This place is horrible for customer service. Was charged twice, because someone ran my card then the register ran out of paper and they ran it again. I told them this would cause a double charge but the customer eccentric employee assured me it wouldn't, guess who was wrong. I go back to the store and bring my documents showing I was charged twice and I'm told "they can't issue refunds at the store level, only corporate can do that". Hmmm never heard that before. They provide me with a number I may call which is the standard 1-800-SHOP-CVS, hmmm ok. Then I'm advised if they can't help, come back to the store and they will help out......I thought they just told me they can't do anything at the store level? Sounds like a management training program is needed. Customer service is a dying breed, and it has become extinct at many establishments. Unfortunately you can add CVS to that list. read more

This is the closest CVS to my house. I like that it's open 24 hours since I find that almost nothing in this area is. I'm from Vegas so I miss everything being 24hrs :( I always get my prints here since it's cheap when I order them online and this is the closest pick up location. I notice that the store is always pretty unorganized. Boxes in random aisles and random things blocking other aisles. There's usually only one person up front at the registers which I'm not very fond of since there's always a lot of people coming in here. It makes it worse that I only come in here to pick up prints since the person at the register is always too busy to help me, and apparently too busy to call someone else to help me. I always end up waiting a lot longer than I should considering I'm only picking up prints that are already printed and paid for. I do like that this place is open 24 hours and it has your basic necessities, but the really need to organize it more and tend to their customers. read more

I am not a fan of the CVS itself since it's always full of sketchy people, but the pharmacy was smooth sailing. I came in to get some meds and the workers were very efficient and friendly. They told me everything would be done in 20 minutes if I wanted to wait but ended up getting everything I needed in 10. read more

I stopped by here on the way to my parent's place as I drove from the Bay Area to home in Chino. It was 7pm and almost everything was closed save this CVS. I needed some toiletries as I'd forgotten some in the rush to drive down to LA, and apparently everyone else in the Inland Empire was there, too. The place is poorly designed and laid out and it was so hard to find what I was looking for. The lines were long and the employees obviously did not want to be there. But I can't really blame them since it was Christmas Eve. But they get 3 stars since they were open so late on Dec 24 and thus saved me from having to take a shower where I'd come out smelling like jasmine. read more

Cashier unfriendly and did not give me any extra care coupons. I told her I always get coupons, but she seemed disinterested in checking again for them.....dislike...last time I was here, they did not have the product I came for; quite disappointing. read more

11/26/13 9pm Came in to use their coinstar. Went shopping for 30mins. Paid for my stuff and showed them my receipt from Coinstar so i could encash it. Cashier was very polite, told me she might not have enough cash anymore. So she asked the manager. The manager was rude, she got mad kept telling me I shouldve encashed it earlier coz she already took out almost all the money and that she might not have enough. She told me same thing 4 times, i shouldve gone to her earlier. Couldnt just keep quiet, i told her i dont have any clue of their cut off time since theyre a 24hr store. She couldve just talked to me nicely. I wouldve understood. I didnt get her name but she had a long black hair, her eyebrows were colored black. Kinda chubby and abit tall. read more

Normally I absolutely love CVS. Ive recently moved to a new location. My local CVS is here in Chino. My visit this morning is less than stellar Mr Harry B. Because I'm new to the Chino area I'm trying to get all my scripts transferred to my new neighborhood CVS store. Mr Harry B. Pharmacist needs retraining in customer service. If helping customers are beneath you sir, you might consider working in a hospital environment where you only need to deal with us customers occasionally to give consult on meds.... Today I met your EGO... Remember two things Mr Harry B. I have several choices of pharmacy's and it does not have to be CVS. To CVS, this man represents your Brand (not a fit). this cvs location is really good if youre coming for makeup. They are very helpful and often have makeup sales. There are long lines since its a central location and a lot of people come here but other than that you can really get everything you need. if you have any allergy or problem with the makeup they let you return it which is nice. Good location. read more

Rude staff members, took my bag because she thought I was going to steal when I payed and went to look for my bf in the store. My experience here wasn't pleasant and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Please reinforce staffs customer service even if it's the managers. Not acceptable, if u don't like your career, quit. Period. read more

