I hate this place but I have to use it for my fills per my plan. The employees act like they hate their customers as well as their jobs. The customers suffer as a result. Literally suffer. Because we end up without vital medicines due to their poor work and lack of care. Additionally they refuse to take action when they are out of stock which lately is every month. We end up going days without medication not realizing they do not have it, because they simply refuse to notify customers so we can take alternative action. They also tell untruths which is unprofessional and unethical. This location should be under corporate review for incompetence and poor management. read more

This location is not well managed compared to other CVS stores in the area. The refrigerators have had streaks of spilled milk on the doors and bottom for months, and no one's bothered to clean them. It always seems like restocking is happening in core hours and the floors need to be swept. Last but not least, the wait to check out is always long and painful for such a small store. I know the money is mostly being made in the pharmacy, but everything else seems like such an afterthought. I had a prescription sent to cvs for covid treatment at around 11am on Saturday 9/17. The medication is for high risk covid patients and it's goal is to keep high risk patients out of ICU. Using the app, I checked the status around 3 since I had not heard from the pharmacy. It showed "in process", I attempted to contact the pharmacy and was on hold for close to an hour. I disconnected and called the front of the store who advised they could not help me because the pharmacy "does their own thing". I was transferred to the pharmacy again and disconnected the call after holding another 30 minutes. The morning of Sunday 9/18 the online status still showed "in process", I called again and the never ending hold pattern began again. I called another local cvs to see if they could give me a status or even transfer the prescription to another store. I was told since the status showed "in process" they could not do anything until the cvs that had the perception released it. This store recommended I call the general customer service number. I contacted them and they were able to make contact with the store that was basically holding my prescription hostage. I was told the prescription would be ready by 2pm. I checked the cvs app at 2 and it still showed "in process". I tried calling and was on hold again. At this point I drove to the cvs, there were at least 10 cars waiting in the drive through so I masked up and went onto the store. It is now 2:55, after being acknowledged by the pharmacy staff I request my prescription and and explanation of why calls were not being answered. They advised they were short staffed due to covid. The tech also made the remark that he had been answering the phones. If that was the case why was I on hold for hours on end? My prescription was not ready, I asked why since the customer service rep reassured me it would be ready by 2. The pharmacy tech wanted to argue with me and sa id I was told it would be ready by 3. It was a recorded call. It was very clear I was told it would be ready by 2. So being extremely sick I had to argue and and put forth immense effort to get the medication intended to keep me out of ICU. The breakdown in communication from CVS in my situation was horrible. I wonder how many other patients were stuck unable to get answers about their medications. I wonder if being unable to get medication and answers about medications led to any of the covid fatalities the nation has experienced. One would think CVS being as large of a company in the medical industry would have protocols in place to keep the status of life saving prescription medications transparent to patients. read more

This CVS Pharmacy provides the worst service, and the most upsetting part is the woman working the drive-thru window. Her attitude is absolutely NASTY. She was rude when asking for my info, and she literally THREW my medications in the window basket and forcefully pushed them forward--practically "throwing" them to me. Literally, all I did was pull up to the window to pickup my prescription--didn't ask her for anything, no confrontation--nothing. It felt like she was mad because she had to work and infuriated because a customer came to get their prescription. I'm new to the area & this is the closest CVS to my new home. Went in to get a prescription refill and Abigail Zamud told me that this location was busy and to try another CVS location. I explained that I didn't need this for another week, however she told me that they were backlogged and to find another location. As I looked at her is disbelief, I noticed her coworker working behind the counter and she had no shoes on. She was helping customers. Horrible service. I scheduled a Covid and flu test for 5:15p. I arrived on time and went to the drive thru per instructions where there were 12 vehicles in line with one lane operating. Didn't reach the window until 5:32p at which time I was informed a test could not be completed past 5:30. After explaining I'd been in line 20 minutes the manager informed me that I should have arrived 15 minutes early per their "website video". Of course barely able to sit up or read I didn't take time to browse their website. Instead I sent fire to the confirmation email labeled "all you need to know before your appointment". Nothing mentions arriving early or accounting for their understaffing. Everyone was curt and showed zero empathy to my situation. Each time I try CVS the experience is negative. OK, yeah, it's a CVS Pharmacy. I try to include helpful logistical information in these kinds of reviews, since the overall product is quite consistent from store to store. This one is on the northeast corner, hence good access when traveling north or west. Drive-thru is a little tricky in placement, but still easy to get to. If you're coming from the north on Alma, you have to turn into the parking lot of a doctor office just north of the CVS. Once inside, the pharmacy is in the very back, farthest away from the entrance as is typical. Non-pharmacy checkout is on your right as you walk in the door. It's not a 24 hour store, so watch the clock. So, here it is, a good place to get your pill on if you need to. I like it because it's less than a mile from my house. :) read more

