I went to this CVS over the weekend wearing my mask and gloves. I was looking for a cart but there were no carts available but found a basket. My basket filled quickly and started to get heavy. Since there was no carts available, I got a 2nd basket and I asked a lady standing by the entrance named Monica if I could leave my basket right there next to her or hold my basket behind the register until I was done getting all the items I needed. She said no. She said I had to put all the items in my basket back and if I left my basket there near her, she would put everything back. She also said they would not hold the items I wanted to purchase. She was EXTREMELY rude. I was frustrated. Another CVS employee saw what was happening and stepped in and said she would hold my basket behind the register until I was done shopping. I told her thank you and continued shopping and putting items in my 2nd basket. I was probably in the store approximately 30 minutes total more or less and was almost done shopping. Monica was walking up and down the isles and when she saw me she stopped and asked me if I was almost done shopping. I told her yes but asked her why she was asking me. She said (in a very rude tone) that they were putting a time limit for shoppers and that I needed to hurry up and finish shopping so other shoppers waiting outside could come in. (when I went in the store there was no line, but apparently there was a line that had formed while I was shopping since they limit how many people can be in the store at once). I told her that I am a customer too and she should not be rushing me and I was almost done shopping but she had no right to rush me and I was going to take the time I needed and the customers outside had to wait. She insisted I finish my shopping. I was so mad I was going to leave everything behind but decided to get in line and buy everything I needed. I told her before I left that when I came in, I read the signs on the door and no where does it says that there is a time limit on shopping. I also told her that it was hard to do my shopping since there were no carts. I told her she was very rude and I would call corporate to complain. This was my worst shopping experience at CVS and I normally come to this location and was shocked because everyone there is usually nice. Monica has a HORRIBLE attitude and offers bad customer service. She had no right talking to me in the tone she used rushing me out of the store and telling me she couldn't keep my 1st basket until I was done. After this experience, I'm considering going to another CVS location from now on or maybe canceling my $5 a month care pass subscription and start going to another drug store from now on. I have always LOVED CVS and this location and would talk highly about CVS to friends and family...this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Management, you need to talk to Monica and have her work on her customer service skills and her attitude. I forgot the gentlemen's name, but there is an older latino middle age guy and he's very nice and offers exceptional customer service you should promote this guy or give him a raise. Monica could learn some customer service skills from this guy. Also, I think this "time limit" she mentioned was a bogus rule she created and bullshit! "IF" its true there is a time limit on shopping during this COVID-19 crisis, then you guys need to post signs saying that outside the door and remind shoppers over the intercom and tell people verbally as they come in the store that there is a time limit on shopping. Also, you guys need to get more carts and baskets. OR at least those carts with long handles you can pull on with wheels. read more

The pharmacy here could be very chaotic depending on who's working there the day you decide to go. The times I have gone, the pharmacy staff have always attended everyone as fast as they can. They always try to be efficient, while still giving good customer service. There is a staff member in the front, Michael, who goes out of his way to help customers. If he sees the lines are too long, he will open up without being told to do so. He has great customer service & definitely makes the whole process of getting out of there faster. He works very quickly & efficiently. They need more workers like him that's for sure :) read more

Came in for two boxes of hair dye and left empty handed. Supposedly my card wasn't going through when there was no reason for it not to. Didn't have my phone at the time so I had to go home. Got home and had the email with my coupons and also the transaction on my bank. Made a trip back showed all the proof and the cashier that helped me acted like if I was trying to rob hair dye lol had to wait for management to be like "welp" idk what happened... here you go after 10-15 min of waiting read more

These people must think it is a great thing to make you wait in line as long as possible. CVS needs to fire everyone at the pharmacy! They are obviously getting paid by the hour, not the number of people they help. Furthermore, they DO DANGEROUS things. They tell you "sign here" as they hand you your meds. You think you are signing for them, but what you are signing is a decline to speak to the pharmacist. What if you are on other meds? The decline is in English and their customers are mainly Non_English speakers. Why would you endanger the lives of your customers? They should ask if you want to speak with the pharmacist, NOT Command you to sign without knowing what you are signing. read more

Every time I come in to the pharmacist department I always get an extremely bad attitude!!! What gets me more mad is that they seem to treat the elderly even worse!! Some of the pharmacist look really tacky and ghetto well at least one of the girl does! They never make eye contact with the customers and the are not approachable. The only reason why I come to this CVS is because of convenience. They are pretty organized but their customer service is not the greatest and they are short handed. If I could I would give ZERO stars!!! This is the WORST PHARM in the WORLD!!!! They constantly have a line from here to the moon and it's always when ONE certain guy is working! The only time this place is actually functioning is when the people who have worked here a long time are working and they only work in the am! Also, I have stood in line and heard nothing but horror stories about people getting the wrong medicine or medicine that belonged to someone else. My main problem here is, they constantly say they didn't receive the orders from your doctor, they lose refills and every now and then they say they don't have my insurance info and I've been coming here 20 yrs! This has been my pharmacy for many years, I've never had a problem. Lines are the biggest issue but that depends on the time you're there. Granted that can be tricky with busy schedules but my wife and I have had far worse experiences elsewhere. Customer service has never been an issue, and my prescriptions have always been filled quickly. It helps to have the app and provide your phone number so as to receive text alerts when your items are ready for pick up. I understand the frustration with the lines and I've waited for a long time as well but the convenience of a 24 hr pharmacy isn't common. read more

