Disregard these negative reviews. The staff here have been consistently helpful and friendly since I began using this pharmacy in 2024. They might be slower sometimes than others to get the prescriptions filled, but that isn't their fault when they are understaffed. The drive-through will always be slower because they assist those at the counter first, so you can just not be lazy and walk inside to grab your meds. read more

Maria is absolutely terrible at customer service. She is grumpy and not willing to help people out with their purchases. I went while they were trying to figure out how to use a new system so my extrabucks would not show up. I tried to log in but since there is not good signal there she told the cashier who was happily helping me out to void my transaction and told me that I wasn't allowed to try to find to use coupons while I trying to pay, I was just wanting to show the other lady that I did have the extrabucks I was trying to use. I'm very surprised to see some of the negative ratings - as someone who has been on the same medication for years and moved around quite a bit, the staff at the pharmacy are by far the most polite and accommodating I've encountered. It's super refreshing to interact with a pharmacy that seems to actually care about your well being and genuinely wants to assist you to their best ability. Wouldn't choose any other pharmacy. This has happened before and again today. I walk in to get one item and then browsed. I was asked once by a male, I think, asst manager if I needed help. I answered no. I then walked to the self checkout. I was approached by the same male and asked twice if I needed help. I answered no again. I feel patronized because of my age (senior). I am perfectly capable of using a self checkout. This same male has attempted to school me on using my extra care card at checkout while I was in the process of using it. This CVS location is convenient for me. I usually fill my prescriptions at a different CVS location but I've had them filled here too and haven't had any issues. I really just come here for stamps. But, I also have dropped in when I have needed a random item and have had my passport picture taken here. read more

The staff are helpful but the owner does not hire enough staff. Every other cvs in area has more staff. I feel bad for the staff because customers get upset with them but the problem is the owner does not get enough help! Multiple times window is closed or you have to sit on hold like I did tonight for over 50 minutes! Shame on whoever owns this store. Is it possible to give a zero star review? I guess we should have read the reviews before deciding to use this pharmacy when we moved to Holly Springs. Katelyn is the rudest tech I have ever encountered. First she's never seen insurance approve a 365 scrip. Tell us it's never done. Then looks in the system to see an approval. But, 1 for some reason is not coming up. When we tried to show her the Cigna letter with the approval information she said she doesn't care what it says it's not her problem. But, it is as it's her system that's wrong. We have updated our home address for 2 years but it never seems to be a permanent change...then when we tried to explain the approval stuff to the actual pharmacist, Katelyn is yelling in the background. this pharmacy by far has the worst Rx services I've ever encountered. I went online, in person and called to get my Rx (forced to switch due to insurance) transferred. After a week still not transferred. rude to me on phone and gave me every excuse. At end of one call pharmacist had gall to ask why didn't i call earlier!!!!!! so I guess starting this a week ago wasn't early enough? Will definitely try another location AND send complaints up to my insurance carrier. read more

Would prefer to give them zero if I could. The pharmacy tech is probably one of the rudest individuals I have talked to. As I knew I had refills on a prescription and received notification otherwise. I contacted the pharmacy to discuss the matter. This should have been a a simple conversation, your plan fills 3 Mo at a time you have two months left, which resulted in the notification. That simple. Instead I was talked down to like a child and repeatedly cut off when all I was trying to say was, "I understand, how do we fix it." I wasn't being rude or abrasive with the tech who answered the phone. There was absolutely no reason to be treated in that manner. Switching pharmacies next year. read more

Charles Everett is by far the most incompetent, condescending and useless person I've ever dealt with in a service-related capacity. How he's employed and licensed (period) is a wonder to me, let alone as a master pharmacist. While this is my first documented complaint against him, I've had a horrific experience dealing with him over the past 3.5 years. Today I transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Came in for a flu shot with my wife, with literally zero people in line ahead of us. After an HOUR, we finally were seen. Then on my wife's shot, the incompetent pharmacist put the shot together wrong and most of the fluid burst out of the middle of the syringe. He just said "oh well, you only need to get a little of it," and didn't offer to do another one. Completely ridiculous. Avoid this place, drive miles and miles to any other location. read more

Called three rimes to cancel my daughters Rx refill, but minutes later get another automated msg stating it's time to refill. Their solution was to have me call an 800# to do so myself. Had to block the #. Definitely gonna go elsewhere read more

I have used this pharmacy for many years. Unfortunately, almost every time they have messed up my prescription. Today, my prescription was called in at 11 a.m. they told me they hadn't received it. I continued to call back and check in with my doctor for the net 4 hours- still no prescription. I ended up having to drive to my doctor's office to get them to send in the prescription again all to find out that CVS had it the whole time. I also waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Very disappointed, huge waste of time. I wish I could say this was just a one-time thing. read more
