UPS for some reason picked this CVS to be a map-selectable delivery point for packages. This CVS was the most condescending vaccination experience I had during the pandemic and despite never wanting to return I thought ... how bad could picking up a package here be? This manager or whatever (I'm attaching a picture of her disgusted over my box) - female, gray hair, glasses, khakis, latex gloves) came out and bitched at me at how heavy my 25lb package was and how I shouldn't have had it shipped there. I needed no help - I just wanted to pick it up and carry it to my car. But no - she wanted to interject herself and cause a scene. Fantastic. After the scold of having my package shipped to a selectable UPS delivery point was over - trying to take and sign for this package went on for a -long- time. Some of the (younger) employees just tried to help but this woman seemed to want to assert her authority or whatever - scowling, wasting everyone's time - including that of her own employees. Once CVS Manager lady was finally over her tantrum I was able to take my package to the car - which I threw over my shoulder and carried out. Unbelievable. I just want to say because of Nancy and Veronica, My experiences at this particular CVS has been great. I take my Momz to this CVS every time I visit her. She is ancient and it takes us 2 hours to get everything she needs... Its excruciating!! But these two ladies are super patient and sweet. They always help her with a good attitude and kindness. Bad Customer Service! This pharmacy has bad customer service. A week ago I called to order COVID-19 Self Tests and they told me they were to busy to process my request. I was told to call back next week. I called back earlier this week and was told I could pick it up in the afternoon. When I got home and opened the bag found out I only have half of what I ordered and what was specified on the label. When I called the pharmacy to ask why, they told me "that's the only tests we have" in a very nasty voice. I know your store is busy. That's why I seldom go there. You should at least be nice to your customers. It's not nice early in the morning talking to people like that. CVS corporate needs to refresh their customer service training. read more

The most incompetent and dirty store ever. The front looks like some kind of ghetto. And the staff is just inadequate at best. Promised prescriptions that aren't ready or just might not even be in stock. They have no idea that some drugs are just quite a bit more important than vitamin C. They have zero empathy for the customers that can't go two more days without. Meaning that I am not early, you said my order was filled and ready and then when I pick it up it's my fault that they lied to me and had no clue that this isn't just a casual mistake. The store is affected by homeless people that sleep here at night and litter the area. The floor employees vary from good ones coping under corporate manglement or neglect, to others who blame the customer for their misery. That's been a running theme for the past 13 years. So why don't I go elsewhere? I come for the pharmacy where the very busy team fills my prescriptions, gives vaccinations and more, all while running a pharmacy. I rarely right a review... but this situation can harm customers. My doctor e-scripted my prescription to this CVS on a Friday at 1130am. I received a text stating my prescription is being processed and will be ready at 3pm. I call at 345... they didn't have all the medication in stock and needed to order!?. Long story short...they should notify the customer immediately if they are out of stock. I spoke to the pharmacist Lily. She was extremely rude and was rushing me off the phone. Clearly, Lily is too lazy and does not care for the customers. I had been going to that CVS for years and because of her complete disregard for my health due to not having my medication, I will not go back to this CVS. read more

I want to thank Nancy, CVS shift supervisor, who helped me in her store today. She was very customer-oriented and immediately resolved a product issue with a gracious and professional manner. The previous day, I had driven to this CVS but told by two cashiers that no one could help resolve my issue because it was the weekend. I was told to return on a weekday and speak to the manager. While that experience was frustrating, my positive service today from Nancy more than made up for the negative service I received over the weekend. I dropped off my prepaid package at this store..(UPS drop off location) received an email receipt so I thought everything was good. I went to check the tracking and guess what UPS doesn't have it, but their system shows its at the store. Called the store and they dont have it...(and it's a cell phone return) looks like it was aquired by one of the employees...now an investigation starts, and the cameras will show it never left the store..at least not in the package it's supposed to be in.. Being a retired retail pharmacist, the pharmacist was unhelpful, not knowledgable and discourteous.

The pharmacy is organized and the girl that checked me in, pharmacy technician, young gal was super nice and helpful and the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars. There was another pharmacy technician that was helping check out, was completely rude. I came up a couple minutes early like literally 2 minutes to be exact and she said I was way too early. Is 2 minutes really going to make a huge difference? She could have been way nicer and approached the situation in lighter way, especially if someone is coming to the pharmacy. Obviously they are dealing with health issues as is and that can be stressful. The last thing you would want is horrible customer service. read more

