I contacted Curated Spread through IG and they responded quickly. I wanted something nice for my mother and I needed it for the next day. They provided my mother with an amazing charcuterie box that she devoured. She said, "Oh, I guess I should have taken a picture, huh? It was so good, it didn't even cross my mind!" She loved every single thing in her box, including the extra crackers I ordered. I want you to know how much they went above and beyond to ensure my mother got it delivered to her door. I needed it to be delivered to my dad's condo which has a concierge. We didn't realize there was a mixup with the contact numbers on file, so the concierge wasn't able to reach my mom and the food wasn't able to be delivered to the door. After leaving the food with the concierge, Melissa sent me messages via text, via IG, and waited for 30 minutes to see if it was possible to deliver the food to my mother's door. Thankfully I eventually saw the text messages, and because Melissa was so diligent, she was still in the parking lot. We got everything squared away and Melissa was able to take the food upstairs. Who waits 30 minutes to make sure someone gets their delivery?!?!?! Curated Spread did. I don't think this is something people should expect, but I just want everyone to know that when they are purchasing from this company, they are dealing with people who have amazing integrity as well as delicious food. they have a customer for life.
