We stopped in for a couple glasses of their 2023 Extra Brut Sparkling wine ($19). They offer lite bites like charcuterie boards and pizzas from a restaurant next door (North Italia), but we were headed to dinner and didn't partake on this visit. WINES: The wines are well made, complex, and tasty. I'm not usually a huge fan of sparkling wines, but their '23 Extra Brut is amazing! Per bottle prices are reasonable for the quality of the wines. Parking can be difficult, but we once again used the public parking garage about half a block away. Another good experience and I'm sure we'll be back to try the new vintages of their fine wines.

This ended up being a stop for him! I'm guessing they're still in the process of transitioning from Fred Segal to the now Summer Somewhere Wines stop. So.... Im not a wine fiend, but Hubbers is. He asked if we could just hangout here for a bit to try a white. "Of course!" I tell him. Marquis was our server and I gotta say, off the bat he was sooooooo friendly and welcoming. He answered all of Hubbers' questions regarding their products until he finally decided on one. I asked for water as I got parched from all the walking we did prior to coming through. Marquis checked on us after awhile, and he dreaded the fact he forgot to bring me my water. He felt really bad, I told him it wasn't a big deal and to bring me one when he got the chance. He did me one better and comp'd it for me. Sweet! It really was a good 20-minute chill. Cornell offers many wines from various wineries throughout the world and allows you to create your own tasting flight from their menu or purchase a glass or bottle. My wife and I enjoyed sharing two flights, and we even tried a bottle of red Moscato, which my mother-in-law loves. A friend joined us as well and the four of us shared a small Hollywood Nosh Box ($25) and a jar of Taggiasche Olices ($11) which was more than enough. They carry a small selection of charcuterie items so you can have quite a nice little picnic for yourself. We'll definitely stop in Cornell again...I recommend that you check them out.
