    I don't have a problem with the place we rent it is the property management that sucks. They should…read morenot be in business. I can't wait to get out of my lease and move. They don't do run the properties well. They take a long time to fix anything and you can never get a hold of them. They charge you for things they are supposed to pay for. Never do business with this property management. Yes Vanessa my dog is highly allergic to fleas that's what sent him to the vets office that's why we called the property management to take care of the problem. Since they were here before we moved in. I did at my own cost put grass in a yard that was only dirt to keep the flea problem away. And since we had the place sprayed for fleas we now do not get eating my them. Our dog is important to our kids and we don't want him to be in pain because there were fleas here before we moved.

    I paid to get rid of them! They automatically renew your contract! I guess I did not read the fine…read moreprint. Left my home empty for over 3 months! Then said I was in breach of contract by posting my home on Zillow and Nextdoor. (Trying to rent it myself)They only post your home on Their website in Stockton & Modesto!!! nobody in Stockton is looking for a home NOT in Stockton! Looking back, when one of my tenants would move out, I already had another wanting to move in. Mayb I nvr gave them the chance to do it on their own? I moved out of town and ball was in their court. The failed miserably! Hilary, the owner, called her bulldog on me because my home had been empty so long & I wanted out of my contract! She was so awful I thought I was being punked! I was called a gaslighter and a narcissist! Then she would go into this "good" cop "bad" cop telling me she really wanted to help me rent my house & she could do it in a matter of days, then fly into a different person saying the people I get to rent my home never last! On and on....I couldn't believe it honestly. I knew it was up to me to do Their job. I rented my home on Nextdoor, in neighborhood Where my home actually was! I am happy to say I found a wonderful tenant and it took me all of 10 days to do it myself! Don't be fooled by their BS. There are a lot of Good property managers out there people! Unfortunately LPM is not one of them. Roshura was awesome, 5 STARZ for her! Thankyou Roshura! These people who give 5 starz to LPM...i really question...maybe they had multiple homes & more important than my silly little one house rental! Was I the only one with beyond bad Service? I wouldn't even leave 1 star but had no choice. I paid a little over 1k to get them outta my life! All done! Well worth it!

I liked the service that I got, I liked the property that I rented and I had actually no complaints whatsoever so for that reason I believe that this is a great company and I would be happy to go through them again for my next property. Also to Clarify I do not work for this company, nor have I ever worked for this company, I have no family or friends that work for this company. I have absolutely no affiliation whatsoever I was just personally satisfied with everything that I received in the time that I rented from here when I was younger. The property that I rented was a beautiful home in a pristine neighborhood with a beautiful front yard and a beautiful backyard extremely well maintained and taken care of inside and out. At the time it was perfect for myself and I could not have asked for anything more. I had great neighbors who were always very outgoing and very friendly and I never saw any crime in or around my neighborhood. The home was located in the Country Club area close to the graduate restaurant.

Despite this, most of my $2,300 security deposit was withheld, and I was only offered a small portion back.
