So I took the new one for several months ... then went in again to learn they'd changed it AGAIN! Three different birth control pills in a year. And they promised "the pills were just alike." Hmmm ... not at all what my OB-GYN said. And when I called to have my script transferred to Kroger so I could get my original pills, they called to tell me that they could get me whatever I wanted; they just had to make a 'special' order. Um, really? Thanks for telling me after I've had hormonal swings of every way a woman can imagine.. and for months! Oh, and they said "no one has ever complained about the pills being different." Thanks... you don't have to belittle my concern when I voiced it. I know my body better than you do, Ms. Pharmacist. Everyone IS different and will have various reactions to such changes. And then, as my doctor was reading the $500 ultrasound I JUST had, she said that no two pills are alike, and the switching of the pills causing hormonal fluctuations was probably the reason for these new cysts on my ovaries. Too much info shared? I think not. You better think again before going to this pharmacy. They don't care about your health-care and they belittled my concern over what was happening with my body. I should send them my doctor bill. Ugh.

Super simple and seamless process. Went online through their website and uploaded the photos from my camera role, chose the location to have them printed, and that was that! They emailed me as soon as they were ready (and if you send them in early enough they will get printed same day), and when I arrived to pick them up and purchase, an employee was there and ready to help. Everything was sorted by name, so it was quick and easy to find. Prices are super reasonable and I will definitely do this again in the future!

But everyone who works in the Pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful and pleasant. I read an article several months ago about how put upon pharmacists are financially and just through so many more added duties and responsibilities. They're not just pill counters! But while I don't usually deal with just the pharmacist, I have gotten vaccines and questions answered and had people step out from behind the counter and help me find a particular vitamin on the shelf. Their drive-through window is a godsend also. I cannot say nice enough things about this branch of CVS and it is served me very well for the last four years.

Nice thing is, parking is a lot easier than places like Costco. Only negative is bushes at the end of the parking aisles are so large it is hard to see oncoming traffic when exiting the parking aisle.