one car in front of me in the drive thru pick up and it took me 20 minutes because of covid testing. If I had known the car in front of me couldn't put a swab up their nose in a timely manner, I would have left, but I was stuck with people behind me. I mentioned the time nicely to the clerk when I finally got up there, and she pretty much told me too bad and to take a hike. What is wrong with CVS? I have had to go to this CVS 4 times in the last month. Every single time is both necessary and literally a potentially life threatening event as I am unfortunately in the high risk of mortality from COVID-19 (yes, I take precautions, wear a mask, etc.). Each and every time there has been some issue requiring me to wait, in a pharmacy, during a pandemic. Most recently, I went to pick up an antibiotic and was told the pharmacist was out to dinner and that I had to wait for twenty minutes for a prescription that was already filled so I could be 'counseled'. On how to take an antibiotic. Because the pharmacist is going to tell me something NOT printed on the label or NOT printed on the reams of paper that come with the meds. And cause I'm not in my early 50's and never took an antibiotic. Seriously?! Look, I genuinely appreciate the fact that these folks are putting their life on the line every day to show up and do their job. I don't appreciate them putting my life on the line over nonsense. read more

I guess at this location Self Checkout is not an option. We asked where the cashier was and a lady who works there says that she is but something about getting paid more for manning self-check then barks at my wife to "be patient" with the glitchy self-check machines we didn't want to use in the first place. For the last year (?) every time I've been in this location I've been forced to use self-check even though there seems to be a "cashier" present. May as well just take out the registers and use the space to stock more gum and chips and get rid of a couple employees who aren't needed if they aren't allowed to work the registers. read more

Tonight when I got to the registers I was forced to use the self check out. I just got off of work (the kind where you get paid for your service) and had no interest in using self check out but the "employee" /guy standing around insisted. He then wandered off as I completed my transaction and bagged my items. Walking out I stopped around the corner by the doors to answer some texts from my family. I had not walked out of the store and overheard this guy walk back up and say to another "employee" : "Did she just leave the cart?!" This other "employee" responded back in disgust "yes!" (Apparently I had walked away not thinking about the cart! - And apparently there were TWO people "working" the registers that couldnt be bothered to actually work them! Which now that I think of it I did pass a woman as I was walking up along the registers and did think she was going to go to the other side and help me. But no. However now that I was 'gone' she had quickly resurfaced) They couldn't see me but I overheard them. Then she realized I was still there when she nearly hit me with the cart as she rounded the corner with it in a huf where I was standing answering texts. Apparently I was not only supppse to check myself out but it was extremely rude of me to not also have put my cart back where they wanted it. Seriously why have "employees"?!?!? Just get rid of them so we your SHOPPERS dont have to be insulted by their critiques of our FREE SERVICE WORK while they do nothing but stand around and get upset when they actually have to do something! Just get rid of them - they OBVIOISLY dont want to do anything! Seriously save yourself the money and your SHOPPERS the bad vibes. Unbelievable! Came to shop here for some medication and some employee who didn't have a nametag but he was a male who had long hair was following me around the store following my every move. He didn't bother to ask what I was looking for so I found it strange him following me around since he wasn't helping me at all. I eventually found the medicine I was looking for and went to the register and I was walking to self checkout but he immediately told me to go to the the 1st register and he charged me for my product and kept staring at me which made me extremely uncomfortable since the whole time he was harassing me around the store, I payed for my items and left but even as I was leaving he walked to the door to just look at me and didn't even say have a nice day or anything at all, overall I felt extremely harassed and felt uncomfortable by this employee, every other employee had a nametag but this guy did not so I couldn't get his name but I genuinely hope that some training is given to this employee on how not to harass customers read more

Can't speak for their pharmacy, but I just visited trying to pick up only one item it was two minutes to closing to be fair, but it's annoying that Google continues to advertise places being open when they are or rather I should say the employees decide to close early. If you're only looking for the convenience of location you're still coming to the wrong drug store. I went to have a prescription filled (called in by the doctor) and was greeted by a 5 person deep line. No bother really IF they had anyone working the counter! It's hard to say if 1 or 3 people were working but it seemed completely disorganized. After 15 minutes I got to the front of the line and just wanted the experience over. Of course I could have guessed that the prescription was not filled but it took them another 5 minutes to tell me that little bit of information along with a prewritten list of excuses (funny - incompetence was not on the list!) . I was told I could wait for 30 minutes while they processed the order but a quick bit of math on my part realized they had no concept of time. There was about 30 minutes of people now waiting in line as it was and I highly doubted they had the time or manpower to honor the 30 minutes. Final advice - try to stay healthy and hope you never have to go to this CVS to get a prescription filled! read more

Pharmacy staff asks personal questions about my health issues that were unnecessary and frankly were rude to my wife. They continue to forget and argue with me about when I am do for meds. Mind you I have never been wrong as I am on a transdermal pain patch and change it weekly. It's not hard core math yet they treat me rudely for asking when my meds will be ready and calling them out on their lack of efficiency. In fact I normally end up with my prescription over due by a day or two simply because they won't order my meds till I call in. Needless to say if you are chronically ill and or deal with chronic pain this is not the best place to go. read more
