called to make sure a prescription transfer to Walgreens had been processed and the person who answered the phone literally lied to me. First she said the transfer had not been received, when I told her I had been on the phone with the Walgreens when they faxed over the request she changed her story and said she had just received it 15-20 mins prior to me calling and that it takes 2-3 hours to process the transfer. I waited 2 hours to call them to follow up on the transfer from my initial conversation with Walgreens. I have been a longtime CVS customer and had only requested the transfer because the did not have the medication in stock however my two most recent contacts with them have made me rethink that relationship. After having a terrible experience at a Bel Air pharmacy (waited a week and they still hadn't transferred my prescription and were bizarrely rude to me about it, told me they didn't have time to call and check on it), I had such a refreshing experience at the CVS pharmacy in Target. I called and my prescription was transferred from Kaiser within 45 minutes!! Not only that, but they were kind and didn't act like I was a burden to help. I just finally permanently moved my prescriptions to this location. I stopped in on Tuesday 8/6 to pick one up, and asked about the other. The "other" prescription is pain medication and requires a lot of information be shared with the pharmacy. I asked to be sure they have received the info as it is hard enough when picking up pain meds, I needed to be sure they had what they needed. Yasmeen snidely told me, that there would be doctor action listed if it was required. I'm often treated like some sort of criminal and looked down upon due to the medication, so I do my best to stay on top of everything. Yasmeen was wrapping things up for the day and really wasn't interested in speaking with me; it showed in her actions and the fact she walked away while I was still asking a question. I've had fluid in my ear for a few days and after visiting the Urgent Care earlier in the day, I needed a new allergy medication and wanted a recommendation. Yasmeen walked away while I was still talking. If you are to review the video, you would be able to see my mouth was still moving as I walked away, asking my question. I moved to this area 10 months ago and tried to move my prescriptions at that time. There was a shortage of pain medications during that timeframe, so my medications weren't filled regularly or timely, so I moved back to my previous location across town, and had no trouble getting my medications on the date they were due. It's really an inconvenience to drive that far, but if this location is unable to provide basic customer service skills, or full my medication timely, I won't hesitate to move my prescriptions back. read more

Worst CVS in Sacramento! This place could not be more poorly run. Zero customer skills from Aaron. Zero help from floor staff. Crowded and dirty aisles. If you're unlucky enough to arrive in this debacle of a business, bring a book ...customer service is that slow and poor. read more

This is the first bad review I have ever written I just had surgery on Friday and doctor gave me prescriptions to start taking My sister and I pull into the drive thru No one in line in front of us or inside at the counter We hand him the prescriptions and he replies that he can't get them filled till sometime on Saturday that he was to backup to fill He said to go to another CVS. I was in shock that someone would do that no care for customer what so ever. I left went to Rite Aid on Madison and Sunrise and they were able to fill in 20 minutes This CVS has the worst customer service ever Sorry that Rite Aid on Arcadia was closed Do not use this pharmacy unless you want bad service read more

The Male Pharmacist (forgot his name) is so rude and zero CS skills! The woman who answers the phone has no clue as to what is ever going on so she is constantly having to transfer my calls to the Techs whom some of them are okay! I should have used another CVS or different Pharmacy when the same Pharmacist mentioned above screwed up my Prescription Meds back in February and gave me the wrong RX. Luckily I did not end up in the Hospital. Time to find a better Pharmacy ! I recommend you do the same! read more

I found the perfect Pharmacy to get all my medications. CVS Pharmacy on Sunrise Boulevard is by far the best I have been to yet. If there was an option for no stars this place would break the mold. Horrible customer service. Connie always has an attitude. They hire the most unprofessional and incompetent people to work in the pharmacy. We've been lied to every time you e used this place. My husband has been having is meds filled here for a year. The last 3 months have been horrible. The truth isn't something these people are familiar with. My husband has been on one of his meds for 18 years. Which has been delayed a total of 2 weeks the last 3 months. Which could kill him. They have a total disregard for people's health. If you don't care about your health or life use this place. Not the best pharmacy, but not the worst. The girls answering the phones can be a little nicer to patients. I understand if you're having a bad day, but that's not a reason to be rude. Most of the people that I've encountered at this pharmacy were OK but there's one or two that can definitely work on their customer service skills. read more

The worst place I've ever been the people were no help the pharmacist was rude they laughed having a good time .So please don't go to this place it's the worst. I had no car and no other place to go for my meds I just had a painful tooth removal done and they just laughed and said go to a 24 hour pharmacy. Blood was coming out of my mouth my head hurt like hell I had no energy left and they didn't care it was 7 30 at night plenty of time to fill 3 scripts but they didn't care they laughed as I left thanks a lot for nothing I don't no if they were celebrating Christmas early and wanted me to leave or what I don't know if they had taken some pills it's easy access for them with plenty of narcotics for them to party with or maybe they were just being rude and uncaring to a client I don't know but good thing the nice lady at rite aid felt for me and filled them even though they were closed for drop offs she was nice enough to see my situation thank you nice lady hope you have a good Christmas as for Cvs I'm done with there bull read more
