New ownership - not the biggest fan they aren't as warm as Lynn and Mindy were. They upped the prices but the services haven't got better. Previously I would come here often and you can see the good gel manicures I would get. Now they are a bit sloppy now. But somehow the pedicures got way better. This was the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. The lady doing my pedicure clearly had no idea what she was doing, she looked lost the whole time and someone else had to keep stepping in to help her. That alone was already a huge red flag, but it gets worse. 2.5 weeks later, I ended up getting fungus on my toe and had to go to the doctor for treatment. I've never had this happen before in my life, so it's obvious it came from their dirty tools or lack of proper sanitation. It's disgusting and completely unacceptable. I paid for a relaxing pedicure and instead got stuck with an infection. This place seriously needs to get it together train your staff and clean your tools. I would never go back here and don't recommend anyone else risk it either. read more

Have been a customer for the last 3+ years. I would give this place 5 stars for prior service. Helen and Mindy were my go to. New ownership took place a few weeks ago. Most of the old staff left and only a couple workers and former owner are left. Prices were raised a bit. Although the place is nice and clean due to great maintenance from former owner, I'm not a fan of new owners. Personal perspective but they don't rub off as nice. Wife is a bit snobby and the third time I went (yesterday) under new ownership I could tell the wife (doing a pedicure next to me) was talking about me as husband would stand right in front of me several times and speak in Vietnamese. Not a fan of that to be honest. Will try to find another place for service. read more

A very bad experience overall. The place had a strong chemical smell and employee opening the door did not help. The lady doing my pedicure was rushing and made both my toes bleed. What made me mad was one would think to be careful after making my toe bleed. The lady apologized but not owner or manager when I complained. I was fortunate no infection. I had been going here for years but now they have new ownership. I've been there several times since then and have been unsatisfied each time. Now they charge an extra five dollars to take off gel for a gel manicure. That's ridiculous as don't you have to take the gel off first to start a new manicure. Just raise the price but don't say you're charging extra to takeoff gel because that makes me not want to go there anymore. The last manicure I got was horrible. I will absolutely never come back to this place, they are money hungry! I came in for a fill and pedicure brought my own nail polish and gel color. I let them know ahead of time and they said ok (nothing more was said). I've been here several times the last time I came the guy did my nails wide, so this time I asked him to make them thinner ( he said ok). When they give me my total it comes out to $77! WHY? I didn't even use any of your polish at all and it's only a pedi and fill! Wtf? The owner said it's $15 for gel... I told her it's my color and suddenly they claim it's the labor they charge for lol how weird because it's the same process as regular nail polish. And I was charged $5 for reshaping (why) I'm simply asking you to fix the wide ass nails you did last time I came. But you know something it's fine you got me this time with my money because I don't like to be rude, I will NEVER give you my business again and I'll make sure everyone knows the type of service you offer and how you try to steal peoples money. You guys should have said all this to me before hand. I walked in told you I had my own color (let me know you charge) I asked you to fix the thickness ( let me know you consider fixing your error a reshape). Like many of the posts have stated, they are under new management. I went there recently asking for a certain design and color, I was told by the tech that it would look ugly. I was asking for pink ombré nails. She initially got upset with me because I didn't want acrylic nails, she then kept insisting that they would look ugly because my natural nails are short, which they are not. When I asked for the dip she kept saying it was too hard and not worth it. At that point I got up. Never going back there again. read more