Initially, I started using this location out of convenience to my home. I was usually met with a friendly welcome and a polite offer of assistance from the cashiers. However, over the last 6 - 8 months there has been a sharp decline in the overall quality of this CVS location. Their check out lines have all been automated with the exception of one open line which rarely has a cashier present. Shelves are not stocked and/or items are not properly labeled with the correct price tags. The new manager and assistant manager are not helpful. My last visit at the store -May 17, my infant care items were not marked correctly, and thus, rang up incorrectly. My attempt to point this out to the shift manager (tall guy with long hair), was met with unnecessary defensiveness "don't tell me how to do my job" were the exact words. And, he walked off without answering my question. Pharmacies need to better understand that they are a part of the healthcare delivery system. As such, customer service matters and should not be taken lightly. Unfortunately, this location no longer meets that standard. I will no longer use this location to meet my family's needs, and would not recommend it to another mother or anyone who is looking for a neighborhood pharmacy to meet their family's care needs. read more

I have never been so disrespected by an employee!! I went to return my pictures that I spent $60 on that turned out very grainy. I asked the employee to work with me on a refund since these were pictures for Mother's Day and he told me to "get my pictures out of the store" and that he is "not doing any refunds and will not help". Classic CVS experience earlier today. Registered online for COVID booster. Completed multi-page form, asking what vaccines I had been given (Moderna.) Showed up approximately 10 minutes early for my appointment (first one of the day) and was greeted by a pharmacy tech who's first words to me were "You'll have to wait. We're not ready yet." So, I waited. More than 20 minutes later (after receiving a text message stating my appointment had been canceled), I was called in by an equally rude young woman who told me that if i wanted Moderna, I had to find a CVS location that had it. She did say I could have Pfizer (which I already knew) but by then, I recalled why we moved our prescription business to another pharmacy several years ago. Got a Moderna booster this afternoon at Costco, where you are always treated like someone who is important to their business. read more

This is by far one of the worst CVS I have been to ever. originally I was going to place a pick up order for toothpaste since Colgate had buy $20 get $10 ECB but I was in the area so I went in instead of having to backtrack to do pick up. I went in scanned the same items I was going to get for pick up (ECB was working on the pick up order showing that I earned it) I checked out and my ECB didn't print so I asked the cashier. He just said ok took my items and refunded the whole order then rang up my items again then told me I can use ECB to pay now. I said no, that's not what I had said. I didnt receive the ECB that I was supposed to. he calls the manager, the manager comes up and says it's an old deal it won't work. I explained to her that it's not an old deal and it's working in the App. we walked back to the Colgate and I showed her the tag. she said she can give me $5 off, that the ECB should go and try it again. she rings it up and applies my ECB on my account to my order without asking me. so I got no ECB back. now I'm pissed off because what should have been maybe a 5 min process has now turned into 20 mins with my 9 month old getting cranky. I just asked for a refund of all of it and my receipts to make sure it goes back on my card. Literally the worst CVS and perhaps an incompetent manager who should just be a regular employee because she did nothing that a manager would do. she didn't make it right or help in any way. (I've had this happen once before where my ECB didnt print at another CVS and the manager literally just printed a new one out. it took not even 1 min.) read more

I've been to a lot of different CVS stores but this one is, hands down, the best. The store is clean and brightly lit. The staff is always friendly and quite knowledgeable. If you need help finding something they take you directly to where the item is. And they have a nice variety of items. One surprising fact about this store is the wine selection. For a simple drugstore they have a remarkable selection of wines. They even have wine tastings. Wine tastings in a drugstore--and this is not California! read more

This is the worst location to go to for the pharmacy. They are suppose to be checking the voicemail for when providers call in prescriptions. Every time I go to this location they claim they never received. I have to advise them to check their voicemail to find a prescription that my doctor put through hours ago. Today it was the same situation. Claiming to have never received but then once I tell them to check their voicemail they say oh it just came in as we speak. I'm not sure if they need more people here or what the situation was... very annoying. I would just head to any other pharmacy. On top of this, tone is everything. These ladies need to watch how they speak to customers even if they are under pressure and under staffed. I've been to this location 6 times in 3 months to fill my child's prescription and on 5 of these occasions the are out of the medication. This last time the tech wouldn't even call the other locations to see if they have it. It's not a medication in short supply yet they can't seem to manage their inventory. Cars sit at the drop off window 20 minutes at a time. I called them and explained that no business at the drop off window should take that long. Apparently when people are having issues with their insurance they just sit there until it gets resolved which is unfair to others waiting in line. This reflect badly by the management of this location as they have to enforce policies since we all know some people are selfish and think that their business is more important than others. read more
