This is one of those times I wish I could give less stars!!! We tried to make a yet another purchase here, our second visit. Last time we tried to buy a refrigerator but the delivery fee was as much as the fridge. So today we went in to buy a laptop. We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted. They didn't have it on display but the incredibly rude lady that was helping us tried to bamboozle us and act like the MacBook Pro was also some how the MacBook Air and MacBook. They only had Pro's on display but she lied as if we hadn't done our research. In any case we get to the register and she's talking down to me as if we couldn't afford the purchase. I ordered a laptop for my son with same day shipping, come 6:00pm, the third-party delivery driver Curacao used leaves an EMPTY box at my door!! (The delivery company was "Roadie" and driver name, according to the app, is Chibueze N.) When you purchase a $1,000 item, it's a very horrible feeling to open an empty package. I immediately call Curacao and explain what just happened. Then, with no sense of urgency, or empathy, I'm told I'll get a call back. When I ask when or how soon to expect this call, they have no idea. Needless to say, there's a very slim chance ill order again. UPDATE: Although I did not receive any follow up calls from Curacao, by 8:00pm, I received an e-mail and text message from Roadie with all the details pertaining to the laptop they were delivering. This time around, the driver actually came to the door and asked for a name, and signature. Also waited why we verified there was an item in the box. Some soccer fan buddies had mentioned that Curacao was selling the USA Centennial Home Jerseys at a great discount and decided to try my luck as well! I called the store in the afternoon and got switched through about 3 different departments before I reached the right person. She not only helped me locate the jersey I wanted, but also put the jersey on hold for me! Good thing because there was only 1 more left on the size I wanted. When I arrived at the store, all the workers were really nice to me and were really friendly. They liked to talk and were willing to help. There was a bit of a mix up in where the jersey was put "on hold" but the supervisor called the worker, while she was on lunch, and located the jersey for me. They certainly all went above and beyond for me. I didn't walk through the entire store, so didn't check out the prices on most items but it's interesting that the store has an eclectic variety of items, ranging from stuffed animals, kitchen items, sporting goods, electronics, and etc. The jersey was a great deal!
