She motivated me to continually work on the things I struggled with while still meeting me where I was when it came to mobility and strength (I was a girly with tense hips and a weak core ). She also knew when to call me out when things were getting too easy and I was trying to be sly. It was truly the kind of partnership I needed to push myself out of my comfort zone. I went from hating the idea of going to the gym to being eager to find out if the week was going to start with a lower or upper body day. But Priscilla's care went beyond our sessions. But I've been training with Priscilla since March and the progress I've seen is incredible! I told her that I had specific aesthetic goals for myself and was worried about my arms getting too big and I'm so happy to know she listened and I love SO amazing 4 months later. I see her 3x a week, so I get a little discount per month which is a great incentive to stay disciplined! She is so great about making sure I'm activating the correct muscles, building good mind to body connections, and honing in on good form before moving up in weights or difficulty. Jon is great. He'll work with you to cater your training needs. He does a great job of explaining the plans. Steve is the trainer that got assigned to me based on my goals and my time availability. He does a good job of giving you workouts, making sure your form is right, keeping you in check, and being very flexible with your schedule. I tell him if I'm training for a half marathon or Spartan race, and he'll cater the workouts to what's needed. The physical gym is great because it's not too busy at certain times, so it's perfect for all backgrounds of training. They also offer massages, cupping, saunas and cold plunges. All around good place and great vibes.