Possibly the worst servicing CVS and likely the worse over all pharmacy ever.... The staff are overworked and unwilling to help. The line to drop off a prescription is only shorter than the line to pick up your medicine. Which averages 40-50 minute on each. The person checking you in is the worse, she has to check your Rx, run your insurance, call to confirm and then maybe tell you to pick it up in an hour, but don't leave... Start making line on the pick up line because it's usually that long but if you get lucky and get to the counter before then and your Rx is not ready you will have to make line again. Sunday night, 2 registers open! Extremely long lines! Thank goodness I was getting medication, I thought, I can pay at the pharmacy! I waited behind 3 people better than the long lines at the front. Only to get to the front and to told, unless I'm picking up medication, she can't ring me up at the pharmacy!!!! What kind of a policy is that?!?!?! I had to go back to wait in the long lines at the front! I called to get pricing on medicine and after being placed on hold for 15 min I got a rude woman on the phone. I wasn't sure on how to read the label of the prescription and instead of making suggestions on what to look for she was just rude and raised her voice over the phone. Apparently I work for this particular CVS and I didn't even know it *sarcasm* I've never had a problem with this CVS before. Yeah the lines tend to run a little long but nothing too extreme. The customer service is moderate depending on the day and time. The reason I gave it a single star is because they can't do their job correctly. Better yet thay can't even finish their job. Gabby and Francisca this yelp review is for both of you. Gabby sent me out to get a cart and Francisca sent me to bring it back. Yeah it doesn't seem much but if you're doing your job, do it right. I had three heavy boxes that I needed to take out to my car. I asked if they had any carts that I could use. Gabby pointed outside and said you can use that one. Was it my job to go fetch the cart? No! Could I get the cart? Yes! but who's on the clock. You are! I'm a customer not you, or your coworker, or your boss. It is not my job to go out to the parking lot to fetch a cart, to take it back outside and load my car, and then bring the cart right back inside CVS so you don't have to do your job again. I've worked in customer service, I know how this works. If you can't do/finish your job, you call for help. You could have asked your coworker (a guy) that was standing right next to you a minute ago. When Gabby told me to get the cart I was mad. I got back in line and when it was my turn to pay (again I might add after getting the cart) Francisca helped me out. Just as I finished paying Francisca told my to bring the cart back inside. At this poing I was out raged and shocked. The only reason I returned the cart was because I didn't want what happened to me to happen to somebody else. When I worked in customer service I did everything in my power to make sure I was doing my job 100%. I needed to be sure that the customer was happy. Here's what I would have done, I would have called out a coworker and asked them to bring the cart or if they couldn't bring a cart then help carry the items out to the car. The CVS staff needs to work on how to communicate with the customer. Instead of bossing me around you could have asked if it was okay to wait for someone to help me or if I didn't want to wait If I could get the cart. 'TADA' thats all it takes. Food 4 Less, Walgreens, and Rite-Aid know how to keep a customer happy. You should take a page or two out of their handbook Word of Advice The customer is always right! read more

Yeah I would agree with the two reviewers below. Their service needs to improve big time. Sometimes, I do get bad faces from the people and I think for a big chain like this, they should obviously do way better. In any way, I have to say that I usually go there because it is close by to where I live and if I need something quick, then I go there and get it. I've never had a bad experience here. It's true, sometimes there are long lines, but it doesn't bother me, it's not like I'm standing there for an hr! The cashiers are always greeting people so that's nice. The only small complaint I have would be the photo service. Steven the pharmacist was amazing!!! I went there for a severe cold. He stopped what he was doing and began to explain to me what kind of medicine I should take. He pointed out Claritin. I told him isn't that for allergies only? He then began to explain to me the structure of the human nose and how it was connected to your throat. Overall service was great! No line. I just left there from picking up my sons medication from the pharmacy and this pharmacy or their staff one in particular is by far the worst I've ever came across. Her name is Selina Vasquez that is what her tag said and she is so incredibly rude, not only that but she she gives out wrong information before even verifying any of it. Right from the beginning her face and attitude was as if she had a huge barbed stick up her ass, I mean why work in customer care specially in health care if you have absolutely no interest in treating someone that is ill with dignity and respect. I tried to explain to her that the insurance number had changed i was not even done talking when she interrupted by saying that's impossible then she's like well none of this medication will be covered then i told her that's not possible. They made me wait for ever just to drop off a prescription. The pharmacist was taking half an hour with each customer at the drop off line. If you think that you are just going to pass by quickly to drop off a prescription you best make plans to be there for at least an hour. read more
