    Grilled jerk whole Wings

Date Night!! He picked a great spot! The oxtails were delicious, full of flavor, and tender! The wings had a great smoked taste, and the dry jerk seasonings were just right. However, the Bob Marley was a super sweet frozen margarita with little alcohol, and the Rum punch wasn't punching much! The food was 10/10, and the drinks were 6/10. We should have stuck to our regular cocktails of choice. We will return. Our sever helpful with the menu!

Pretty solid. Had a "beef patty", some yellow rice, and some jerk wings. Great flavors across the board.

I ordered takeout and waited at the bar for my meal. Notes: Flavorful. My meal served as two meals, had some for later. They weren't stingy with the oxtails. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and I appreciated her attentiveness. One thing I didn't take a picture of was the oxtail patty. I had that until my To-Go order was ready. 10/10 Juicy and tender.

This might be the number 1 Carib restaurant in Memphis. Reasonably priced meals for the amount of food given compared to others. Their flavor has been consistent since I began dining there. Food: amazing, their curry chicken and rice and bean was unusually a bit too salty on this trip but overall still comforting. Service: swift and friendly Ambiance: casual and family friendly Only challenge is parking. There's a parking garage across the street for valet parking $15. Street parking is usually difficult to find.

Memphis TN, in the house! My Hometown has exceeded expectations! The upper level has a 15 person full service bar. The lower level has a 1p person full service bar and sometimes hosts local entertainment. Parking garage is across the street with paid meters on the street. Let me get to the purpose of the post --- FOOD! The Caribbean food is outstanding. The Ox tails, curry chix and goat are some of the best I've had. Peas and rice, cabbage and plantains topped off the meal. They also have a spicy hot sauce the put sweat beads on my forehead! The price is $$$, but we'll worth the cost.

Y'all. Curry n Jerk was SO GOOD. Believe the hype. My personal favorite was the goat. It was my first try and it was so flavorful. All of the meat was tender and the portion sizes were quite large! Service was fast and the vibes were chill for a Saturday evening. I'll be back!

Wow! I was traveling through Memphis from Seattle, and Yelp didn't disappoint again! I rolled up to Curry n Jerk around 9pm and grabbed the best dinner I've had in quite some time. I ordered the Panamanian pasta with shrimp and chicken, and it was dope! For tyou old timers, "dope" means GREAT! I also had great service from Landon at the bar and all of the staff were super-friendly and attentive. Chef Mike even came to my table, asked how everything was, and explained the layers of cookies it takes to create such a wonderful dish. I'll be back!

Our waitress Theresa was very pleasant and she made me the best Moscow Mule..had me thinking she put pineapple juice in it but the flavor was on point. I had the curry and jerk chicken with cabbage and rice..

Horrible! The food didn't match the picture. The service took and hour. And the atmosphere was loud with the party happening downstairs. But this wasn't the worse of it! They steal from you by charging a mandatory 20% tip charge for dining in and a 15% charge for carry out. Server didn't inform us of this charge. If she did, we wouldn't have ate there. Now did she deserve the 20% gratuity. No. She did not. She should've told us there was a charge for dining in. That's my tip! (Oh and if you're wondering, party size doesn't matter. You are charge even if you come alone). About the food: the rice was not fried as in the restaurants photo. It was more like a mushy rice. The flavors didn't impress me. It had the usual Caribbean taste of spices, herbs, and jerk seasoning. It was a bit salty. And because the rice was too soft it failed at being the jerk fried rice it was meant to be. Had to order something else (which the server expressed she didn't like). Now you know!

Love the jerked chicken! Keep in mind, if you do takeout, they automatically add a 15% tip which keeps me from ordering frequently.

It's fine. Jerk chicken is just spicy. It's not flavorful and the chicken was a bit dry.

It had that subtle jerk-style kick that made every bite even more desirable. The cabbage was well cooked, the rice and peas were flavorful, and the plantains were a solid addition to the meal. The portion size was excellent, especially for the price, making the value stand out even more. Customer service was also excellent, which always adds to the experience. For a mall location, this spot really impressed, but honestly, the food is good enough that it deserves a full storefront of its own. If you want a taste that feels much closer to the islands without leaving the U.S., Little Jamaica is definitely worth the stop. Here is a shorter Yelp-style version too: Little Jamaica has some of the closest flavors to Barbados I have found on this side of the U.S. The curry goat was tender, flavorful, and had a nice jerk-style kick that made it even more appealing. The cabbage, rice and peas, and plantains were all very good. Portion size was great, pricing was solid, and the customer service was excellent. For being in the mall, this place really stands out. This place has a warm and inviting feel, that makes it feel like home. Since I was little indecisive on what to opt for, I decided on two entrees. This included the jerk chicken Alfredo & the Catfish and grits. Immediately, I noticed how large the portions are (which is a plus). As it relates to both entrees, the catfish and grits was pretty decent. In my honest opinion the star was the perfectly seasoned and crisp fish (grits were ok) but, I would definitely order again. The jerk chicken Alfredo was quite tasty. It was perfectly seasoned and jammed packed with flavor. (I would only suggest an extra side of Alfredo, as I love a creamy Alfredo pasta. ) Not pictured, I ordered the Berry Me & Jolly Rancher juice. These were a much better and exclusive option instead of a traditional punch packed with sugar. All in all, I would definitely revisit Trap Fusion again.
