Poor customer service!!! No compensation for customers having to drive out of their way, in traffic, to pick up our mattress after an error from an employee. All we asked for was for free delivery since we had driven far to pick up our mattress and the mattress was not even at the store. We called to confirm the mattress was ready for pick up before we went to get it. They confirmed the mattress was ready. Now we have to go out of our way, AGAIN, to pick it up. Let's hope the mattress is at the store this time. The assistant manager, GLORIA, refused to give us free delivery after an error from her store. She just gave us a dumb stare after we asked for free delivery. Poor customer service!! Accept your error and learn what customer service is. You're a business. Act like one. You promised the mattress would be ready on a Thursday and failed. You then confirmed it was there on that Thursday and it wasn't. 2 errors definitely requires compensation!! read more

( If I could give this place no stars I would) I had one of the worst experiences of my life in this store. I went in already knowing what I wanted and I had to wait two whole hours just so they could have me running around wondering what is happening with my purchase. My mother went with me and asked a question to answer why they were taking so long and the worker was very rude, raised her tone, and basically told her to go ask someone else. I could not believe what had just happened; it was just the WORST retail experience I had ever encountered. Then they told us they didn't have the item in stock. I had patience and i am pretty understanding so when they said I could have the display I agreed because I had done my research and had my heart set on my purchase, plus I had already paid for it, and I just wanted to leave. They asked me to wait at least 30 more minutes for tech team to install whatever had to be installed. Then I go back only for them to say that it will take another 40- 60 minutes. By this time I was very angry because I spent almost all of my day in the store worrying on if I would get what I wanted and waiting for installations when they could have checked on having the item in stock on a store computer and I could have gone to Best Buy and spent a third of my time and a better offer than the one they had given me. I've been there 2 times these last 2 weeks and unfortunately I had the same help for the same girl, which wasn't very helpful after all...the first time I went I was just shopping around for a computer and the associate Veronica told me to try other stores first because curacao has very high prices and that they'll price match so I was like cool she's trying to help me out so I left. So the 2nd time I went back I knew what I wanted and veronica was there again first of all she DOES NOT speak English very well I couldn't understand some of her words and she couldn't understand what I wanted so I started getting irritated I asked her if someone else can help me and she said she's the only one that could help in that department, that she was the manager (so I was confused like ok no one else can help or she doesn't understand what I'm saying) I dont understand how they can hire someone and they dont speak English correctly...anyway I didn't buy the computer because after the hook up she was supposedly going to give me she tried to add all kinds of things at the end insurance,etc.,etc. I just walked out and I happily made my purchase at best buy and much cheaper...so I guess I won't be going back there especially to that girl Veronica what a shame to Curacao no English!!!!!! Purchased a couch set and dining table set from this store and had next day delivery for my new apartment. Couches and table came in great condition and quick set up from the delivery guys. We pay extra for the protection plan and if we can't make a payment one month we just do the about $9 payment for the month instead of the whole amount. That has to be done physically in the store so when we go most times the lady doesn't speak much English and one time hadn't processed it right so they kept calling us and when we answered they asked us to go back and sign another form. We called customer service a couple times and haven't had a bad experience over the phone with those customer service reps. My boyfriend has a very Hispanic name (but he doesn't speak Spanish that well at all) and they send him all his curacao texts and ads in the mail in Spanish while mine are in English. It frustrates him sometimes when he called customer service once they answered in Spanish and he had told him he doesn't speak Spanish so they spoke English to him. Otherwise not too horrible of an experience. Store has a lot of variety of products but most likely won't purchase again if I can't pay it off right away. Curacao credit is good to have for the cheaper items to pay it off quick to help your credit though but probably won't make a big purchase again. read more

My husband was pre-approved for credit here a couple days ago and decided to spoil our son, himself and myself. He had trouble with an employee at the credit service long story short, she ran his credit when clearly my husband just needed an address change. With that being said after the credit check he needed a co-signer. Pretty furious he called the store manager and explained the situation about this employee at credit services. Lucky enough a well mannered man, can almost say an "Angel" approached my husband and assisted with this situation. This manager is Daniel Lopez. He provided high customer service and was able to help my husband with his purchase. A day later I was able to meet this amazing guy and truly, he should be PRAISED and RECOGNIZED for his efforts of keeping customers content with their purchases and following up to the best of his ability. This makes me want to come back to this store because there's not a lot of people like him that go above and beyond to meet the clients experience and expectations. I have been there a couple of times before i wen to purchase, the other two times were for family members to purchase. it took about 30 min to get helped and then all they did was take me for the credit check to see what would qualify for instead of taking me to the product i was interested in and educating me on the features and prices. it took another 40 min just for me to sit down for a few minutes to process my application, although there were plenty of people that where there to assist. After everything was said and done they did not approve my credit for very much and by the time i want to go look around because it had taken so long to go through the process; the store was closing and i had no time to shop. I was more then happy with my washer and dryer purchase last month. I appreciate the in house financing they offer and I was instantly approved for a $1000 line of credit which I used toward a $1500 purchase. I was a little unhappy about the $100 delivery fee though because we had rented a truck so we could take them the same day only to be told that none of the 3 sets of washers and dryers we had decided on were in stock.We offered to drive to the warehouse and pick them up and were told it was closed on a Saturday. I almost felt as if that was intentional because the prices were cheaper then other places we had been to. I am supposed to be getting a $50 gift certificate for referring someone to them and opening an account. Hopefully that happens and I don't have to change my 5 stars to no stars read more

I am very satisfied with my experience at Curacao. I have been to the store many times within the past 2 years and I have never had any issues with purchases, customer service, credit or anything. This store is very flexible with granting credit to their customers, I personally cannot complain about my experience with credit they are extremely helpful and will work with you. Every time I'm been in the store I am constantly find associates willingly wanting to help in every department. The store is clean and organized. This store has great inventory of appliances and electronics!! I've purchased many great quality products with no hesitation or defects. During my last store visit, I was assisted by Athziri in the electronics department. She assisted me with my purchase of a Canon EOS 70D DSLR. She was very helpful and very informative. She had a lot of product knowledge and great customer service. Overall, I am very pleased with all of my experiences in the store. I would strongly recommend everyone who is looking into going in to apply for credit or purchase a home appliance or electronics. They will defiantly work with you!! Hundreds of people go in to the store and leave with a good experience or with the product they wanted. It is just unfortunate that not many of them are willing to share their great experience. I bought a speaker there a year and a half ago and I bought the insurance on it. My speaker stopped charging so I went into the store. The girl at the counter was really nice and helpful she gave me the number to call and explained what I needed and what they would ask me. I could tell she was kind of new but she made sure she was giving me the correct information and I was able to get a new speaker because of her help. I've had a credit line with them for about 5 years now and on September 3 I went in with my boyfriend and we purchased a sectional at the store in chino. A lady named Stephanie helped us and told us it would be delivered September 7. Today September 7 and it's already 6:45pm and still no delivery so I call customer service and I'm told the delivery was for a month from now. We got rid of your sofas yesterday so we have no where to sit. So then I'm transferred to some other lady named Veronica that says it was put for Monday and that is all they can do. So what am I supposed to do in the meantime??? Just because someone messed up in putting the days. Not even an apology or any attempt to deliver it Tomorrow.
