I showed her the receipt on my phone and even opened the full receipt for her to review, but despite that, she treated me with disrespect and rudeness, making me feel as though I had stolen the items. If I have any issues I call in leave a message, receive text to confirmed call, and then get a callback at a decent time. It's a popular pharmacy/location so it's always busy, so I always bear that in mind. If I'm picking up in store I'll have the barcode ready and skip the line to the left, love it! I was nervous at first but then I seen a woman do it and I was like that was fast and easy! If I have questions or concerns and have to wait at the drop-off window, I'm always acknowledged and if waiting than no longer than 5 minutes. I also got my TDAP shot here, quick and easy, love their bandaids. Jeff the pharmacist is really kind and always ask about my day, it's the little things. To be honest there's so many people that come through there, but I always notice the staff working as quickly as possible. I feel for them...they do so much and are always in good spirits. I watched as he administered my husbands injection so high it was practically in his shoulder joint rather than lower in muscle as it should be. Hubs said it was quite painful. When it was my turn I explained (and even showed) the guy exactly where to inject it - he said "ok" then proceeded to inject the same place as he did my husband - and yeah it freakin HURT! You should barely feel anything with these injections let alone be like WTF!! Pharmacist then handed me a Medicare card and 2 other documents clearly belonging to an asian (I'm caucasian and not even close to medicare age). When I told him they weren't mine he just looked at the name and then back at me like he was confused. OMG!! My husband had to lead me out of the store before I made a scene. They let this man near medications?? Now 12 hours later we are both nursing painful shoulder joints and logic says tomorrow will be even worse.

I have rare medical issues that require medications that pharmacies would continually have to order each time I called for refills. Every month there would always be a problem, especially during the COVID period. I finally switched to DK Pharmacy and I'm grateful I did. They work very closely communicating with my doctor regarding all my medications. They've never let me down. They are very professional, courteous and I only wished I had listened to my doctor sooner. Pricing is irrelevant since it's governed by insurance or coupons. Of course, I believe our medications are outrageously overpriced.
