Only positive things to say about this place thus far! I initially found them after posting an…read morealterations project on Yelp, and Jimmy C responded super quickly with helpful info about when their alterations expert would be available. He also provided pricing upfront, which I found very reasonable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles! Since moving here this past September, I've been searching for a reliable dry cleaning and alterations spot -- and I think I may have found it. Morgan took care of my dry cleaning ($6 per garment prepaid -- love that!), and Michael helped me with my alterations. He was incredibly helpful in walking me through what was needed, what could realistically be done, and even left the pins in a few garments so I could go home, think it over, and move around in them before giving the green light. I really appreciated that thoughtful approach since I'm still on the fence about altering a couple items I didn't spend much on to begin with. Turnaround times are also great -- dry cleaning by tomorrow and alterations by next week. I'll post updates once I pick everything up! So far so good!!!

Poor laundry service, Poor customer service, and Lies…read more I won't be going here anymore... I used to bring them my button down work shirts, $100+ Ralph Lauren polo shirts. They charge you in advance to get Fukked. I pay for laundered, pressed, No Starch and No Dry Cleaning! I got starched shirts back and they circled "light starch" on the ticket after the fact, my copy read "No Starch", Total dishonesty. I wanted them redone. I got attitude from the Hispanic girl. Picked them up today; I got back crispy shirts that the Owner, Jimmy Chianis, "Dry Cleaned" himself. The same girl said he tried to call me, but he did not call me, that was a lie. Cleaners get so many items that they often make mistakes. Don't be dishonest and lie about it. Admit your mistakes and correct them right away or lose customers.

Ok. So this place isn't BAD...but it's pricey…read more Awhile back my washing machine was dying. It would rattle out of control and my roommates dog is the equivalent to what a human meth addict or crack head is hahaha. So many sounds freak him out. The rattling of the washing machine... was one of the worst. To be fair too, my little Alfred (a yorkie) would bark at it too lol. Steve tho...I swear you'd think the house was getting raided lol. So with that, for a few weeks, to avoid that, I just went to laundromats. Went to an old school one on Glenwood and Chinden. Definitely cheaper. It's hella old school tho. It's small and it fills up fast. So you'll have to wait...especially on the weekends. They only take change too. Honestly, there's something homey about that. I like the old school...any kind of stores or businesses. Very nostalgic even if just a random laundromat lol. Rave is cool. It's big. Brand new. Machines are massive, especially dryers. You could fit a couple people in some of those dryers lol...and I mean that as a joke and not some serial killer bs hahaha! They're very big. So you can use two washing machines (or more) and throw everything into one dryer and for like 15 minutes and be set. Very convenient if I'm being honest. No quarters allowed tho. You have to buy a laundry card, for $1! (Lame imo) and add money to it. I know that's the case with most laundromats these days but it had been literally YEARS since I last went to one. A trip in NYC was the last time bc in most cases in the city, the laundromats are your weekend ha hangouts lol. So I didn't really care for the whole card thing especially buying one. I know, it's only a $1 but still. Buying that and then spending a small fortune on washing. Eh. I must say, I'm a very cheap human. I look for deal everywhere I go. Even if I was a millionaire, I'd still be this way lol The wash is expensive as hell. The dryers are cheaper. I kinda thought it'd be the other way around bc I always thought dryers were more expensive to run and used more electricity? If my washer or dryer dies again, then yeah, I'll be back. It's close to my house and whatever...just ugh. I can't imagine adding the laundromat to my expenses. It's expensive y'all! And to do it every week! I saw some families there and just felt for them bc a mom and dad with 5 kids....they already have enough money going out. To add laundromats to that..yeah, I feel for them. There's one employee there. She doesn't do much. Has horrible communication skills and you can clearly see she hates working with the public. She doesn't do much except sit on the counter and look at her phone. When you ask a question, kinda be ready for that Gen Z attitude bc she's packed full of that lol. One word answers. Huffing and puffing when she has to help someone. Yeah, she's something else. I guess her in her defense, it IS a laundromat. There's only so much one can do there. However, these places fill UPPP on the weekends. You will have tons of people asking questions, needing help. So, I mean, maybe don't act like we asked you to do the hardest thing ever...especially us who are basically new to the laundromats of 2026 hahaha! Anyway! So yeah. Aside from that, the place is nice. Super clean. Very spread out. Huge tables in the front to sort out your clothes and whatever. Plenty of seating while you wait. That's just it too...for me, a single guy, I was in and out in like 35 mins. It was pretty awesome. My laundry at home...ugh I wish it went that fast lol. Oh, plenty of those huge baskets on wheels for people to use. In any laundromat, those things are a godsend. That's it! YelperRavers! Thanks for reading! Cheers!
