They are definitely not a big name store- they want to keep business, unlike chains who don't care about customer retention. Lupe's has all your standard pharmacy products and then some, including perfumed soaps, Burt's Bees, and even some Fairfield memorabilia. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask and they can probably order it for you. If you have questions about your prescription, you can always ask one of the pharmacists, or speak with someone over the phone. They're one of the few family-owned businesses that has survived the chain brand explosion, because you can't get Lupe's service anywhere else.

However, there are not enough pharmacists. as every time I call I am on hold for 10-15 minutes or longer. The line in the store is never better. It is an extremely busy pharmacy and I think management needs to recognize this and hire more staff as I do frequently choose to go to other Walgreens whenever possible for this reason.

Suggestion: Either get more employees or set up a phone message system like CVS, where they actually call the pts back within a reasonable time. Please do better for our pts who NEED medication. I ask one of the employees and he said I have to ask my manager(woman) repeated is not open for public. I said one more time please is for my child. She denied completely. Unbelievable... Walgreens at park ave is not the same anymore parking so duty. A lot of garbage in the parking not good hygiene. there is this man asking for one dollar every time I go. I did give money a couple times but is exactly at the entrance for more than a year now. Not visiting this store anymore. There were also group of young people fighting and the manager went outside to see and they don't even call the police. So sad... I hope this reaches the attentions of Administrators of the pharmacy.
