They don't do run the properties well. They take a long time to fix anything and you can never get a hold of them. They charge you for things they are supposed to pay for. Never do business with this property management. Yes Vanessa my dog is highly allergic to fleas that's what sent him to the vets office that's why we called the property management to take care of the problem. Since they were here before we moved in. I did at my own cost put grass in a yard that was only dirt to keep the flea problem away. And since we had the place sprayed for fleas we now do not get eating my them. Our dog is important to our kids and we don't want him to be in pain because there were fleas here before we moved.

Then she would go into this "good" cop "bad" cop telling me she really wanted to help me rent my house & she could do it in a matter of days, then fly into a different person saying the people I get to rent my home never last! On and on....I couldn't believe it honestly. I knew it was up to me to do Their job. I rented my home on Nextdoor, in neighborhood Where my home actually was! I am happy to say I found a wonderful tenant and it took me all of 10 days to do it myself! Don't be fooled by their BS. There are a lot of Good property managers out there people! Unfortunately LPM is not one of them. Roshura was awesome, 5 STARZ for her! Thankyou Roshura! These people who give 5 starz to LPM...i really question...maybe they had multiple homes & more important than my silly little one house rental! Was I the only one with beyond bad Service? When they did, they said they would provide a contractor to work with. The contractor was unlicensed. Had he done the repairs, it would have been illegal. With lack of cooperation from Diane Starr, we had to contact the owner of the property that that Starr managed to get them to pull strings so that they would do the job legally. All parties were extremely uncooperative and resistant to doing the job legally or in a timely manner. It was a royal nightmare. People that have moved into the property that they manage, don't stay very long because they can't get the company to perform necessary repairs. The latest tenant stayed only three months before they left out of frustration. If you are considering renting from them, just look at the reviews.

I have been living with black mold in both my bathrooms causing my vanity to sink, (causing my child to be hospitalized), toilet has been broken since I moved in, every electrical outlet has no cover and at least 1 plug doesn't work. Several maintenance requests have been in but no response. Put in a call to the owner of the company with no answer or call back. I have been in property management for the past 15 years and I have never seen anything like this! This company needs a higher service of standards in all areas of customer service, maintenance and office engagements. Start with striving for excellence.