Shout out to Steven the cashier who "helped" me at 6 pm this past Sunday. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you having me wait for an additional 5 minutes while you finished up a very obviously personal conversation making plans with a gentleman you'd clearly never met before. And then for having me stand there with my items on the counter while you wrote down your phone number on a blank receipt and handed it to the man and shook his hand. I'm sure your new plans made for Saturday will be so much fun! Oh and let's not forget the pause you took while scanning my items so you could finish up the candy bar you had opened next to the register. There's nothing like a cashier talking to you with their mouth full. And finally I am so grateful that even after I brought it to your attention, you still charged me full price for 2 items that were clearly labeled as being on clearance. Also, thanks to the "supervisor" who took my call on Monday and took down my information and told me that a manager would call me back in a few minutes. It's Tuesday and I'm still waiting! read more

Depending on the day and the hour, this place can be a little messy. I blame the customers as much as I do the small staff. I always have to wait in a line. It is a popular place for vitamins and other body care items like shampoo, beer, deodorant and tooth-paste. I know, tooth-paste doesn't seem like it belongs in that list (at least from what I've noticed from some folks in line). It would be easy for this place to go up a few stars if they could handle hiring another cashier and another shelf filler. read more

We arrived and went through the drive through.And the rep made a copy of the prescription, typed the label and returned with the medicine in three minutes with a smile. Expecting to wait an hour or so we were so surprised by Brenda with her pretty smile, clean appearance. I said:" that was fast" she replied: " I did not want you to wait". We never asked for anything and she is worth the compliment and take my hat of: "Thank you for your service". No dought she js under the same work pressure as the cvs in willow st. We were sent away by the pharmacist from Willow/ Garey because she was 4 minutes before closing and it would take her 7 to prep the label and get the box of meds. ( 6 pills)She choose not to see the urgency nor care to send us 20 minutes drive away to the 24 hr cvs. The cvs employee on Central Brenda mastered how to be empathetic and remain a professional healthcare provider. Let me tell you a story about this great CVS Pharmacy. It was late at night and I was driving back from a friend's house when suddenly my stomach started to hurt. Realizing the pain was probably due to the not-so-fresh sushi I had earlier in the day, I quickly stopped by this CVS Pharmacy. The moment I stepped in , I said to myself "wow this CVS Pharmacy is a great place to stop by ANY time" - well that makes sense because it's the only 24-hour CVS Pharmacy in town! Anyways, I headed straight toward the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist for a recommendation for what I assumed was diarrhea. The pharmacist, although seemingly busy, took the time and effort to speak with me and figure out what was going on and ultimately, helped narrow down my options. So that's my story albeit a short one. If you really dig deep, you'll notice that the simplicity and ease of this story is what should stand out the most. I had a health-related problem, I went to this CVS Pharmacy, I found a pharmacist, and I came to a resolution - easy and simple. All pharmacies should use this as an example and strive to provide services with genuine care and efficient/effective methods to ensure that every patient of theirs walks away with a similar story to tell. Ive been picking up my medications here for the past couple years. I usually pick up in the morning on the weekends. One of the pharmacist at the drive thru is an Oriental man who is very likable. The other is an African American man who is very rude. Management need to give him training for costumer service. I don't know why he is so miserable. read more

if i could give zeros stars i would, i've never felt more racially profiled in a store. my mother, siblings, & i were followed around the store. it was an extremely uncomfortable environment i won't ever be supporting this company ever again. i am beyond upset. my family & i were not able to browse the store casually & find what we were looking for because we were so uncomfortable. please do better with the employees you hire, CVS. read more

I've been picking up my medication here for two years without issue. Tonight , my husband went to pick up my birth control and CVS is refusing to release the medicine to him because our insurance wants us to have it mailed to our home. They gave him the option of paying $100 for it, which I'm pretty sure is illegal since Obama made birth control free of cost, or leave and figure it out with the insurance. They are literally withholding the medication until we are able to contract our insurance and tell them we don't wish for it to be delivered. How CVS can do this? Not really sure. I'll be contacting corporate and letting them know this location is withholding prescribed and approved medication that has been refilling for over two years. read more

So coming here I put in my prescription and I was told it would be ready in an hour to so I left and came back after an hour and I went through drive thru because I assumed it would be fast since I was just picking up and I ended up waiting close to an hour. It's very upsetting and ridiculous to know that a big corporation such as yours can not manage to get more than one person for graveyard shifts. This pharmacist was doing his best to assist the customers on their drop offs, pick-ups, drive thru and also managing to fill medication. I think it's time for you to get your locations some help. I also want to add that the Pharmacist that assisted me was super great and had such amazing customer service so i have nothing negative to say about him. so the 1 star is not towards him but towards CVS corporation. read more

