Went in to grab a few things and play my lottery #s. Put my $$ in and the machine wasn't working, had to purchase something I didn't want! none the less I went up to the checkout and told the young woman the lottery machine was broken, in a loud "Rude" tone proceeded to tell me how they only come in every other week to fix it. Ok you obviously new it was broken, how about a note on it saying so. Or a professional response would have been " Sorry about that I'll put something up so people will know. Not her!! Cvs tends to be a little more expensive than say walmart or target . However , they are good about returns and exchanges . I went in today because my sunglasses I bought a few weeks ago fell on the ground and broke . I simply showed it to the cashier when I walked in . She said to just go get another pair . It was even exchange& no problem. I didn't have receipt and it was still no prob to exchange it . Only 4 stars because they are a little Pricy for things . They are convenient tho . I'm guessing that's why they are more expensive. They have good customer service and gladly exchange product if there's problem with it so they deserve 4 stars to me . read more

This is where Yelp needs to offer a negative stars. This pharmacy is horrible. I've had many bad experiences but due to location and convenience gave them another chance. The techs completely can't read correctly and don't know what there doing. The pharmacist, working on 10/8/21 around 6 pm not sure of her name had the audacity to yell at my provider for her own mistake. A refill that I have continuously gotten for months, that's important to me turned into a back and fourth ordeal that made absolutely no sense. They were trying to give me the wrong medication when it was a refill to begin with, so how can you mess that up?!!! Also, making excuses blaming others. Forcing several trips and calls. For a pharmacist to even raise there voice at a MD provider to begin with is beyond unprofessional. She should get fired for her poor and negligent behavior. I was surprised the way she treats a superior to her especially when in reality everyone should be treated equally. The techs all give you different answers, don't waste your time here. Even the ones who have been there for years so they have no excuse of messing up your order. They are inconsistent, stupid and down right inappropriate. Picking up a script is always important for the patient, and they disregarded everything about that one to many times. There's plenty of pharmacies near by with great hours or other CVS locations where it's organized, has a hard working staff, and most importantly competent. read more

I want to like this CVS so much more because this is the pharmacy my doc sends any and all of my family's prescriptions to but...UGH! Can snag some GREAT sale items, but you better have hawk eyes because the super clearance items don't have a respective section. Oh no, ma'ams and sirs, that would be TOO easy! You're in luck, however, because the pharmacy wait times can be ridiculously long! So if you don't feel like a) leaving and returning later or b) sitting around, then I definitely suggest c) perusing the the store for some random, awesome buys. The folks that work behind the counter of the pharmacy, boy do they TRY! They just get soooo backed up and so fast! Sometimes I feel that gets them flustered and for that they start to work a little less efficiently. Minute Clinic: DEFINITELY not a minute ordeal. Just saying. Wait times to get checked out can be outrageous! Also, the waiting area gives me the skeeves! And beware the restrooms. Oh dear. Front checkout folk are usually VERY nice and can be appropriately chatty :) They sort of make up for the chaos at the back of the store. Take the good with the bad kind of place. This CVS is disorganized, painfully slow, and the techs have trouble with general med knowledge (I'm sure the actual pharmacists know their stuff, but they're swamped). One star is far too generous, i wish there was a zero option because Your cashier Margarita should be FIRED. I came in to grab a quick snack and instead of being greeted with hospitality I was greeted by a rude women who yelled at me for trying to use the self check out machine. She explained it was broken however the machine was not at all broken and registered my purchase. She continued to yell at me and when I finally let her ring me up instead because my break was almost over and needed to rush out she continued to argue and complain about how now I had broken the machine like the others and it's her job to fix it and I'm the one to blame ????? Absolutely not, she should be nicer and not complain a job is a job if you don't like it quit it's that simple. I've worked in costumer service for as long as I can remember and understand the struggle and pressure of working a shift alone but there was absolutely no need for your cashier, Margarita, to yell at me, accuse me of breaking a machine she said was already broken but still worked perfectly fine and complain about her job making my quick purchase a even longer than it needed to be This location need new employees who aren't rude old ladies with a bad temper. WOULD NOT FILL MY ALPRAZOLAM(Xanax) I have had the same medication for 5+ years and never has ANY issues 24 hour pharmacy? and same place I filled last month... the pharmacist "SEAN" the night time Asian pharmacy rep. (I called I left because it didn't add up and he said that's how I spelled his name which I don't believe) AND would not give me his last name or ANY other information about him). He knows this but I reminded him I could have a seizure if I do not fill. HE DID NOT SEEM TO CARE ONE BIT AND AT THE TIME JUST SAID TO COME BACK MONDAY. Furthermore when I called he then told me he had to confirm it with my doctor and they were out of stock...BITH REASONS HE DID NOT TELL ME WHILE INTHE STORE. The pharmacy here always has a long line, there's always an issue, typically has one person checking people out even if it's a busy weekend time. I received a text yesterday my prescription was ready - since there are always issues, I called to double check that it was ready. Confirmed. I show up the next day hoping to pop in and out and of course, it's not ready. After waiting in a giant line, I had to stand around for 20 more minutes. Switching out of here to somewhere further but with less hassle! read more

