So disappointed in my visit today at Curaleaf Gilbert.. I originally ordered the Silver Tier deal of $15 an 1/8th flower. I did ordered 7 grams/2 eighths for $30 (pre tax). I ended up not having the store credit on my account that I anticipated so I grabbed 2 grams of my Tahoe OG Kush order and left to get more cash cus who wants to pay MORE money to grab cash from their ATM?? I went back to get the rest of my online order with the deal that I used and they refused to honor the deal because I left the store with the 2 grams I purchased. The original budtender did not educate me on this process and I missed out on an amazing deal.. I come here OFTEN and this is BS because I've had my order completed refunded before due to ordering the wrong item and not having a good replacement.. I feel like they just didn't want to deal with the extra scans and math so they decided not to help me out. Dont think I'll be coming back to this location. The majority of Curaleafs cannabis is riddled with pesticides & over priced If you value your health just go somewhere else until 2020 after mandatory testing. The chemical taste is strong & curaleaf sells pesticide laden cannabis. I won't shop a place that was alright selling poisoned medication after they are forced to comply. Other dispensaries have good pesticide free medication. I spoke with management & they said that sincebit was the less expensive product that it should be expected. TWICE this dispensary sold me bunk weed; the first time I bought 1/2 oz of a strain called "Watermelon Sunset" which was 22% THC, but the problem was that it was so harsh all I could do was make cookies out of it. The second time, I bought some "Peanut Butter Breath" and it was so old and dry it was like it was from King Tut's tomb. It crumbled into mummy dust when I put it in my pipe, AND it had NO strength, in other words, it barely got me high. These were both Curaleaf brand strains, so if you go to this dispensary, steer clear of the Curaleaf strains that are on sale. read more

Spent almost $100 on 2 "top self" eights, only to come home to find them both stale & bone dry. And I paid extra for top self product line for what exactly? Two containers of dust? Fancy packaging. I have been coming here for a while over two years now and since the remodel and rec laws passing, the workers have been rude careless and overall shouldn't be working with bud the happiest job on earth. Last week I let myself in to the led line as I always do and this lady came out of no where yelling at me saying I cant let my self to the medical line and her eyes need to let me pass just completely disrespectful. Out of line and out of pocket. As she was yelling at me her coworker was laughing at her trying to intimidate me. I then call the manager when I leave to tell them what happened, unfortunately I had to leave a message but their manager never bothered to even call me back to hear what happened. They do not care about who they hire, nor do they care about their medical patients anymore. Very mishandled grand opening Making patients wait in line in 110 plus degree weather. No water. It should be a grand heat stroke event. Reminds me of that sweat lodge in Sedona that killed all those patients. Folks these directors are money hungry thiefs, they could move into another building that's bigger and let you lounge while you wait in the longer than ever lines.
