This a store feels like a family owned pharmacy though it looks like a chain You see the same employees at the pharmacy counter every time and they act as though they know you There's hardly ever a line! If one person is working the register at the Pharmacy and a line forms ....immediately a second register is opened They stay on top of your monthly meds they never have to say "we're out of stock will order it" They have it ahead of time. You never see the pharmacy employees standing around talking amongst themselves while people are waiting . Also ,have confidence in knowing the pharmacist gives the vaccinations ! read more

Ordered my Holiday photo cards here. When I went to pick up my cards they lied and told me they don't come up with envelopes. But they always come with envelopes. So I asked to speak with the manager and she also lied. The truth is they are out of envelopes but instead of owning up to it they lied. read more

This location went above and beyond for me and I am ever grateful for the superb customer service in the front - looking for curly hair conditioner and trying to get my medicine at the pharmacy (which I forgot to pack when I went away). The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist worked with me considering I had no refills left. They came through in the clutch otherwise I'd have had to cut my visit short. The pharmacy I just like any other CVS you have been in. The difference is the Pharmacist who take care of you. They seem to be very busy, every time I go in to pick up a script there is a long line but they get you in and out without having to wait too long. The last time I was there unfortunately my doctor took a long time to phone in my script but the pharmacist was very helpful in making sure I was well taken cared off. By the way, as I went shopping nearby they actually called me to let me know my prescription was in. A nice touch. read more

I am from out of state and talked with Nate at this CVS store on the post rd in the town of Fairfield Connecticut. Nate was so quick to answer the phone. Just 5 minutes before Lunch. Please, please, please stay away from this pharmacy. I have never in my life had so many problems consistently trying to fill simple prescriptions. It's always the doctor's fault. How come doctors can refill prescriptions for me for a year, but they never receive it? When I come in to pick up a continuing prescription, they tell me it's not ready when really they mean the prescription is expired - except it shouldn't be it's good for a year. So I go without medication I need because they don't bother to tell me that so I can go back to the doctor and try to figure out who has screwed up. I can't tell you how many useless trips I make to this place, walking away without medication that I need. Stay away. read more

To much is to much - I cant count how many times standing in line my jaw was left wide open.. The people behind the counter do NOT seem happy. While standing in line i've actually herd comments about "how these people are just going to have to wait" today the clerk said to me "hurry up, there is a line behind you". Isles are closed for re-decorating? construction? no signs are up as i can see.. just plain old mediocrity. This town has to many CVS pharmacy. Ill choose another. read more

A bit pricy but it is Fairfield. The sale prices are usually a sure bet, so for sure check those out. The cashiers are always really nice though. For example yesterday I got a $3 coupon with my purchase, the cashier recommended j redeem it the same night because he noticed I don't really go there that often. We spoke to Josh who is a Pharmacist. Who is extremely rude and disrespectful to people in general. He has been snotty before, maybe that's just his personality. Josh is a Pharmacist who works at CVS Pharmacy at 700 Post Road Fairfield, CT 06824 - When speaking to Josh he hung up on me. He made us feel as if we have done something wrong, when all we were trying to do is help. He gave us about 2.3 minutes until he hung up on his , Maybe this is a pattern for him to get frustrated at work that mostly anything can annoy him (unknowingly) and/or he just takes a habit to dislike to you. We attempted to call back to ask to speak to him about the issue politely and we asked if we did something to bug him? He mentioned that we were making things worse and placed us on a long hold on purpose before hanging purposely. We will be calling CVS corporate to monitor his quality and customer service to "ALL" people because as a Pharmacist, people truly will appreciate what you do better when your kind and your representation of CVS was horrible, Please be aware us taking time write this review is so that you can atleast make him aware that his attitude is out of place and may need some work and serious reflecting. read more
