This place is amazing! I ordered over the phone 30 minutes before they were closing and still they were so pleasant! My boyfriend has never had curry chicken before so I was excited to order some this evening. We searched on google and yelp for the best stars and this place was it! The food was hot and ready for pick up as soon as we got there. They made sure we had all we needed and even recommended the lunch buffet for my boyfriend who is just being introduced to Indian food! This was his first time trying Indian curry and the curry was tastier then ever. We look forward to returning. Awesome tasting north Indian dishes. Ordered Achar chicken and Methi Malai Paneer, they both were very well prepared and great tasting. In fact haven't had such a good Achar chicken in a long time and I have had lots of Indian food at plenty of different places. The garlic naan was good as well, soft and fresh. Raita was right on the spot with perfect balance of taste, not too sour or salty. Only complaint I have is that they do need to improve their customer attentiveness a tad bit as I had to really put an effort to get them to get my check payment processed. read more

This is the worst restaurant ever. I have ordered to deliver through uber eats. Chicken malai tikka: they gave few pieces of chicken which are not even cooked properly. Description and food does not match at all. It's horrible taste, I have never seen this kind of dish ever in India. Chicken Biryani: They mixed little bit of tasteless chicken curry in the plain rice and delivered. Based on this I strongly believe they do not have chef to make food. Rasmalai: They has charged 5:50$ and have two pieces of malai where you can get dozen for 9$. My family came home after tired whole day. I saw tears in seeing this food. Went here after reading the reviews on yelp. I am out of town. Ordered seekh kabab and mango chicken jalfarezi. Seekh kabab were tolerable, but mango chicken jalfarezi was so bad that i could eat it. I saw a deal on Groupon and decided to give their takeout a go. I was skeptical when I arrived because the outside was underwhelming, but I was pleasantly surprised by the inside decor. It was very clean and had a cozy ambience. My boyfriend and I both got butter chicken and shared a butter naan. The butter chicken used chicken breast so it was a bit on the dry side, but the sauce was delicious! Unfortunately, the naan was soggy by the time we ate it but it's mostly likely because we got takeout. The portions are pretty large, which I have noticed is very rare for many Indian restaurants. Our containers were filled to the brim with food--I usually never have enough rice to go with my meal but they give you a whole pint of rice. They definitely didn't skimp on chicken either, and you'll have enough sauce if you wanted to add more chicken for another meal. All in all, this place is definitely worth checking out! read more

First time checking out this place. We have been longing for a good Indian restaurant since moving to Orlando. Unfortunately, Curry Mantra does not deliver. The food is subpar, the service is slow, and then it's way overpriced. We ordered the Chicken 65, Chicken Malai Tikka, and Goat Biryani. The Chicken 65 had an awkward South Indian flavor and rubbery, the Malai Tikka was rubbery and almost frozen tasting, and our Goat Biryani was the worst...it's was so dried out, similar to meat that has been reheated in a microwave for too long. Most was inedible as you could not chew into it. Our drink orders were forgotten both times we ordered. My husband ordered two beers and I ordered a Fanta. The Fanta was $3 for one 12oz can without any refills. We spent $80 on a dinner not worth more than $25. So disappointing. This place needs serious work to earn back our business but we hope we can return. read more

My wife and I had just landed in Orlando and had time to kill before checking into our hotel. So, we looked on Yelp and discovered this place and it was fantastic! We arrived a little before the lunch buffet was over and sampled everything which was delicious. This reminded us of our favorite Indian restaurant back home, except the naan at this restaurant was to die for! It's made fresh and they bring it to your table warm and straight from the kitchen. But, there was a long line to get food because of the way the restaurant has organized the buffet. I waited about 15 minutes to get my food. I can only suggest to curry Mantra to discontinue using Grubhub as their delivery service. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes from the time I placed the order (which I tried to cancel with Grubhub support) only to receive luke warm soggy food and the chicken was dried out by the time I received it.
