This is a tricky because, part of the issues I had, were in part my fault for not communicating effectively. I'm pretty good at making sure my home isn't in utter shambles when I hire a cleaning crew, because I have already made beds, put most if not all toddler toys away prior to service. That being said Nina and her team are punctual, and polite. Nina came to the initial visit to explain what's included, explain add ons and tell her staff member Tawnya what to do before she left her there alone to do my entire home. Which Nina herself said was mostly detailing and touch up work. Tawnya worked for 4 hrs or so but then had to wait to be picked up, which got a little awkward. I mean don't get me wrong super sweet, but it's still strange to have someone just hanging out with you and your toddler, then ask if they can vape outside. Which I was fine with since she asked if she could. While we waited Tawnya asked me to do a walk through to see if she missed anything which is hard to do when my little lovable monster was making things difficult . I did point out a few things, but me being the awkward person that I am I didn't want to ask too much more since she already worked for a long time on her own. There were definitely a lot of things I noticed after they left for example accent tables and countertops not fully dusted and wiped behind my various mini vignettes/ decor. I can imagine it's awkward moving things out of the way that don't belong to you, but it should still be attempted since those are the things I need the most help getting to while 33 weeks pregnant and chasing a toddler. Overall the place was lighter and fresher and was improved upon. Ultimately it's up to me to be more direct, I think I give them another shot and maybe have a larger team that can knock it out faster so that I can get on with my errands and day. I've had teams that come with 3 girls in the past and they split it and finish in 1.5 to 2hrs and touch every corner, including under the beds and nightstands. They are a tad more expensive but not by much. I don't hire cleaning teams often, but overall I would still recommend Nina and her team, just be clear with direction, especially on an initial visit. read more

I had expressed my concerns about the negative reviews to them and their response was that they were a reputable company, who has been in business for years. So I confirmed an appt for 10am. After not hearing from them, I messaged them at 9:45am. I finally hear back 11:07 that they would be arriving sometime BETWEEN 12-2. I asked why did I even confirm 10am.. and they said they don't even do cleanings at that time.. and that it was an app error. I showed screenshots as proof that it wasn't the app confirming, someone was messaging me directly... and told them they need to not make excuses and take accountability (read other reviews of them doing this). They are clearly not "reputable" as they claim. I'm assuming all their good reviews are from family, friends and possibly promotional services. Also they demanded I pay them before they started the cleaning with cash or Zelle app. Um, no. You don't get a paycheck unless you do the work first.... Just stay away. Far away. If you're looking for a legit cleaning company, I have found someone else. Anyone else for that matter. Just don't even bother with these people. Edit. The entire service cost $1200, $600 for the deep cleaning and the extra for ALL the window double sided with shaders and $45 for extra work in the garage and front and back. We paid in full, and had to constantly remind them to do touch- up, why? because the tables is unwiped, the surfaces are left with dusts, and jobs are half-way done. You nearly have to monitor them the entire time and ASK for re-dos because they won't do what they are paid to, leaving tops and corners dirty. Some examples: they claimed that they will vacuum the carpet, the carpet corners are undone and visible crumbs, they claimed they will clean the shaders (which we paid extra for) more than 8 are undone so I had to ask for redo for those, the cabinet surfaces are dirty (you get black stains when you run your hand on it) I had to ask for redo, they said they will wipe down the washroom counters and the washing machines' top, but they only remembered that room existed because we checked, they said they wiped down the staircase (once again you can clearly see the stains on the sides), they said they finished the big window (the window tracks are uncleaned)...the list goes on and on... After all the services is done, there are STILL windows, bottom cabinet surfaces, and side of staircases left dirtied. And those stains on the side of stair case CANNOT be removed likely due to chemicals. After that, I have tried to contact then via three different phones, all went into voicemail, the pictures also cannot be send. Later via text they said they won't come back and FINISH what they are paid for, in both the dirtied windows and surfaces. This company was complete waste of my time and money. I requested a deep cleaning. I posted the amount of rooms, bathrooms and square footage. I was given a quote and a list of what WOULD be cleaned. The day we were scheduled they called 30 minutes before the end of the time frame to reschedule. When they did come out, I was told it would take 3 hours. The lady was on her phone a lot and 2 and a 1/2 later she was "done" and on her phone again. She was asked to touch up a few things. She made a face about it and went to touch things up, but never did it. She decided to wait outside to avoid being ask to do more cleaning (it was 103 out) instead of waiting in the house with the A/C. I messed the supervisor and forwarded her the pictures. She tied making excuses why things were not done... They didn't clean the doors, baseboards, light switches because they didn't want to remove any paint. They didn't