well done! read more

I love going to this place. I love getting the vanilla Latte, great nutty flavor and perfect every time. They Rotate the drip coffee (never serve anything older than 30 minutes) and each time I've gotten it its been spot on. No coffee shop I've been in sedona has been as good each time.