We call ourselves CVS locals cause were in here almost every day or night getting our daily supplies (i.e.: wraps, tall cans, lighters, and the occasional snack). One day we were pondering "...what DOES CVS mean??!?!" To answer our question we went to the experts. To our surprise it means CUSTOMER VALUE SERVICE which is EXACTLY the rule they live by. The pharmacy is always busy yet the staff are generally helpful, or at least they know what they are doing....except for one pharmacy technician named Alex. He has no idea how to do his job correctly or efficiently. On top of his ineptitude, he has an awful attitude. Whenever Alex is working, I know I won't be getting my medication right away because he has no idea how to process it. On average it takes me about three trips to the pharmacy until he gets it right. On one occasion I went an entire month without my kidney medication until I called the help desk myself and received instructions on how he should process my insurance even though a different tech named Alice had already processed it correctly before. Alex is not just an inefficient employee but a liability to the entire company. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Crazy long phone wait times and the real issue is they have given me the wrong prescription on two separate occasions. In addition to this, they have also given me wrong number of doses and in one situation I had spoken with no less than three different pharmacists about an out of pocket cost for a specific prescription and had the same cost number verified by these three different people and then when I came to pay for it I did so and was walking out of the store when I realized they had only given me half of the number of doses, I then returned and they demanded I give them the whole order back as someone had made a mistake. They then wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more than I had just paid. The whole situation felt like a nightmare and I left in tears. We called to complain and speak to a manager who they said would call us and never did. I am usually pretty easy going with these types of things, but they have had too many mistakes and are just plain awful. If you just have a standard run of the mill prescription I'm sure you'll be just fine, but anything even a little less common go elsewhere! (my Rx that caused all the headache was for progesterone for early pregnancy support which I don't think is that crazy or unique of a case, but they seemed dumbfounded by it) read more

I stopped going to CVS for my regular prescriptions years ago because every order was wrong. I was constantly being called by customers letting me know that they had my medications. I constantly would get other peoples medications. On many occasions I had the wrong medications. Because of my overwhelming disappointment, I went to a small local pharmacy that's only open Monday through Friday 9 to 5. For years they get my orders right every time. Unfortunately I was released from The hospital with back surgery and Scripps computer systems are down so they had to give me a paper prescription for painkillers. I had to go to a different pharmacy because it was after hours. I made the mistake of going to CVS. I will never enter another CVS again. They refused to fill the paper prescription. They said they needed to have a stamp with the doctors name on it even though the doctors name is printed on the prescription form. When an entire hospital network like Scripps goes down for a month, you would think Cvs could accommodate people who were given paper prescriptions. Once again they fail to do anything right. Don't dare ask them any questions because you will get the death stare and a sarcastic answer. If you call them for anything expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes. They enjoy trying to make people look and feel stupid but they are the only ones appearing that way. There are so many qualified people who need jobs, I don't get it. The employees here seem to genuinely hate people. Not just me, I've observed how they they treat others, I've observed while waiting in line the rolling bag of the eyes, the heavy breathing and sighing- and the truth is, I've taken my prescriptions elsewhere now, but they don't care. They said call CVS they will handle it and give you a refund. They did not. I called the store multiple times to try to figure this situation out. Jared started getting upset at me and very rude. This is my favorite CVS. Make up selection is good but sometimes they don't have what I want in stock. The self checkout option is helpful but don't ever ask for help when there is a line because they serve everyone in line before the self checkout. I like the $5 coupons good with the cvs card. Once you figure out how to use them and how to self check out it's actually a lot faster to run in and get something than the Vons next door. read more

this CVS store is not the best, they have bad customer service at their Pharmacy and the evening male shift supervisor is rude. The store is not clean, the floor and counters are sticky and the air quality is poor (lets open up some doors or windows). It's best to arrive mid-day during the week to pick up your prescriptions, the customer service is better, if not the lines at the Pharmacy can get long. The late evening and weekend cashiers at the Pharmacy have bad attitudes. I would give this place no stars if I could. read more