clean the mirror because I didn't have a step stoll (I have 2 and they NEVER asked) They had no excuse why they didn't clean the microwave cabinet toilet shower spider webs or take out the trash She also stated that I didn't order a deep cleaning. I explained how that was IN my request that the company responded too along with the rooms, bathrooms and square footage. Now the manager is replying saying that they DID do a deep clean, yet in text told me I didn't pay for a deep cleaning. I'm not sure what I paid for, I what I received definitely was NOT a deep cleaning. She also stated that my mother and daughter followed the worker around the whole time. That's a lie as my mother got there at 3 as I had to go to work. My daughter got there at 1:30 after class and did homework in her room so she wouldn't be in the way. It wasn't until I asked her to check on the quality of the work around are 3:15 did she start checking on things. At that time the worked had already stopped working. It also doesn't make since to say, the toilets are not stained (you can clearly see they are) but need to be replaced hahaha As far as the "knife" is concerned, that is yet again another lie. It is a movie collectible piece that is NOT sharp at all. After she told me that I banged it against my fingers and rubbed my finger on the blade (it's a 1/2 circle so the "sharp" part is on the INSIDE and it didn't leave a mark. Plus, the supervisor started that the worked does not clean by weapons, money, or drugs so she should not of been touching this to begin with. This is yet again another lie. She also stated I was trying to get 2 free cleanings. I paid for the 1st one and based on the pictures they came out 5 days later. So it's not like the house had time to get dusty again. The job she did the 2nd time wasn't any better then the 1st. Bottom line, don't waste your time and money on this company. I would not hire this company again. Poor job. I had to Re-clean my house after they left. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I was extremely unhappy and requested a partial refund. I received my partial refund of 50 dollars. The total was 205. This review will be in parts. Getting started, the cleaning process, the results, customer service, and final thoughts. 1. Getting started. Booking was easy enough. Communication was fast and easy. I specifically asked what was included and I was told everything except for windows and they would let me know if something was extra. When they arrived we did a walk through and agreed on everything that needed to be done. I attached the price quote and the text messages. They were supposed to clean the kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms- with the tub and shower being included. Dust blinds, sweep and mop the whole house. 2. The cleaning process. I've hired cleaners before, usually I just tell them what needs to be done and it gets done. This cleaner needed A LOT of direction. She was asked to clean the living room. She asked me if she should vacuum the rug? Should I clean this book shelf? Should I clean the end table. I had to work, so I left and she basically didn't wash the dishes because "she didn't know we wanted her to wash the dishes". She had to be asked to re-mop and the floor was still dirty because the mop she was using was dirty. Just overall terrible job cleaning. Didn't touch the blinds- even though I specifically reminded her to dust the blinds before my meeting. My husband said he pointed it out and she said she didn't know I wanted the blinds cleaned. Streaks, dirt still visible, sink packed with dishes, dirty microwave, dirty shower, dusty blinds. I would give 0 stars. But the only good thing- she cleaned out the fridge and she did a really good job with that. She also asked my husband to move the sofa and she cleaned under the couch. 3. Results were poor. I was working when they were finished and I couldn't check on them. My husband said he pointed out the things that were dirty, but there was excuse after excuse why they couldn't clean something or why the house still looked dirty after they were done. I called them back to complain, and she said the next available appointment was Thursday after 3pm. Today is Tuesday. Basically I should leave my house dirty for 2 days so she can come back. I requested a partial refund. Nina was very prompt and gave me the refund immediately. I appreciated the quick remedy. 4. Customer service- they gave me the partial refund. At first she offered 20 dollars off my next cleaning and basically told me "that's it? Just the dishes" and I listed off the the things still dirty in the house. It was just excuse after excuse about why the house was not cleaned well. They offered to return in TWO days to wash the dishes and re-clean, but that's unacceptable. I just spent money on house cleaning, why would I now sit in a dirty kitchen. for 2 more days?! I hired a cleaning service because I needed help, but instead I spent 2 hours cleaning after the "cleaners" left. I was so disappointed and frustrated. 