I had such an amazing experience .Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, but what really made our visit unforgettable was the incredible service. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond with a birthday celebration that made the whole experience feel so special. Everyone was so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made sure we were having a great time. The food was seriously SO good, and we also asked for a wine recommendation -- it ended up being the perfect choice and was absolutely delicious. Everything from the food and wine to the service and atmosphere was amazing. We left so happy and had such a wonderful day. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely gorgeous, the service was fantastic. Raema was a great server and all her recommendations were top notch. The food was absolutely fantastic. There's was not one thing we ordered that we didn't like. I posted all the photos with the names for reference

3.5.stars rounded down. We came to this place as we enjoy Peruvian food and were in the area. The decor was fantastic and at lunchtime the restaurant was very empty. We ordered an appetizer and 3 mains for 2 adults and one child based on the server's recommendation. It was 1. Too much food, and 2. Too expensive! The hamachi ficho was nice and refreshing, but overpriced The mixed seafood and filet mignon skewer was a bit of a mix. The octopus was super tender, but the filet was average. The chicken from the chicken rice was too dry. The seafood mix had a nice sauce. Overall the experience was not particularly memorable, and it'd be nice if they lowered the price and made smaller dishes so we can try more variety.

We came here on a Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised with the decor. It was very dark, intimate, and had such cool lights and art... Our server was prompt and nice. We ordered the pitcher of Pisco for the table. The tuna crispy rice was so good. It was crisped to perfection and the tuna on top was treat quality.. The gold specks were a great finishing touch. We also ordered two rolls. The sushi rolls were just okay in my opinion. You can probably pass on that. Now onto the main attraction: the ceviche of course. We had the sampler of 4. Each of the broths were very flavorful. My only qualm was that it was mostly squid, i would have liked more fish. Everything tasted great and we left feeling fresh and light. Would definitely return to try their lomo.

I didn't want to miss the chance of trying Peruvian food during my trip to Miami, the city of which is famous for the various selections of global cuisines. We came to this restaurant with same-day reservation. There's barely anyone eating here. The inner decoration was very artistic. However, the dining tables smell like repeatedly used old cleaning cloth. With the waitress' recommendation, we ended up ordering too much food. We ordered a hamachi tiradito for sharing which was the only impressive dish. It was quite refreshing and the fish was fresh, met my expectations of typical Peruvian dish. We also ordered three mains. - The chicken breast with yellow pepper cream, cheese and pecans tasted terrible. The chicken was as dry as a desert. This dish was not even as good as food court food. - Another main dish we had was the grilled catch of the day fish with clams, shrimp, scallop and fried yuca. This dish was a mixture of heaven and hell. The fish was not very fresh and overcooked. So did the shrimp. However, the scallop and clams were cooked perfectly and the sauce of the dish was tasty. I especially liked the yuca. - Last but not least, we also tried the catch of the day fish with beef skewers, shrimps octopus, and asparagus. The octopus was one of the best, super tender and flavoured well. The beef was unfortunately very over cooked. Overall, for a restaurant that charges you ~$70 per person for lunch, the quality of the cooking was definitely below par. I wouldn't consider revisit given there are so many other restaurants offering much better value.

We ordered Taco Tartar Nikkei* cviche el ganador fish only, Parihuela Amelcochada Expotenciada. The waitress is really nice, we ordered less salty for the seafood rice and it turns out just right.

Dining and decor were equally impressive. Portions were relatively small but delicious. Tapas style. Friendly and comfortable dining. Highly recommend their pisco sour

Peruvian Food, drinks, and vibe are stellar here. Drink: Lychee Martini (10/10) French 75 (8/10) Appetizer: Surf and Turf roll (8.5/10) Entree: Pescado a lo macho (9/10) the amount of seafood was amazing large portion and very tasty flavors. Only critique a little salt would go a long way to activate some of those other flavors. Dessert: Soufflé de Freda y Durazno The service was very attentive and friendly. This is a great place to stop in for dinner or lunch.

One word: WOW! This restaurant hits all 3 categories of ambiance, food and service! They have so many selections on their menu so it may take a while to decide! What a beautiful interior inside! One of the most beautiful I've seen here in Miami and the creation of making an aesthetic pleasing restaurant makes it whole. Loved the colors and vibrancy! The food here is AMAZING! It's a little spendy so prepare for that. Most notable for their ceviche. Trust the "must try" items! We didn't have those but if they say that, it's a done deal. Their ceviche concha de sus mares is sooooo delicious! We LOVED it so much! Tuna, salmon with tomatoes and an abundance of flavor! I also had the surf and turf roll -- so good! I forgot the name of my bf's dish but it has chicken and potatoes with this yellow cream sauce and rice! Our server was patient and nice! Loved that they had a purse handle so you can hang your purse conveniently!

Great atmosphere & amazing food. I do not like sushi but my husband & kids do. They enjoyed their lobster roll but the hit was the surf & turf roll & I got the tortellini à la huancaina-truffle sauce with grilled steak medallions. The waitress was great and helpful on suggestions- although I wasn't ready to try the octopus tentacle which she said was really great.

Pulpo A La Parrilla & Trilogy Ceviche
    Julie V.

If you love seafood or Peruvian food, Ceviche 105 is a must-try in Miami for fresh ceviche and a fun atmosphere. The menu was huge and overwhelming, so we ordered the pulpo a la parrilla and the trilogy ceviche sampler to share. Both dishes were delicious, especially the ceviche - fresh, flavorful, and a little tangy. The grilled octopus portion was surprisingly generous. I wish they had regular chips instead of only plantain chips. Service was friendly, though our waitress checked in a bit too often.

Pulpo with salad was my least favorite. Not because it wasn't good but I realized I prefer my pulpo grilled/warm. I would try something else in the future. Da Vinci ceviche tastes as good as it looks. Loved it and would definitely get it again. Aji de gallina is the best I've had. Even the rice by itself was so good! I think it's cooked with seasoned chicken broth. Opted for the lucuma dessert. This was great as well, not too sweet Our server, Roger, was very attentive and friendly. Ambiance is beautiful and rivals restaurants in Las Vegas. Loved all the colors and attention to detail. I was so blown away by the whole experience that I came back the following week to their other location right before my flight home.

I did a search on Yelp and came across Mehzcla which had a number of high rated reviews. I always read the bad reviews to see what people are complaining about but do so with a grain of salt. The complaints were regarding service and price, which I will address. Mehzcla is the hotel restaurant for the Lord Balfour and consists of patio seating and seats in the lobby and lobby bar. The night we went, there was bartender/server and another server handling the restaurant. It wasn't terribly busy and looked like a number of people were just having drinks on the patio where we sat which provided great people watching on Ocean Drive. They have a happy hour with $10 mixed drinks, appetizers, and meals that runs until 8 pm. The restaurant is billed as Latin but I'd say it was more of pub fare with maybe a Latin flare. The two servers rotated taking care of us and were polite, friendly, but hard to find from time to time. We ordered mixed drinks which could have used more alcohol but were tasty. I had a mescal margherita with a spiced rim (which I had to request and describe). Had the hot fried chicken sandwich and had no complaints about the chicken. The sandwich came with fries which were pretty good. Only complaint is that I like to have my fries spiced up, which most restaurants can accommodate. I asked the server for my fries to be spiced and gave several options on how to do it. Fries came out plain with no explanation why my request was not accommodated. Had the churros for dessert. Three large churros covered in cinnamon sugar with chocolate and Carmel dipping sauce. The churros were good except one was a little over cooked. It was an ok experience for something quick and not having to spend a ton of money. Still much better options in SoBe.