Dr called in a script for me and i was waiting on med to be in stock . Store called and asked if i wanted to pick up my prescription that day or the next since the med came in. I said since it was late i would come the next day. I went in the next day and told they didn't have it...lloll i told the cashier i was just called the day b4 . She check with who ever said well we have some but its open and is missing some. 2 mg to be exact. I didn't care i said just gave it to me I'm sick. Script was filled , i opened it and guess what??? It was a brand new UNOPENED bottle!!!! Beware of liers!!! Also happened a simular scenario to my boyfriend with one of his meds in the past....tiss tiss tiss!! Stop wasting sick peoples time. Unrelated to this even but once I went threw the drive threw and the cashier in the drive threw left the previous customers controlled substance script in the box. Long time customer no more. Not only do they lie, but Warren told me, I'm busy, I don't have time to fill your prescription. Then came back the next morning only to sit in the drive thru pick up window for 20 minutes while they had to get authorization for another customers pills, versus asking her to come into the store, or drive around to the end of the line, and let the other people waiting in line get their medicine, versus holding up the line. Once it was my turn I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager, only to find out that the person portraying the manager was not the manager. They don't tell the truth..Never again read more

Try answering phones, filling prescriptions , typing new Rx's, taking refills over the phone, attending the people in the store, taking care of pages and pages worth of new Rx's coming from md offices, insurance problems, rude people, drive through, drug seekers, getting robbed, phone calls, inventory, insurance audits, prior authorizations, workers comp, medication deliveries every morning. And 30 totes of meds on wed, and fri, and to top it off shortened hours and staff! The staff tries their best to help and get you in and out of the pharmacy. They don't take their time on purpose it's just horribly busy, over 800 prescriptions were filled daily. We are medical professionals but we are not paid or treated like one. I'm glad I left this place because all I did was try to help but some people just don't get that. So before you judge take a walk in our shoes. read more

Apparently if you want to purchase lashes now, you should be prepared to wait 2 hours. Found the lashes I wanted but you can't get them yourself because there is a security device on them. I wait in line at the front behind 5 other customers. When I get there she calls another associate because apparently she doesn't have the key. So now I walk back over to the lashes where I am assured the associate with the key will be there to help me. 15 minutes pass and I have to ask the woman at the front again. "Cheryl" the associate with the key finally graces us with her presence, gets the lashes, and won't hand them to me but proceeds to help all of the other women who have now been waiting on her as well. I have to wait in the same line behind 5 more people because "Cheryl" doesn't have any common sense. It's not rocket science, you have someone who has been waiting ON YOU, bring the customers product to the counter then help the next customer. Wow CVS. If only the rest of your staff were as friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable as your pharmacy. Will definitely NEVER return here unless I'm driving through the parmacy. read more

I'm 3 months pregnant and got food poisoning. Doctor prescribed me an urgent medicine to take and my husband called CVS pharmacy to see if they would take our insurance. HENRY- the pharmacy clerk at 4am rudely answered him " I cant tell you that until you get here" and my husband insisted and he said " come here and I will tell you if we do or not ok?" he got an attitude with my husband and to not stress anymore than we were he drove there. Henry's customer service was so poor it took him 1 hour with NO customers in line to get me the medicine. What a disappointment. Don't go here!! read more

My husband had a prescription for pain meds of Norco and they told us they ran out and there was a supply shortage and we wouldn't be able to find it anywhere that everyone was out though we found itxat, walmart. Worst customer service ever and they messed up my husbands heart meds by sending the request to the wrong dr for a week and he ran out; now he is home sick from it. His dr called the rx in this morning and while laughing the pharmacist at the drive thru explained that she has a two hour minimum wait and my husband would just have to wait. Hate this place and am going elsewhere from now on! read more

I only give them one star because I have to. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible! They take FOREVER! Two days compared to Walmart and targets 30 min. Refill time. The pharmacists are so rude and don't give a crap about their customers. I went here because I was in a rush and the drive through seemed convenient however I will NEVER be back. I had a friend who used this pharmacy once and she warned me not to go due to her experience. I should have listened. I am so appalled by their service I'm driving back and picking up my prescriptions to take to Walmart pharmacy. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Here I am again waiting at CVS. Clearly I'm dealing with another employee taking a lunch while I wait for an hour to get my 7 year old a prescription. I'm literally watching as the pharmacy window is again closed while the employee has told me the system is down until 2:00 am. I actually watched him check to see if they have the medicine. Looks like I'll be making another phone call. So much for 24 hour pharmacy. He's actually sitting in the car with the door ajar. Last call corporate says there should be a back up when one employee takes a lunch. read more