5. Final thoughts- choose a different company. Period. Poor job done. I clean better on my own, defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaner that doesn't know how to clean. Imagine hiring a chef that doesn't cook. Or a gardener that doesn't cut grass. I hired a house cleaner that doesn't clean. This is the type of company that tries to do as little as possible. If you don't say "wash dishes", they won't wash them and won't even double check. If you don't say "clean baseboards" they won't clean them- even though it's what they quoted (see price quote) Worst experience with a cleaning service. Edit: as you can see by the reply of the business owner, she's unprofessional, makes excuses for the poor quality of work and lies. You mopped 3 times because it was poorly done with a dirty mop (evidenced by me needing to mop a 4th time when you left). My ONE child NEVER walked over it. Imagine if someone had multiple children. If you're hired to clean a living room and the customer has children, wouldn't part of the job be cleaning up things on the floor?!? Clearly Nina has demonstrated that they don't want customers who have children because it's not part of their job. Good luck in your business. The reviews are clear (I'm not the only person. This was by far the most terrible housekeeping service that I ever encountered I simply requested for my living room and my kitchen to be clean I paid $135 for someone to come down wipe my counter down and mop my kitchen floor and my living room floor that was all the person did and he put my dishes in my mop bucket and sat it on my counter top. Didn't wash the dishes, didn't clean the stove top or clean the outside of the refrigerator or the microwave didn't clean behind the Christmas tree mind you I don't even have furniture in my living room my house should've been the easiest possible because I don't hardly have any furniture in my living room I do not recommend this place Nina (owner) is going around picking the people that need work which I understand however these people are not properly trained to clean houses DO NOT HIRE By far the worst... I wasn't impressed. I paid for a move in clean and it was just okay. The mirrors had streaks, the floors had wet marks, the baseboards were still really dusty. I had to go in and re-clean most surfaces. Also, Nina changed her pricing so many times. Told me $170 flat rate at first, then told me $190. When I spoke with her on the phone she said it would be $5 extra per window (inside and out would be $10) then when she arrived she said it would be $10 extra per window (inside and out $15)! Terrible service. I made a reservation via Yelp, and they Told me a confirmed time 11am, and then told me it would be 11-1pm range the day before, and then on the day at 11am they told me it would be 11am-2pm range arrival. Then they arrived just after 2pm. I said I need to wave the house at 4pm. The cleaning crew walked through with the leader- who was very rude and kept saying that they cannot do this and cannot do that. I just kept it to get the house cleaned. In the middle I said I have to pay, and the cleaning crew (2 persons) did not know what to do, and then I said at 4pm I had to go, and the leader who left right after the walk through called me later than 4:10 Demanding me to go back to the house to pay. I said I was driving then and will pay via Zelle or Venmo when I stop, she was so rude and said they could not leave the property until they are paid. So I paid the number in the text (which was $250 for less than 2 hours of 2 people cleaning crew-- who did not even clean the sink in the kitchen. They did their best but did not want to take off shoes in my house-- which I never do. And they said they would wear a plastic bag outside their working shoes- but then they did not. It was a completely waste of my money and time. And even better, after I paid, the leader called and yelled at me and said I paid the wrong account which was the office manager's.. I got so fed up I said they had to figure it out themselves. I will never ever ever recommend anyone using this service. Customize cleaning organizing services they did a fantastic job. I got them as a gift to my wife and she said today after they cleaned our house that she was very happy with her gift. They cleaned and mopped the floors they did an excellent job in our bathrooms The kitchen cabinets were washing very well, removing all the grease and fingerprints from the surface. Wow. With living at the edge of the IE, this place got so dusty and dirty with the 7+ years of living in a rented house. The folks were super understanding of my move out timing issues and were willing to push back my appointment time after time to help me out. I did read the other reviews and had my cleaning items available for use if it was desired. I also was able to give them a bunch of my cleaning supplies I did not want to take with me on my long distance move. Nina, one of the proprietors, was good enough to walk each room with me to go over what is covered in my quote and what was extra. I did opt for 2 extras, oven and fridge cleaning. Because they also offer junk removal I am also using that service as well and expect a pick up tomorrow. The price for that so far is reasonable. If I was to continue to live in the area, I would have chosen to get a regular service from our cleaner, she was amazing! Please don't use this maid service. First, they up sell you. I clearly stated in my request that included cleaning windows. When they came, Dina said it didn't include and charge me $5 per window for a total of $140 extra. It's also my moving day so I have no choice and agree to pay extra. The house was not cleaned well. The counters were not wiped off, the dishwasher front was dirty. The glass doors to the shower were not cleaned. The floors were still dirty. The only thing that was cleaned was the refrigerator and the bottom piece was left very dirty. Nina Did say they would come back a clean the spots, but 15 minutes before her arrival she called to say she couldn't come for at least 3 hours. I do not live in the house so she knows I have 30-45 minute drive to get there. So she said leave the door unlocked, leave a key under the door mat or give us the Realtors lockbox number. This is unacceptable. Nina charged us $100.00 more than the she told us she was charging when we booked. She told us when she got there she only takes cash or bank tranfers. So we went and got her cash. I have never paid a house cleaner cash, only check or credit card. She also told me I could walk through the house and inspect, but when she text me to come back, they were mopping the floor so I couldn't see it.
