I needed to schedule a Mohs Surgery and couldn't get them to call me back within a reasonable timeframe. Everytime I called there was no one to pick up the phone and I wouldn't receive a call back for 48 hours. When I was called back I was unfortunately unable to answer (perils of the pilot profession- no phone access in flight) which would reset another 48 hours of waiting for a callback the next time I attempted to call them. I eventually had my pathology sent to Polyclinic in Seattle and scheduled the surgery on the first call (Polyclinic will answer your call).

I went with Allegra who was a darling from the minute I stepped into Dermaspace. Any worries or fears quickly drifted off given the dim lighting, chill music and zen ambiance. Allegra had a sweet personality, explained the entire process from start to finish, was knowledgeable about anything related to skincare and health, and most importantly, gentle. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. Afterwards, my face felt completely refreshed and as if years were taken off. I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!
