Steven has always Bergen our straight shooter dealer and friend, never once trying to upsell or pressure, always getting us the best deal possible. Jesus and Mandi in Finance work miracles, as they take your credit info, your income and hoped-for payments, then use some kind of Jedi powers yo get that deal you can live with. The hardest part is the wait: part 1- find the right car, part 2, gathering info, part 3, patiently waiting for finance to do their their thing (this will take some hours, so don't bring kids), then part 4 - review and signing papers. By law everything has to be open, transparent, explained and signed. It's on this rather cool electronic board (4x5) where you e-sign, a sign, and sign, etc. All done? It all prints, here are your keys, and now you have a car, with first due in about 30-45 days. Being long time customers (we know just about everyone by name as we have brought all the cars to the place for servicing - now VW has a log of all maintenance for warranty purposes!), we get good deals or services for reduced prices! Relationships are everything to this Cardinale crew, and we will be sad when the time comes for us to move to our retirement home someday. Kudos to All!

The GM for Porsche SLO led me to believe I was going to hired. I followed up several times and left so many messages and he never once had the courtesy or professionalism to return my call. I believe they are racially motivated and if you don't have the right last name then they will completely ignore you. I tried to speak with Theresa the CFO but yet again was Ignore after several messages. I think it's ridiculous I can't get a few simple answers. I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

I gave them a call because I had questions about ceramic window tint. I spoke with Gabriel who was very patient and super knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed or felt like he was just trying to book a sale. Gabriel took his time and really explained the whole process and how ceramic window tint works. I booked my appointment and the service provided was top notch! Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job with the tint on my Toyota Tacoma! If you're reading this as I was before pouring over reviews looking for a reputable place. I 100% recommend Elite Auto Spa!

Sometimes parts take time or no longer are made or hard to find, but they were able to find and repair smoothly while communicating well. The prices they have are reasonable. It's not the dealership, but the quality to me was just as good if not better and not paying the dealership prices. Our vehicle runs smoothly now thanks to these guys troubleshooting. Would definitely recommend.

I met with the seller of my vehicle at Aaliyah's Auto Shop for a pre-inspection. During the…read moreinspection, the owner, Jesse, informed me that my vehicle had a "very small" water pump leak and that the coolant level was low. He stated that he topped off the coolant with fluid and showed my husband a picture; however, the picture he showed was only of the coolant, not of an actual water pump leak. At no point was I shown a picture or physical evidence of a leak itself. Due to the stress of the transaction and being surprised by this diagnosis--especially since I regularly maintain my vehicle every three months--I did not ask to personally see the alleged leak at that time. Jesse also stated that the vehicle needed new brake pads because they were due for replacement. A few days later, I contacted Jesse to request a photo of the water pump leak. He then informed me that he did not have any photo of a leak--only a photo of the coolant. He went on to say that the car was otherwise "perfect," drove great, and that the only issues were the need for new breaks and a new water pump. Because of these inconsistent statements, I took it upon myself to have the vehicle inspected at a Honda dealership while also completing an oil change. The certified Honda mechanics did not find any water pump or coolant leaks (please see attached video). Additionally, they confirmed that the brakes were at approximately 50% life remaining and did not require immediate replacement. Based on these findings, I am deeply concerned about the accuracy and integrity of the inspection performed at Aaliyah's Auto Shop. It appeared that unnecessary repairs were recommended without sufficient evidence. Jesse also emphasized that his shop was the cheapest in town and that he offers the best prices, which further raised concerns that the diagnosis may have been influenced by sales motives rather than factual mechanical issues. I believe this experience demonstrates a lack of transparency and reliability. I strongly encourage anyone seeking a pre-purchase inspection to consider using a trustworthy and reputable mechanic or dealership service center to avoid receiving misleading or inaccurate information.

Audi 2026 slogan is " Progress through technology"…read moreWorking with this dealer, I experienced the exact opposite Progress is not something Managment believes in Technology part Is not just buttons And LED lights Technology is advancing Finding a way to make things happen Once again that is not what this brand or this dealer does. The short version is This dealer will not sell your car if you have a cashiers check from an American bank they want you to finance with them so they can make extra few bucks They straight out tell you that your money is not good. That's just pure greed I consider myself a car enthusiast and this is not my first rodeo I've spent over $3 million over the years, buying cool/ exotic cars, and I truly believe that Audi overall has shown to be the worst in customer service. The impression I got is that we don't need you you need us LOL My advice To all of my car guys Go to Porsche Or Bmw .

Do you want to do business with this dealer who does not honor written contracts? Read more below:…read more This dealer sells 2 non-negotiable add-ons for cars. One is a $1500 "paint protection" package. The other is a $500 nitrofill tires package. The nitrofill tire package is actually fully refundable by contract if you are a California customer (see pic below). So if you are in my situation and did not see value in the add-on and would rather have $500 back, it is within your right to ask for a refund. I actually already got the nitrofill company to issue a check to the dealership. The cancellation on the nitrofill part is very smooth but they insisted refunding the dealership instead of to me. The dealership refused to pay me the check after many back and forth stretching months in email contact. My question for the management is that is there any other reason that you can not give me the refund and ghost me than you simply don't want to honor the contract and hope I just give up. This dealership also did not correctly report the car sale as certified pre-owned but I did my due dillegence and contacted Audi America to correct this mistake. Otherwise I will lose 1 year worth of additional warranty. I will give benefit of doubt in this case, but the general manager makes it sound like it's my problem which is very disheartening. My stance is the same as always: if the car is listed as CPO, I want the CPO. I shouldn't be the one that discovered the problem, to be honest. Now if I were you I would really think again if I want to do business with this dealership. It is one thing to forget reporting CPO correctly, it is completely on another level to not honor written contracts. I may never get my $500 back but I do want to warn you, the future customer reading this review, about my experience. I saved for so long for my first car and this is not what I imagined the experience will go and how the Audi brand represents.
